Physical Appearance: Tommy Niel is a 5 foot 10 inch tall young man, who weighs roughly 204 lbs total. He's generally described best by his short scraggly cut hair. His hair, eyebrows, and even irises are also varying shades of pink, all being natural thanks to his mother's side. His head is rounder than most, with a well rounded jawline, and large rounded ears. His cheeks are quite large, and give him an almost permanent smile or look of happiness. Despite his quirk, his body is extremely muscular while keeping a lean frame from his 3 years in school and strong enough to where he can bench at least twice his body weight, despite his almost toy like face.
Civilian Clothes: when he's not at school, Tommy wears fairly casual clothing, generally shorts, jeans, or sweatpants with various pink or grey shirts. He also wears plenty of strawberry themed Accessories such as patterns, pins, and even his phone case.

Pop-Off Armored Suit
The Pop-off armored suit is a hardened plastic suit that is blue and pink, made to resemble action figures in pre-quirk era times. The suit is technically disjointed, using magnets in between his pop off areas which allow for Tommy to stay relatively together when attacked, though with a flex he can disable these magnets to use his quirk unhindered. The suit overall is made to protect his vitals in the chest area, along with hardened plastic gauntlets, and shin guards. Within the suit are areas where the Reelback system connects and runs through, giving a zigzag pattern on the suit.
Wayfinder helmet
A helmet with a HUD that can notify the user of distance to certain points, a gps satellite map, and a comms relay. Outside of that the helmet protects Tommy's head, and also allows him to avoid concussions if his head falls thanks to it's interior cushion design.
Reelback System
The Reelback system is a motorized wire spool system attached to Tommy's back behind his upper torso. This system allows for Tommy to fit high tension lines through his suit and each of his disconnect joints. The wire, while capable of lifting up to 1 tonn worth of weigh, unfortunately is not made of steel, and can only reach up to 40 feet away in any direction. The motor can only pull up to 200 lbs, though the system can lock itself in order to prevent from burning out the motor.
If any of the wires are cut, the user can attempt to reconnect the remaining wire if absolutely necessary though this takes far to long to be a practical option in combat.
Personality
Bad Habits: Strawberry Sweet tooth:
Tommy has this bad habit of wanting to indulge exclusively on strawberry things. From candies, to salads, and even cheesecake. It's gotten bad enough that he actively adds strawberries to things. And if the item tastes bad, he'll just add even more strawberries till it tastes good. Careful he doesn't decide to snatch yours if you're a friend of his.
Hugger:
Tommy is a hugger. He'll hug technically anyone if given the chance, which has more than once resulted in his arms disconnecting and reconnecting onto other people, especially those that he's close to.
Prankster:
Tommy also has a habit of playing pranks or sneaking up on people in order to give them a fright, though he only ever does so when he knows how to immediately cheer the person up afterwards. He often times refers to it as "breaking the ice, no offense to Ice Queen."
Pop Off:
On occasions, Tommy will relax, causing parts of his body to disconnect. This has on more than one occasion lead to him having to catch those parts of himself, though usually it's his head, arms, hands, or fingers that tend to do this.
Goal: Tommy wishes to become Number One hero, for the purpose to build upon the legacy of the other Number Ones and keep the torch lit for the next generation. Beyond that however, Tommy truly wishes to pull the weight of being Number One Hero so that the other numbered heroes of his Generation can do what they need to in order to help those he can't. He will Reconfigure the way for others to follow.
General Personality: Hard Working, Optimistic, Determined, and overall a fun goofy guy who can put a smile onto other's faces. Tommy is a person who believes that if he can make people smile, then he's doing something good for the world. He'll strive to help others, either by leading the way, becoming a prime example, or otherwise helping to improve on others.
He'll even play pranks on those who are seeing troubled before meeting or running into them, showing that despite his seemingly goofy exterior he's quite aware of other people, and aims to help improve their life.
Personal Life
Mother: Claria Neil, Housewife, Sticky Hand: the user's hand is capable of adhering to almost anything except sheer surfaces and glass.
Father: Zackary Neil, Ferryman, Pop-Off: the user can disconnect and reconnect the limbs of their body while staying in control of the limb.
Siblings: 4 siblings: Amanda (12), Jacob (14), Collin (28), and Mary (32)
Extended family: Aunt Jill, Uncle Robert, Aunt Rory, Uncle Glen, Grandpa Gregory, Grandma Dalia
History: Born in Wales, Ireland; Tommy is the middle child of Claria and Zackary Niel. Growing up, Tommy always had trouble upon learning that he had his father's quirk which meant that he would often times lose limbs or fingers in hard to reach places such as under couches and cupboard; or outright trip and accidentally disconnect multiple limbs. He would even get bullied with children playing keep away with his head as his body tried to catch his head.
Still, Tommy was always encouraged by his dad, telling him to "keep a chin up chip!". This attitude would only grow as Tommy watched his father helping people despite not gaining anything from it. The reason his father would explain is that he wanted to pave the way for others, rather than simply waiting for things to be done, as a Niel always leads the "Brave Way" a statement that would only be reinforced as Tommy met a hero woul saved his life when he had lost his head at the bottom of a ravine, unable to call for help, despite having survived the fall by landing on soft loam. The Hero, NetFisher, would come save him upon finding a headless child running around, and eventually locate them by following his footprints.
Later, NetFisher would actively begin adding rope nets to the edges of ravines across Ireland, in order to prevent such falls from easily happening, as well as rope guideline fences to help keep things open, yet indicate where it was safe to walk near such openings. Despite this not exactly preventing such falls all together from happening again, it was an example of his father's philosophy at work, paving the way for others to not suffer the same as Tommy had. With that, Tommy would further help and learn how to lead when his older siblings left home, eventually leaving him as the eldest, and learning how to lead thanks to his brother and sister paving the way for him.
Eventually, Tommy knew his calling was Hero work, especially upon hearing that Netfisher would be soon retiring, but was glad he could pave the way for his replacement. Tommy eventually told his family his goals, and began to learn japanese as he wished to attend UA. With their help, as well as the now retired NetFisher's help, Tommy would set off to UA. Despite this, while he couldn't do much in the physical exam, his nature to pave the way for others helped him score enough hero points to barely pass. From then on, Tommy would know that while his life would likely be hard at UA, it would be a hardship that would pave the way for others, and not just himself. He would spend the first year rigorously training himself, slowly learning the nuances of his quirk, and even how to fight when he couldn't use his quirk, either because it was too risky, or outright dangerous. He helped develop a early prototype for his Reel Back line with the help of the support class, and learned to properly grab and climb in his second year, giving him the capabilities to swing or rappel himself.
Even now, with the help of his Teachers as well as acquiring an internship with Giga Bite at the KKH, Tommy had not only grand invaluable experience, but also excellent training. Currently he's working with Nocturne in Quirk Theory and Development in order to create his final and ultimate supermove. One that he can use even without the reel back system, just in case. For a long time he's been on the sidelines due to being in class B, but this year he'll pave the way for his underclassmen and show them what it means to go beyond Plus Ultra!
Quirk
Name: Pop-Off
Quirk Type: Transformer
Power: Pop-Off allows the user to disconnect the various limbs and parts of their body so long as there is a joint between the bones. While these parts are disconnected the user still has full control and feeling in said parts. What's more, each part is technically connected with powerful muscles that the user can constrict in order to launch the limb a short distance normally, though with intense training they can shoot these limbs with the same force as a potato cannon. Any limb or part popped off can then be either reattached by simply placing it anywhere on the user's body, allowing the user to reconfigure their body in a multitude of ways. The user can also attach said parts to other objects and living things, and can pop off at will from them. Lastly, the user is fully aware of where any of their body parts are, no matter the distance, though they cannot pinpoint an exact location, rather they can feel a pull from the part, similarly to a compass.
Supermoves:
Pop-gun Series:
The Pop-gun series of supermoves are ranged attacks where the user constricts their muscles in order to launch a limb out at high speeds similar to a paintball gun or Potato Cannon. Further force can be added by swinging their limb as though attacking, though this can telegraph the move if the opponent has seen it before.
[Spoil]
Pop-gun Slug- the user launches their fist at the opponent from their wrist joint by using a one inch punch with their disconnect launch. At close range this attack is devistating and powerful, but leaves the user unable to attack with that fist again until they recover it if they miss.
Pop-gun Net: - Firing their forearm, the user can then subsequently fire their fingers around a target. This combined with the Reel System, can allow for the attack to catch or "net" his target by connecting the 14 parts of his fingers and thumb by entangling the target. If the net misses, it can cause the wires to become tangled up. This unfortunately move also disables a limb, regardless of if the attack was successful or not, as it will take time for the user to undo the wires.
Pop-gun Rifle - using either arm, the user launches their entire arm from it's shoulder socket, before subsequently firing the forearm, and then wrist, amplifying the force of each disconnect in order to sustain force from a longer range; with greater speed and accuracy. All limbs of the arm must be present for this attack, and must be collected.
Pop-gun Missle - Using their legs, the user is capable of launching a powerful side kick that launches the calf out from the knee to deliver a kick that can easily knock the wind out of an opponent, if not stun them with the sheer force. This forces the user to be without a leg, or replace the leg with a forearm and hand temporarily to move effectively.
[/Spoil]
Reel Back Strike - Tommy activates the Reel Back system in order to draw any limb that is connected to the wire back, and attempt to strike the opponent with the returning limb. Is generally predictable as the reel back wire is obvious.
Pop-Ram - The user launches their upper body in a shoulder charge to greatly increase their speed in an instant by firing from their hip area.
Pop-swap - The user swaps around their limbs, changing the range, placement, and angle of attack for the said limbs by moving them around their body. This creates unique angles of attack, while allowing him to shape his body better in order to climb, run, or crawl not only more efficiently, but more quickly as well.
Pop-grapple Line - Using the reelback system, he can use the line as a pendulum swing; and effectively swing around to travel, if not rapidly drag himself around. His reach is limited, though he has been known to use this to launch himself across larger gaps to more grab points. He tends to not use it when it's wet or raining, and generally focuses in grabbing poles, solid ledges, and railings.
(Final supermove wip) - is currently working to develop a new supermove he can use to overwhelm multiple opponents in a enclosed space.
Drawbacks:. While the user can disconnect parts of their body, those parts must be collected manually. The Torso of his body can only disconnect into the upper torso, abdomen, and hip. Further more the user's limbs can only move if there are other parts connected, such as fingers being able to move like fingers if are still attached to something that would facilitate their movement; or a foot hopping so long as it has a calf or thigh attached. The user can also feel any pain that is inflicted to a disconnected part of their body, resulting in a catch 22 where parts of the user can be used against them. Further more, the longer that the limbs are detached from him, the harder they become to control, eventually falling asleep and causing the sensation of pins and needles to distract him. This effect generally kicks in about 3 minutes (3 rounds of posts) after the limb is disconnected. Sensation will generally return to normal after 5 minutes (5 rounds of posts) of being reconnected to the body.
This loss of limb control can also be induced by sedatives or tranquilizer, though it only spreads to that limb. If he connects with a tranquilized or sedated limb, then the effects of said sedation/tranquilizer will begin to affect him rapidly.
A unique downside that Tommy had developed after learning how to clench his joint muscles in a way that would allow him to fire his limbs, is that it not only requires a fair bit of stamina to launch limbs farther the heavier they are (ex. An arm requires more stamina than a hand) if he over uses a single joint a lot he can develop muscle cramps that not only prevent him from firing that part of the limb, but significantly reducing it's overall strenght. Currently his limit is 13 shots from each joint.
Lastly, Tommy can lose limbs and detached pieces of his body permanently if they are damaged, or stay disconnected for too long. This is lethal if his head, upper Torso, lower torso, or waist are damaged to the point of being beyond recovery. For his limbs, if the missing limb is disconnected for more than 6 hours, it can cause intense nerve damage, as well as ultimately kill the limb after a period of 3 days.
Fighting Style: Piecekeeper fights extremely well using blitzkrieg tactics, striking his opponents fast and hard, while popping off various points of his body via his quirk to make him a very hard to hit individual. What's more, thanks to Tommy's intense training regiment, he's trained the Pop-off muscles in order to be able to "fire" his limbs with extreme control, allowing him to control exactly how far his popped off limbs or parts move from his body. This, combined with his support gear which allows him to reel his limbs back into place allows for Reconfigure to become a fast, powerful, and mobile target and force to be reckoned with even at mid range where hand to hand combat would be difficult to initiate. What's more, Piecekeeper is even more effective multiple engagements, as he's more than capable of controlling limbs that have disconnected catching enemies off guard if they don't keep track of his limbs, further boosting the user's advantage.
