Physical Appearance: Hazeshini stands at 5'11, and weighs 210lbs, sporting a sculpted dad bod. He's more in shape than most humans, in fact, physically he's incredibly strong and agile, but it's something about trying to lose that little pudge. He hasn't been able to shake it since he got into his 30s. He has wild green hair and a devilish grin. His nails are painted black, and he's got scars that litter his body. The only unmarked portion of him is his hands and face.

Hazeshini wears a traditional Japanese tunic, and a large white cowl-like hood over the top of it. A floral print sash wraps around his waist, and is the only thing he has to remember his wife by. With this he wears simple sandals, and socks to keep his feet warm. Hidden in his shroud of roomy clothes Mr. Ekko conceals a shorty lever action rifle(incendiary ammo, regular ammo), cat claw (hidden in his sleeve) flash pellets, and explosive pellets. His staff is roughly 5'6, and suits his size well. The ornament itself is sharp like a blade and may be used as such.

General Personality:
It is not as thought Hazeshini doesn't have morals, he is more amoral than anything. He takes people's value at how well they can survive in this world and achieve their goals. He believes in the survival of the fittest and accepts all the ugly parts that come with it. Most of the time he presents himself as a jovial observer, a nihilistic monk who has a peculiar sense of humor. While this joyous chuckle stems from the trauma of losing his loved ones, he always seems perfectly in a good mood, seemingly giving a warm disposition to cover up his otherwise cold, twisted, and sadistic nature. The man is cunning and dark. He has been doing crimes so long that he knows most small schemes like the back of his hand, and can manipulate a situation with ease. Combat is like breathing to him, and to that extent, his guard is never down, even with friends and family. He shrouds himself in peaceful philosophies and finds that the only way to reach them is an austere level of violence and destruction. Due to his extremist behavior and ideals, he was given the code name of Disaster instead of a real rank. He looks at the world as misguided, just a tool for him to move around and use up so he can lead the way toward his "paradise plan." He detests the very fabric of hero society, and to that end, he will knock down everything so that he can watch the world grow from the rubble of death and carnage. He only respects "real heroes", but those are the ones who should die first.

The man knew happiness. Doing the things he loved, and engaging in routine even if it was sickeningly evil. To execute a hit or heist than come home to his daughter, then his wife would be arriving roughly at the same time, and the family would enjoy a family dinner around 3am. They were raising Hayase to be a fine villain, she'd even gotten her first kill at the young age of 8. His wife Mae was his sun, and his daughter, his moon. He needed them to live, they fueled him.
Tch, what was he doing letting his thoughts drift in the heat of battle? He slid along the concrete, a frozen sheet following his movements as another villain ran after him. In a half turn, the Hazeshini crushed his opponent like a flying under the swollen mass of his enlarged frozen fist. The issues there were more popping up like flies. Honestly, a raid into enemy territory was usually light work but this was mighty close to the breaking point. This warehouse... its underground basement. It felt like a maze. The deeper into this nest he ventured, the more fodder he ran into. All for the head of one man...
Keys hit the kitchen counter as Hazeshini arrived. His steps were heavy with the unfamiliar sensation of failure. All those lives he took, just for their boss to be missing. He likely snuck out the moment he heard who's cold hands came knocking on the door. Frost-bitten hands ran under warm water, and his heavy breaths slowly calmed into comfortable pant. The house was obnoxiously quiet. 5am. Now there's no way they could be asleep. After wrapping up his wounds over the sink, the monk walked upstairs, only to walk into a horror scene. Silence would eat away at him, but to an extent... it was funny. All the vile deeds he did onto others. Perhaps this was divine punishment for walking a bloody path. The world as he knew shattered that night. Hilarious, the world was. He didn't give a damn about anything but these two and they'd be taken from him. What was he supposed to say? Oh cruel world? He'd cackle all night. The high of laughter would drown out his sorrows and become a fixed accessory of his personality. It's what his family loved most about him, so he'd laugh hard. At the big things, at the small things. He'd laugh as he looked his victims in the eyes before killing them. He'd laugh when he reminisced on good times.
Peace
Did it exist in sorrow? Was it possible to find peace in grief? Hell if Hazeshini could tell. To be honest he'd disappeared for a few months. It was a journey of sorts, the man only took away missions to kill people in the most scenic of places. His footsteps were light, as if he were floating along the landscape. Steep footholds and rocks meant nothing. He'd chuckle. These were things he used to struggle over, but there was no worry to procure fear. With no one to go home to, he was free to be as brave as he wanted to be. Quite the delusional sentiment, for saying he was making more dangerous choices. Solo missions were the name of the game for now, and he was close to home, toward Asahi-dake. Half of his body was frozen over from quirk overuse. He had turned the stony hills into ice-capped features. This particular mission was a simple one. He was to meet with an old friend, someone who crossed Full House. A foolish decision. It wasn't as if the target didn't know Hazeshini was coming. He'd heard rumors of a laughing monk.
"What's the meaning of this?"
"It's simply enlightenment..."
"Does our past business mean nothing to you?"
"It means EVERYTHING to me. Because I've had everything ripped from my hands, I have nothing but memories. I feel them every day... Today I get the luxury of deleting a newly soured memory. I'm in a cleansing stage, you see. Out with the old, in with the new Hehehehehhehe~!"
Red. With the swing of an arm, the target's entire torso was a ruby red crystal of ice. The body would fall over and shatter of course. The half frozen monk would stumble over half-hazardly and take a knee. With a small prayer and a hearty laugh. He'd rest his bones by the corpse as if the soul were still tethered and could hear him. The monk would light and incense, and wave his staff over the body. This wasn't out of necessity, but because he knew the guy. Hazeshini would let go of these fleeting feelings while they still sat on his chest. "How weak of you... hehahahaha. I'm nearest to death, and you could have killed me but your emotions led you to fall... I thank you for that. By letting you go, I can give myself peace of mind. Peace, knowing you're the first of many, and that I can cleanse so much of the world in this noble warpath "
He'd stand up, and trudge on throw his self employed blizzard. That same day the laughing monk was said to have stain an entire town with red snow. There was one target, but the kill count, 40. This was just the beginning... a mere diary entry into his paradise plan. The only way to accept his family's deaths was to breach this new mindset, and dish it out onto the world. They'd want for the world to be a better place for villains... a more balanced place.

Name: Tip of the Iceberg
Quirk Type: Transformer
Power: The quirk gives them the ability to create and manipulate ice directly from their person. It can range from small to large quantities, depending on the desired utilization. At it's peak(lowest temperatures or extremely moist areas) the user may also turn themselves into ice and snow along with their usual abilities. This quirk allows for constructs and lots of icy improvisation.
Supermoves:
Whiteout: A bone-chilling fog that rapidly expands from his body over a 20-meter radius. It is a great way to lower the temperature in an area. In rainy or windy conditions, it can combine with the weather and create a localized blizzard. It's a great way to hide or reset the flow of an exchange.
FREEZING: Hazeshini will accumulate and rapidly disperse oversized flurries in a temperature-dropping torrent as he chooses to fight in close range(3-5 meters). This is one of his simplest yet effective super moves. With enough time he will aim to bully enemies into submission as their body shuts down from extreme colds. He can partially freeze someone on the spot if he remains in contact for 1 post and fully freeze them in 2.
Polar Gust- Hazeshini channels a thick white cloud of freezing mist from his mouth and spews it towards their opponent(s). The freezing mist materializes into large columns of thick ice and frost to ensnare the enemy if they get caught in it.
Avalanche Fist- transforming his hand into a large hand of snow and ice, he will aim to crush a foe under his mighty frozen fist.
Rending Ice: Killer Frost: The temperatures are so low that the air around his hand becomes a bit blurry and distorted compared to air at normal temperatures. Turning a finger(s) into an icicle, Hazeshini will simply try to touch/stab a foe. The wound will result in a large heavy icicle growing out of the affected area and a severe drop in body temperature. Hazeshini can actually apply this killer frost to his weapons(usually his cat claw or staff) coating them with condensed frost. Enhanced weaponry has the same violent iceberg erupt from impact or achieved cuts.
Rending Ice: Glacial Exorcism- Condensing enough snow into a condensed ball. The temperatures are so low that the air around this icy orb that it becomes a bit blurry and distorted compared to air at normal temperatures. From there he will be able to project an extremely thin and penetrative ice beam. The beam is compressed enough to travel a sizable distance, essentially his only long ranged move. If it lands the results are the same as Killer frost; a stab wound with ice growing from it.
Rending Ice: Boreal Palm- A palm so cold it tears and ruptures whatever it touches in a violent frost effect. The temperatures are so low that the air around his hand becomes a bit blurry and distorted compared to air at normal temperatures. The other way is a handful of oversized snowflakes that Hazeshini will toss at an enemy or suspend in the air at a short range. Once activated by the user they can expand into large spikes to skewer foes.
Drawbacks:
- Weakness to Fire Users
- This quirk slowly chips away at his body temperature. Extreme overuse may lead to hypothermia.
- Double-edged sword when it comes to transformations. There is a great deal of survivability and mobility gained with transforming, but it is extremely fragile and easy to shatter/break. It takes time(1 post) to reform. Using flames on his ice form will just force him back into a regular human.
- A great deal of this quirk's power lies in physical touch. He can perform long ranged moves but at the cost of taking longer due to the ice actually coming from his body.
Fighting Style:
Hazeshini is a well-seasoned fighter and usually allows his body and mind to go through the motions instinctively... He's not used to being challenged, and when he is when he truly gets in the zone. One could say he simply is an expert combatant, as he can fight at all ranges with all different kinds of weapons. One could also say he is completely devoid of things like fighting fair and showing mercy. He is quick thinking and is hard to overwhelm because of his high battle IQ. With keen strategy and improvisation, he isn't against trap setting, and dirty tactics, as the goal in any fight is to win. If he does have backup, this warrior becomes increasingly aggressive as he knows just where to be and at the right time, intuitively working together to slay foes.
