Chishiki is a full-bodied woman with petite features and an hourglass figure. She carries herself with prestige and charisma, her face always a faint mask of smarmy, cheeky amusement. Chishiki has dainty features, piercing yellow eyes which pick apart every situation before her. Her short hair is a dark pink, with a yellow undercut. She is nissing a pinky finger, on her right hand.

Chishika always dresses smart, in shirts and office-like attire. Skirts, jackets, anything formal. She is rarely seen in anything outside of this, though she favours practicality over comfort. Chishika almost always wears gloves of some style.

Chishiki is a sly, arrogant woman who views herself as incredibly intelligent and quick witted. This is true, of course, but her own self-confidence in this fact is astounding. Chishiki doesn't look down on others, persay, but she does see everyone as her plaything. She is careful not to make enemies, or burn bridges, but also makes sure to keep a detailed log of every person she interacts with, just to have something to use against them in case they try and turn on her.

She is immensely loyal to her family, and will do anything for them. Her mind is focused on resolving the murder of her sister and niece, but she also protects Kama and Hazenishi with everything she can. Chishiki is a cool and calm person, unless someone threatens the only things she holds dear in this world.

After the slaughter of Full House at her hands, Chishiki has silently vowed not to use her quirk for murder, unless it is in defence of those she loves. Instead she relies on it to get her intelligence and knowledge, which she then uses to blackmail key people who threaten her way of life. She had a few high ranking members of state, as well as many heroes and villains, in her pocket because of information she has managed to gather over her lifetime.

Chishiki loves drinking, smoking and street food. She likes music, and is secretly a big fan of kareoke. Chishika enjoys the finer things in life, and always pays extra for the best.

Chishiki was an only child for a while. Her parents were busy, so even from an early age she was fiercely independent. She would cajole other kids in the neighbourhood to do her bidding, manipulating adults and getting whatever she wanted. When her parents were around, Chishiki would wear the face of an angel, and learnt to twist them and everyone else around her darling little fingers. 

When she turned seven, Chishiki was gifted a baby sister. Immediately she began to teach the girl in the art of manipulation. Mae, young as she was, picked it up fast. By the time that her parents were killed in a villain attack while at work, the thirteen year old Chishiki and the six year old Mae were firmly linked by a sisterly bond. Losing their parents, their house and having to live on the streets going forward didn't even seem to phase them.  

To Chishiki, Mae was the sun. Her whole life revolved around the girl, a bright star in a gloomy world. Chishiki did everything for her, and knew that she would put her very life on the line if it meant that Mae would keep smiling. She learned the art of brokering, using her keen intellect and growing knowledge of the criminal underworld to bring in money and get them privileges under the wing of villains and nefarious criminals alike. 

Chishiki turned twenty four, eleven years since they lost their parents, and found herself in the presence of a villain group called Full House. She saw the potential in these fellow minded people, and joined their ranks along with a seventeen year old Mae. Chishiki used her skills in information brokerage to forge a good spot for the two of them. Mae took side work as a mercenary during their time, using her powerful Quirk to travel across the country and bring home more money for them. Chishiki felt at peace, living a happy and fulfilled existence. 

Chishiki took it upon herself to use her quirk to become a thief, a master criminal who could get in and out of any location without being spotted. She began to be known as the Clandestine Thief, both among heroes and villains, and would steal from anyone without prejudice. It just mattered that she brought home money so that Mae would keep smiling. 

There was another villain who joined Full House not soon after. Ekko Hazeshini was a charming and dashing man, and both Mae and Chishiki loved him from the outset, though her sister had more than friendship in mind. Within the year they had married, and a child was on the way. Chishiki was overjoyed at the idea she could be an aunt for a potential tiny villain like her! 
Chishiki helped raise Hayase where she was needed, while Mae was out of town and Hazenishi needed a feminine touch. She loved to smother her with attention, teach her the ways of being a villain and spoiling her rotten. Hayase grew to be a strong girl with a quirk as powerful as her mother's, and even at a young age would follow Mae into mercenary work.  

The four of them loved each other dearly, and were soon joined by a fifth, a young woman named Nagasa Kama. She was adored by Hayasa, and became a pseudo big sister. This pleased Chishiki, who welcomed more nieces to shower inappropriate gifts upon.  

When Chishiki turned 39, a cataclysmic event rolled over them. Mae and Hayase were found dead one dark night, discarded like rubbish in a back alley. The three of them were distraught, anger welling up inside of them. They all knew there were people within Full House that they couldn't trust, so in a misguided fit of rage they killed the rest of their villainous allies. Chishiki realised that they had made a mistake, but this didn't help it. Her sun had gone out. They were left in the dark, in the inky void of a starless space. 

Chishiki took the group under her wing as best they could, using her contacts and their accumulated wealth to cover up the slaughter and find them a decent place to live and work from. Since then, she has put all of her time into finding information that related to Mae and Hayase's murders. Chishiki knew she had to protect her remaining family, but felt a powerful need to know what had happened... and make the responsible parties suffer ten-fold for what they had done to her niece and her dear sister.

Inanimate Mimicry

Transformer

Chishiki can transform her body into any inanimate object that she wishes. This can be partial, such as her arms becoming blades, or full-body, turning her whole form into another object. Simple objects are much easier, and she can freely change her form into most items that aren't mechanical or electronic in nature. Anything that has a mechanism, or that has electrical components, requires Chishiki to study how they work before she can transform into them, but once she has that knowledge then she can change into them at will.

By transforming her limbs into blades of various kinds, Chishiki can fight with vicious weapons if needs be.

Chishiki can transform into a notebook or journal, which has her own thoughts or directions written out at the time of transformation. She can't create new writing, but it is a good way to pass over secret notes to others.

Chishiki transforms into a mobile phone, or ear piece. She can talk to whoever listens in the speaker or wears the device, speaking live while remaining conspicuous.

Chishiki can't transform into anything smaller than a ¥1 coin, approx 20mm in diameter. The largest object can't be more than twice her size. She has to study an object to turn into it if it is a specific item, but she can also transform into anything from memory or imagination. Chishiki can stay as an object for up to 24 hours at a time, but has no limit how often she can transform. She also takes on the properties of the object she has transformed into, so can be vulnerable to various elements depending on what she has transformed into. Any damage that she takes while transformed will be reflected on her real body when she turns back!

Chishiki isn't naturally a fighter. She deals with information, stealth and shady deals. If she has to fight, Chishiki has a range of blades and weapons that she can turn herself into, but more often than not she will disguise herself either to escape or to wait patiently until she gets a moment to slip away unnoticed. She has ways to defend herself too, and can swiftly change her body into hard or soft objects to withstand attacks.
