A seemingly errant bolt of lightning shot across the night striking a source on the ground before it was reflected back into the sky in a wide dispersal pattern, illuminating much of the city with the blinding bluish white light for a split second as thunder followed it seconds later. A large group of people were crowding around a box truck that had been spray painted black with what looked like reflective bolts of lightning arcing on the sides. On one side, people were lined up purchasing merchandise, on the other was the only member of the criminal music band Thunderpunk present at the time, Chloe Richter aka Dynamo. She was entertaining a small crowd of people who had already purchased wares from the other side, some wanting autographs while others wanted a small Lichtenburg scar. She was either dazzling them with some tricks of her quirk or sharing future content her band might cover.
