Physical Appearance
Gekitai Jishaku is an imposing figure, to say the least. Standing at nearly eight foot and weighing close to five hundred pounds (his metal arm included), he could easily stand out in a crowd. His dark skin covers thick muscles of steel, which bulge and ripple against his clothes, a surprisingly toned and muscular man. Bald at an early age, Jishaku instead maintains a sharp and pointy beard with a thick, impressive moustache. A crossed pair of scars sits on the top of his crown. With small, vividly blue eyes and a total lack of eyebrows, Jishaku draws the gaze of others to his magnificent lagoon-blue globes. Possibly the most distinctive thing about Jishaku is his right arm, which was removed below the shoulder and replaced by a muscular metal limb, banded and in solid but detachable (and reattacble) sections right down to the wrist, almost a carbon copy of his left arm but durable and resistant like steel. This arm also houses an array of hidden blades that he can release with ease.
Civilian Clothes
Jisheku usually dresses smart, though not as sharply as his Villain outfit. Vest-tops and muscle-hugging t-shirts are his go-to casual wear, favouring jeans and comfortable (if not oversized) sneakers to finish it off. He wears tinted sunglasses most days, even if it is dark out.
Villain Outfit
Gauss wears a sharp white-and-pink pinstripe suit, with brown brogues and a blue tie the same striking colour as his eyes, which are hidden behind black goggles. A large fur-trimmed coat sits on his heavy shoulders, falling down to his ankles. Around his left wrist he wears a thick metal bracer, over the top of a single leather glove.

Villain outfit: Gauss has two katanas, one a regular ornate creation which he wields normally. It is larger than normal but not overly so. His second is a much bigger weapon, totally oversized even for him but made to pair with his quirk instead of standard fights. As tall as he is, it is a dangerous thing when his Magnetization is added to the mix.
Personality
Bad Habits
Loud
Jisheku has no temper to his volume. He speaks how a normal person would shout, words booming from his mouth.
Proud
Josheku is an immensely proud individual, of his own power and appearance. He can get riled up quickly by someone making fun of things he is proud of.
Goal
To strengthen the cause of the Yakuza, shaking the foundations of Hero Society and creating a world of chaos
General Personality
Jisheku is a loud individual, a booming presence who stands out quite easily due to his lack of volume control. He speaks what he thinks, thoughts popping into his brain and instantly flying from his lips without pausing to consider what is being said. Jisheku doesn't hold anything back when he talks, a cripplingly honest individual. It does make it hard for him to keep or make new friends, but Jisheku is quite happy to be on his own, among his own company. He doesn't mind being alone or isolated and often speaks to himself in that loud, booming voice.
Jisheku is a good strategist when it comes to life, combat and crime. He thinks ahead, due to the nature of his quirk, and never rushes into anything without knowing what he is about to do, or without an exit strategy. While he comes off as pig-headed, loud and stupid, Jisheku actually holds quite a keen mind. Not typically book-smart but self-conscious, knowledgable and full to the brim with common sense.
Jisheku is naturally a villain. He loves to steal, to fight Heroes and generally cause chaos. His actions are all to sow the seeds of malcontent with Hero society, shattering walls and foundations to bring the whole thing crashing down. Like a Phoenix, from the ashes, Jisheku and other villains will rise from what once was a world for heroes, as he imagines it will become a world of villains instead.

Personal Life
Mother
Gekitai Hikitsukeru, unknown status. Serial Killer. Quirk: Magnet
Father
Osu Hiku, deceased. Low-level villain. Quirk: Polarization
History
Osu Hiku died before Jisheku was born, or so his mother told him. She never spoke more than that, his name and the fact he was dead. Gekitai Hikisukeru was a single mother, a low-key criminal who stole to feed her and Jisheku, keeping them alive as they moved, homeless, across Tokyo. Jisheku saw his mother as a goddess, a great protector. Where were the heroes, when the two of them needed help? They ignored them, the dregs of society, the starving and the poor, the homeless and the weak. Jisheku grew a distaste for them, even as a child. Eventually, when he was older, he and his mother worked as a partnership, stealing food and money, items they wanted. They lived on the streets still, but their combined quirks meant they were rich!
Until, of course, they were caught. Or at least Hikitukeru was caught. Using her quirk, she made sure Jisheku escaped capture. He was twenty, but it was a devastating blow for his mother to be taken away and locked up beyond his sight. It came to pass, as he learned from newspapers and billboards across the city, that Gekitai Hikisukeru had murdered Osu Hiku, Jisheku's father. Not just him, but many others across Tokyo, over the period of Jisheku's life and before. She was locked in Tartarus where she would rot until her death.
Jisheku fell into a depression for several years. He wasted away, becoming a husk of his former self. Then, on the eve of his thirtieth birthday, Jisheku received a premonition of his mother. She told him to live on, to make a name for himself. Become the greatest villain! Fight the injustice in society! Jisheku decided to do just that. He began to carve a path through the bottom feeders of Tokyo's villains. People soon knew his villain name, Gauss, as a strong and dangerous enemy. Even when he lost his arm during a vicious fight with another villain, Jisheku didn't stop. He got a new arm, a great hulking metal beast, and continued to make his way through the villainous underworld. Eventually he was recruited by the Yakuza, and soon made notoriety as a rising member of their ranks. Soon, everything in the world would be his to steal!

Quirk
Name
Magnetization
Quirk Type
Emitter
Power
Through the power of touch, Magnetization allows Jishaku to change the "poles" of the target. He can turn anything into either "positive" or "negative". The polarization is an effect that lasts for up to thirty minutes, and is something Jishaku can turn on and off at will for any of his targets. Magnetization can affect up to ten targets at once, including himself. He can change the poles of objects as large as a truck, though anything larger than that gives him an instant, splitting migraine. Gauss can remotely change the power of the magnetization of whatever he's touched already, but he has to touch it again to change the poles.

Supermoves
Magnet Rush
Jishaku changes his pole before or during combat without drawing attention to it. Once he manages to touch an opponent, he changes their pole to the opposite end of the spectrum. Then he uses Magnet Rush to either throw himself at high speeds towards an opponent, or draw them rapidly towards him, both scenarios ending with a clothesline or powerful hook thrust. Despite being a large and boisterous man, Jishaku likes to use the element of surprise within his battles.
Magnet Trap
By polarizing heavy objects in strategic places, Jisheku can trap opponents that he touches, making for quick getaways or easy endings for a fight.

Magnet Guillotine
Gauss magnetized his katana and creates a spinning metal vortex of death, which he can throw around the battlefield to put enemies at a disadvantage. By keeping his katana as a permanent magnetized item, he always has an offensive option to fall back on!
Gauss Arm Bazooka
Gauss Arm Bazooka
Gauss's arm has detachable sections at the wrist and elbow. By applying his quirk, Gauss can turn either of these parts into a projectile, but because of how the arm is made, it can easily be reattached when retrieved!
Drawbacks
Jishaku has to touch an object or person in order to affect their poles. Combined with his lost right arm, he can't touch more than one object at a time, unless they are small enough to fit into the palm of his hand. He can't cancel any target affected by Magnetization and has to wait the thirty-minute limit for it to wear off. Changing his Magnetization on and off too many times makes him nauseous and gives him a fierce headache after a while. Gauss can only magnify solid or semi-solid material; anything too viscous wouldn't work.
Fighting Style
Jisheku plans his fights before entering into them. He is a careful strategist, using his quirk to lay traps and make it difficult for an enemy to fight to their full potential. In a fight he is ruthless, a powerful and intense brawler, using his quirk and his boxing-style of combat to overwhelm enemies quickly. Jisheku uses his thick metal arm to deflect attacks, and he doesn't rush into a battle which is one-sided against him, so projectile enemies will find him shielding from attacks with his replacement appendage. Jisheku fights best by rushing enemies and overwhelming them, or retreating and figuring out an alternate strategy to win.
