Place of Origin: Manchester U.K.

Appearance
Visual Appearance:
Physical Appearance: A man standing at 6'10 and weighing in at a lean 175lbs. His blonde hair is hard to maintain, but with a proper faded undercut, he somehow fits into a style and blends his dark brown hair into the top without much issue. He's got large dark brown eyes, and unique shaped pentagonal pupils. He's built well for having such a skinny frame but can output 2.5x his own body mass from rigorous training. A scar has recently found itself across his face.
Civilian Clothes: He wears athletic attire. He's a big fan of rocking soccer jerseys and shorts. As he plays a lot of soccer in his spare time, he's prefers flip flops over most footwear so that his feet can breathe.
Hero Outfit: His hero suit is a simple one. It consists of his compression suit that is worn under black slacks, and a olive green button up. On top of that he wears, a long white trench coat that flares out at the hips and flaps similarly to how a cape would. These clothes stretch to facilitate his quirk equips, rather than the equip shaping over his clothes like it used to. This was purposely done to differentiate himself from his father, who proudly boasts his full equip.
Support Gear
Shock absorbing Padding
Thin Metal Inlays- These are on his forearms and shins. They add extra impact to chopping strikes, and kicks, and help the padding with impacts.
Utility belt hidden under sash-
Smoke pellets, flash pellets, one small pack of smelling salts/ammonia sticks,1 stimulant pen,1 bottle pain killers,2 small rolls of bandage+tape.
2 Reeling Devices:Wire+Grappling clips tucked in a small compact design. It looks no different than the handle of a pocket knife. The clips have sharp ends and can work on most surfaces. This reeling system can even come in handy with quickly tying up enemies.
Landscape Scanner: A small compass device with a holographic heads up to display to offer detailed mapping of his immediate location. There is the ability to set pins on places to remember. This is ultimately just a high tech gps, which is great to make up for Ivan's memory and lack of direction.
Caution Tape and Tape bombs-These are binding wraps that are held in bundles on his utility belt. They handle exactly like canon binding wraps, though they are designed to look like caution tape. He uses them to aid in his maneuverability, but mainly to subdue villains with crafty wrapping techniques. With proper manipulation from the user, they can easily pop and trap a foe with the tug of a few fingers, or quarantine an area as off limits. They are usually neatly rolled for use. He also has preknotted bundles(tape bombs) wound up so tightly that they expand greatly on impact and can constrict with an easy tug at certain spots. These were a parting gift from his retiring mentor.
Personality
Bad Habits:
Forgetful: Almost painfully so. This is partially because he's always so tightly wound up
Highly Judgmental: Coming from a legacy family of supers, it's only natural he's got an ego about himself and his abilities.
Always ON: It's hard to catch hints of his true self because he almost never lets his guard down. There are glimpses that can show you a young guy of good values, but his sharp tongue will whip you away from seeing that up close. To put it bluntly, he has a perpetual chip on his shoulder.
Goal: Separate himself from the rest of the Sir's entirely and build a new legacy in Japan.
General Personality:
Arrogant, and dominating, Ivan exerts the very will that was exert onto himself at one point by his family. He's sharp-tongued, and cold, only staring down his nose at anyone he doesn't acknowledge as true hero material. Despite how much he hates his family, they engraved their very essence into his person, and as such he expects perfection from both himself and others. As a top ten hero, he is a workaholic, always looking for the next assignment or task. He sees failure as the end of the world, mainly because the consequences were very physical once upon a time. This results in him acting and presenting himself like a "perfect soldier" when in reality he is human just like everyone else. He rarely gives himself a break, or even a pat on the back. This always on and always vigilant mentality leaves gaps for him to fall into exhaustive spurts, where he shows much more of his true self, which is a kind-hearted man, who thinks he can protect the world on his own. The pressures placed upon him are something he must overcome in order to mature as a person, as he's already been raised to be a full-fledged hero.
As it turned out, the more he fought against his fathers wishes, the more and more he became like him. Ivan exist for the thrill of beating evil doers, and finds himself at the beck and call of anyone who will allow him to track down the next scumbag. With such a hearty nature and aggressive attitude, many of his subordinates have come into his life to lighten his load and make things easier.
Personal Life
Mother: Wanda Sir (Housewife Quirkless)
Father: Ivan Sir the 2nd also known as Valor (One of the top ranked hero in UK Quirk: Clad --- Royal Equip- Full Golden Suit of Armor)
Siblings:
Older Brother, Boulder Sir also known as Broggy (Super Villain Quirk: Clad --- Royal Equp - Full suit of highly durable armor)
Extended family:
Grandfather, Ivan "THEE SIR" the kingly hero (One of the top ranked hero in Uk Quirk: Clad --- Demon Equip- A crown and belt, with the ability to focus light into beams.)
Great Grandfather, Kreed Sir, deceased villain (Quirk: Clad --- Royal Equip- This gave him a second skin armor. A red fiber that covered his whole body)
Uncle, Clovis Sir also known as Sting the Aquatic Knight ( Hero, Quirk: Clad --- Demon Equip- Helmet/Mask and the ability to create spears of water or ice.)
History:
A butler-"Oh young Sir, I'm really sorry but your parents are out on a national emergency. These things tend to happen with so many family members in the field. And as you know, the scoundrels of the family who turned to villainy, well we don't associate with them." It's not as though Ivan was forgotten about, but duty came before everything in this family. Interestingly enough there was an anonymous package sent. It was a gift, an oversized super suit, one he'd have to grow into. It was a question who it came from, but it likely was his elder brother Boulder. Despite working with assasins, the villain kept a watchful eye over his brother from a distance. Being a Sir meant being put on a pedestal, as well as being a target.
"Tell everyone to leave. If I'm to feel alone, I'd rather actually BE alone." Ivan clenched his fist tight, frustrated with everything. He'd always wanted to be a hero, but were they really the examples he was supposed to follow. The passion fueled his quirk, armor formulating around his right arm and hands. The butler was shocked, but quickly ran to shoo everyone from the home. Once the house was fully clear, he'd kneel before the boy. "We were wondering when the day would come. Looks like your that much closer to becoming a man, chap."
His father tapped at the open door, so Ivan knew he was there. The room was stark white and wide. Training dummies had been blown to bits, Ivan standing among the "bodies" was sweating bullets. The boy ignored him, and only focused on getting his breathing back to normal. Small golden flakes radiated from the boys quirk in the shapes of crosses and stars, similiar to how his father's quirk glimmered when equipped. "Have you decided on a school? You're 13 now... You've had to at least thought about it. Choosing a good hero school is of the upmost importance and you've got the world at your fingertips. As a Sir no doubt. Hate it all you want, but you WILL carry the legacy bestowed upon you. " Ivan still would ignore the man, channeling his power for another charged strike on the next dummy. "IVAN!" The room froze. It was understandable if he had feelings, but Valor wasn't going to tolerate blatant disrespect. "If you haven't figure it out, you'll be going to the academy. The very same one that Grail and your grandfather worked so hard to assist in building. You'll have all the access you need, and can make it with a simple recommendation."
"I want to go to America..." His voice was quiet in the presence of the oppressive force known as his father. The man would enter the room, his face slowly fueling with anger. Behind him, closing the door would surprisingly be Gramps, himself. "Ah... letting him know the news. THE ACADEMY ol bean, aren't you excited. Roaming the halls and basking in the glory of rich heroic history. You'll be our country's pride, our family's pride. You'll be at the very top of your class no doubt. We've both opted to take more time off than usual so that we can train you." While it was a pleasant note to hear that they finally wanted to show some attention. It was too little too late, and by FAR, the wrong kind of attention.
"The heroic world is leaving us in the dust. I'm going to America..." He wouldn't fold under their suffocating pressure. Valor had already equipped by this time, the glimmer of his golden armor far outclassing the partial armament his boy possessed. "I want to carved out a name of my augh" Before Ivan could finish, he was pelted by a swift kick to the gut. Valor was obviously holding back, but still did enough damage to crack a rib. Even Gramps would activate his quirk, and equip his crown.
"Dear boy... we need you to understand your place. Your name carries weight, and as such there are parameters you MUST hit, heights you MUST reach. Being a Sir means being a cut above all. You may not have our Clad type but it's got enough value to take you to our level, should you apply yourself. " The boy wrestled with his tired body to get up, but another kick would slam into his armored hand. THAT one hurt a million times more. "Understanding your places means knowing, where you are, who you are, and where you must go. In this current state, we can't quite call you a top hero. "
Ivan watched as his own armor chipped and cracked as a result of his fathers kick. He'd never broken a bone before, but something was awry. The only saving grace was his armor staying intact, albeit barely. "Rest assured, we WILL bring you up to our heights. Your brother has already failed us, but you! As the most recent Sir who is going to take the stage... all eyes with be on you. You're practically our family crest! We can't have any screw up. We will strive for perfection and nothing less. Tapes in the morning, excercise after school and sparring before bed, got it?"
"Understood..."
He faded in and out of consciousness, but he could still hear his family chattering. "Was this too far?" "Let's check on him." "Maybe we should have warned him first." He heard nothing of the sort... it solidified to him, that to his family, he was just a product to reveal to the world. His wants and needs didn't matter much.
The two would leave Ivan with the butler who'd call in a private doctor to come to the house. After getting patched up, he'd remain silent for a few days. The "training" or rather torture was only just beginning. His birthday was coming up which meant summer was around the corner, and so was the beginning semester of high school. He'd have to endure it... it wasn't like he had a choice. His hatred for his family only grew, as did his hatred for U.K's aristocratic structure, especially within the quirked community. Being from a Legacy family meant everything.
Golems would line up at the ready. "Last chance, Ivan. You sure you okay to go?"
He'd glare at his family, the cameras, and the bystanders, then bring his sights back to the proctor. "Get on with it..." He'd do his best to clench a fist, and ignite that flame, that passion for wanting to become a hero. He'd let it erupt here.
"OKAY, and START!" By this time, the teen was already winding back to through a punch with his wounded arm. Armor would click and clank as it clad his arm in an instant, glittering light gathered and compressing onto it the millisecond it formed. Before the golems could separate from their line, he'd throw his punch and exert a beam piercing through them all in one go. With a pained face, the armor would crack and break apart dropping onto the ground before dissolving.
"HA! Looks like he's got a little bit of both of our power. I'll call it a Champion's Armor." THEE Sir exclaimed, loud enough for the paparazzi to hear. Valor would shake his head, saying- "His aim was off by a few centimeters. The last one received the least amount of damage because he should have lunged into that punch and gotten into his range." A harsh but true assessment. Gramps would focus on the positive "Clad - Champion Type, an incomplete armament that can channel the same Load of his dear old Granddad." Clearly, he was here just to gloat. The paparazzi would take plenty pics and notes. Sting would remain quiet. He didn't like their methods, but he went through a similar ringer and it was effective for grooming a successful hero. For now, the fellow Sir would have to keep his concerns to himself.
"I....-Ivan Sir, time 3.21 seconds a new record! AMAZING, a job well done. How's the arm? I was thinkin you'd use your good arm." The proctor was amped to give the boy his kudos.
"That WAS my good arm. Stop worrying about this dumb cast, I fell... no big deal." Ivan would say this, but his whole body was in agony. He didn't even know he could do that. He meant to punch a shockwave to begin the battle. He'd released a strained but quiet huff before slowly walking off. The proctor would stop him. "Your hero name, you forgot to fill that part in. Normally kids can come up with that stuff in week 1, but you're a Sir. Of course you've thought of a name!" Showing the paperwork. This man was a fan boy like the rest of them, eh?
Ivan looked at his family once more. They'd all raise their fist in approval. "Crest." Before walking away. He was the family crest, right? He'd never forget that night. In the coming years, he'd study tapes of all the great of UK. He was finally getting used to the harsh combat training at home, and finally seeing serious progress. It would be the end of his second year that he apply to an American school in secret, only for it to be found out.
"If you hate it here so much, you can go to school with Grail's grand." THEE Sir would present paperwork about U.A.
"Oh?" Quite the surprise.
"You've proven yourself more than capable enough to handle being a senior in that peewee league. It isn't America like you dreamed but you've done a more than enough at the academy. We're willing to let you decide your own fate over there." Giving Ivan this much freedom after grooming him to be a little hero-soldier boy would only garner more glory for the Sir name. Ivan served his purpose and was only a year away from being his own man. It was only right he do as he pleased, at least within the scope of U.A's watchful eyes. They ejected greats, and gramps could admit that, despite downplaying them out loud. U.A. would be able to give him something that they couldn't give him at home. That much was certain.
Quirk
Name: Clad - Champion Equip
Quirk Type: Transformer
Power: Clad an armament quirk of the Sir family. It's normally broken up into two types Royal(full armor equip with physical enhancements) or Demon(accessory equip with distinct power), but it's not distinctly an accessory like a Demon type, but he does possess a unique power. With the ability to clad himself in a suit, Ivan is gifted with highly defensive armor with the ability of "Load". By creating Load within his armament, Ivan's armor will generate a glowing amber light to produce momentary superhuman strength, and speed, or even exert excess load as a super powered strike or flare. This great potential has caused his family to give his armor it's own type since it is a hybrid of sorts. They dubbed it Clad --- Champion Equip.
Supermoves:
Re-equip: The dissolving, and re-equipping of his Champion Type clad armament. He can clad whichever limb necessary and can relocate as he pleases so long as he can maintain Load.
Radiant-a flash of his armors' glow used to briefly blind foes.
Valor Knuckle/Heel- Just a super strong glowing punch or Kick
Rise Above- Generating sonic kicks to propel himself into the air. He cannot fly at all, but he can bound with great accuracy. With enough load and hang time, he can kick off the air to continuously "jump" about.
Champion Breakthrough- A punch or kick to smash into whatever he's aiming at with a shimmering shockwave carrying gale force winds.
Crowned Breakthrough- A headbutt that does the exact same thing as Champion breakthrough but twice the raw power.
Radiant Gun- A super powered kick or punch so condensed with load that is unleashes a short-ranged beam. (30 meter max range)
Amber Crowned Cross- A defensive stance creating a large amber X in front of him. He will use this to hunker down and tank an incoming attack or to charge forward. In many cases he will convert this into an attack with so much forward force and speed, promptly turning himself into a projectile to cross chop whatever stands in from of him.
Drawbacks:
Load: Has to be charged. The more powerful he wants an attack or enhancement to be, the longer he has to charge up. He can create load gradually but it expends when he overclocks his physical abilities or amber flares. Essentially the more patient he is, the more powerful he can become.
Physical Stress: There still is a human body inside of that armor. the fatigue is monstrous once he finishes a fight.
Shock: If he expends faster than he can create load, he is at risk of sending his quirk into shock. Doing so will highly reduce longevity of his armor. Re-equipping of Clad is possible but if he is in shock, all previous damage to armor will arrive with the re-equip. In short, if he doesn't pace himself properly he can shatter his own armor.
Fighting Style: Being from a family with variants of the same quirk Ivan is trained to the T to be able to handle himself with or without his quirk. He has preset moves in his head, and will try to set his foe up so they can fall within his calculations. He's more cautious than what he presents, choosing to assess his targets before charging in blindly. With highly defensive armor, he doesn't fear getting hit, or dishing damage right back out to a foe. Generally, he will try to create best-case scenarios for himself to win. He sees battle as simple statistics, placing a gamble on the most favorable outcomes. This allows him to be aggressive enough to pressure a foe if he knows he can cuff them, and wise enough to back off if he is unsure. His view on battle comes from closely watching the heroes and villains of his family. It's very... textbook. Things are to be done the right way, and in a timely manner. It's why he is called "the shining example." (whether that be to his detriment or his benefit)

History:
7th Birthday
Ivan sat at a table full of fakes and leeches. Many of the kids were there because their parents wanted to get closer to the family. The boy couldn't call these people friends and family. For all he cared if Emily, and a few family members showed up, he'd at least be able to crack a smile. Sadly, the boy expression would remain bleak among the festivities. UK Entrance Exam
Ivan would ignore the many letters from both strangers and family and opt to take the entrance exam as any commoner would. To his annoyance, both his Father and Grandfather were already there. Even his Uncle Clovis made an appearance. The star power would gather a great deal of paparazzi to film Ivan's "debut." He was still quite beaten up under his clothes, and his arm was in a sling from a more recent fracture. "Ya know, we could reschedule for when yer arm gets better. Are you sure you can fully participate?" The proctor wondered what the rush was. This entrance exam was the earliest date. Ivan ignored him as he was mentally preparing himself. The teen was even more on edge due to the camera crew.

Graduation
Upon the retirement of his mentor, Ivan immediately took the agency he was a side kick for. If not for his mentor, his teammates and all the support, he figured he'd never had made it this far. At the time of retirement, however, there was a bit of a scramble. Between himself and Storm Surge Panda the 16 year old prodigy, it was a bit of a toss up. Ivan had more saves and villains defeats, while his rival a purely a teen heart throb. Through some debate, many of the agency thought it be better to leave things to Ivan since Panda wasn't ready just yet. This turned to be for the better as off work ethic alone, Ivan viciously climbed the ranks. What really was a great breakthrough was when he fully realized his quirk.
While it was a great look for his image, and people gravitated to it, Ivan began to realize he was becoming exactly what his father wanted. The thought still haunts him til this day, but he's learned to accept what has become of him and to learn and progress in a better direction... hopefully. With 2 years in the wings, Ivan was able to achieve #10 on his road to becoming the number one hero.
