"You think magic isn't real, huh? Well, let me put it like this, so your inferior mind can comprehend my likeness. Technology is the superpower of mankind, the closest thing to magic! I may have my quirk to reinforce my power, but my point stands even without it. If you can't handle my creations, then you're simply another pile of trash to kick to the curb.
Allow me to demonstrate!"

Goal: To keep evolving the technological advances of society and keep his citizens safe from danger.
General Personality: (What is your character like? Be detailed as this will flesh you out and give other people an insight into how you think, why you do what you do and how you operate)
Nero is known as more of a gentleman when it comes to the citizens around him, as well as a high-grade intellectual thanks to his prodigal brainpower. He's humble and kind to those who work by his side as well as highly resourceful when the time is right. The man isn't one who is easy to anger despite his more omniverted nature, and can break a fight quickly if he has to. He also has a bit of a playful side as he likes to mess around with some of his allies on a daily basis, though all of his antics are mostly harmless. He does it out of likeness and respect for those he cares about, since they all have to have fun with their jobs as well as whatever they have going on with their lives.
He is extremely passionate about technology, almost to the point of obsession. It's fitting for his quirk, along with the experiences he had with his mother and father. He can keep any conversation going if it revolves around mechanics or tech of any kind, giving his thoughts about different upgrades he could make to certain inventions. He's also able to converse rather easily even if the topic isn't about his passions.
As for the villains, he's not afraid to show how much of a mad genius he is as well as how he looks down upon those who follow the path of villainy. He takes personal joy in knocking evil-doers down a peg or two, as well as making sure civilians make it out of danger safely thanks to his powers. In a fight, he likes to put on a show with some of his moves and he easily shows how strong he is simply through how he practices his abilities, the advances in technology making him an intimidating opponent. And when he gets really serious, he expects them to feel out of his league as he unleashes his full potential as the mad inventor of his people.

History: (Your life, up until today. Include any important character developments or life-changing events that made you who you are today.)
The hero-to-be was once a child like any other, born under Carly and Jason Xanderosa in a more rich region of Wisconsin, USA. Throughout his childhood, Nero was raised like other gifted children, under the eyes of their parents and taught how things worked with their abilities and their cause in society. He started out rather slow at first, but his intelligence would soon start to truly develop once he started getting practice in with devices and computers at the age of 6. Using well-designed educational programs as well as personal training from his parents, he not only got to learn the basics of his new quirk, but also begin to understand more and more of how technology can be useful in everyday life. He started to like it very much, and he wanted to see if he could work on it as much as he could.
In the many schools he attended, he grew to be one of the smartest as well as one of the more popular kids in his classes, going above and beyond on his studies as well as fun to interact with. Very few students could match his academic heights as he developed into much more of a prodigal figure, an icon of what a person should strive to be. He grew to like some of the fame, but he didn't want to take all the attention for himself. He felt he was above all this praise and went on to share the spotlight with his friends and teachers alike. Though, it wasn't until he was in high school that he truly awakened his prowess.
He was a well versed student in U. A. High then, on September 17 when he was 15. The school day ended nicely with him getting picked up by his father, and the pair heading over to the local hardware store to pick up some extra parts to tinker with back home. While they were on their way there, an explosion at the nearby bank occurred and Jason was inclined to act on his duty as a Pro-Hero. He parked his car on the other side of the street and left his son inside to see who he was up against. Nero kept an eye on what was going on, his father fighting a villain who manipulates glass. He was getting pummels, with all of his contraptions being torn to scrap metal. A fire inside of him was filling him with something, a drive to help his family.
The first opportunity he got, he snuck out of the car and made his way stealthfully towards the battlefield. When thee time was right, he shifted his arm into a grappling launcher and intercepted an attack, snagging the villain towards him and getting a strong sucker punch to his face. Flabbergasted at the thought that he was just jumped by a kid, He generated a flurry of glass shards and launched them at Nero, his father quickly getting in the way. He was skewered through the back several times, taking brutal blows as he protected his son. He fell to the ground, taking one last moment to speak to his son. He told him not to be afraid, to do what he could to help the people advance into the future, make it a safer one for everybody. From there, he drew his last breath.
The villain simply laughed. As the father dies, so shall his son by his hand. But, what he didn't realize until then was that he just triggered something serious within the boy. He was pissed. Really pissed. His eyes glowed with energy before he screamed in righteous anger, his body almost fully shifting into a completely mechanical form, tubes and tendrils lashing out everywhere until they connected with many different nearby cars. With a sudden yank, he pulled the cars together all around him with nothing but sheer willpower and enhanced mechanical strength. They began to twist and mend together, transforming to his whim as he gave a determined stare at the man who killed his pops. He created a golem for him to pilot, the hulking mass of steel, tubes and wires a real menace to look at. And it was directed towards the villain.
He surely did his best to protect himself as Nero chased him down, with a barrage of glass shards only barely shredding into it, with one successfully impaling his shoulder through the armor, but it proved to be way too much for him. He cornered the man, launching himself from it's chest at him and using his metallic wired to restrain and pin him down. He then forcefully pulled out the shard of glass from his shoulder and raised it high in the air. The man scoffed, looking at the kid and telling him he'll see him in hell. But the boy simply tossed the glass away from them, tears flowing down his frustrated face as he took a deep breath. He'd rather see him in jail.
He reunited with his mother, the sad news reaching her like a bullet to the head. They both lost someone precious to them, and they cried together as the murderer was tried for his crimes. It wasn't long before Nero made it onto the news as the man who stopped a full-fledged villain by himself, but lost his father in the middle of the fight. He took his time to simply work on his studies by himself, despite the fame he gained from the event. He was determined to hold onto his father's words, trying his best to keep his legacy alive. Before he knew it, he was a few years older and much more accepting of what his fame gave him, graduating the academy and getting his time back in the city.
At last, he has the freedom to do what he does best. He chose to take college classes in engineering and programming, working hard like a horse in a derby as he was seriously ahead of everyone else at that time. The more he practiced , the more he understood both the strengths and weaknesses of his powers, taking his time to get everything done weeks ahead of time so he could have more time training and inventing new things he set his mind do. Years went by and he achieved his doctorate in systems engineering. Since then he practiced his mechanical skills with his quirk and later rose as a popular inventor and tech scientist in the world. And through it all, he did whatever he could to not only stop anything that the leagues of villainy were able to do. Over the next few years, he fought alongside some of the most powerful and famous heroes he knew, watching some of them fall for others to rise in their place.
One day, he'll have someone take his own place as number 19 in the rankings. But until then, he continues doing what he does best: Invent and Protect!
"It seems I've underestimated your sense of pride. A slight miscalculation on my part. Very well. If it's a serious fight you desire, then so be it!
Let me show you my REAL prowess!"

Quirk
Name: Biomechanic
Quirk Type: Transformer
Power: This quirk allows him to morph his physical body or different parts of it into tools, energized weapons and mechanical structures, in whatever form he can imagine that can be useful in and outside of combat. This includes the smallest forms like turning his finger into a USB port for accessing information via connecting his mind to separate databases, as well as the largest forms like shifting his arms and melding them together into a high-density photon cannon. (Imagine Alice from Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen shifting from human form to Decepticon form. Basically that, but to a massive degree.) Also, by linking his mechanical parts into separate machines and systems, he can manipulate, combine and morph them as if they were extensions of his own body, changing them into whatever forms he wants them to become. Plus, by connecting his mind to the machines' software, he can reprogram them to serve new purposes for him.
Supermoves: (Any special moves that you have developed with your quirk during Hero Studies. Students can start with one or two, and will develop more over their learning. Not entirely necessary for Villains or Vigilantes who may not have attended a Hero School but you can still add them in if you like. Don't forget to give each one a cool name!)
Protocol-01: Judgement Cleave > Dr. energizes one of or both of his arms and enhances their range and slashing power, charging at the enemy or enemies and releasing a barrage of slash attacks before finishing off with an explosive energy strike to finish them off.
Protocol-02: Punishment Rave > Dr. transforms his arms and legs, adapting them into high-powered energy missile launchers. He then engages them and fires a barrage of high-density tesla spheres that home in on the targets he locks on to, creating a high-voltage explosion upon contact with the enemies.
Protocol-03: Karmic Execution > Dr. changes the majority of his body into a variety of energizes cables, tubes and wires, all of which react to enemy movement. If an enemy were to attack this form of his body, he would absorb the energy or kinetic force used against him and discharge it in the form of photonic mass, redirecting the damage twice as hard back at the enemy. This is a double-edged sword, as his body is more vulnerable in this state compared to every other form he uses, making it easier for him to be damaged.
Protocol-EX: The Colossus Initiative > This is one of his most menacing protocols, the man using his power to connect several nearby machines into a single unit, combining and morphing them together into a golem construct that he can pilot and command at will. This construct can be modified according to what other machines he can add into it, upgrading it to make it stronger along with morphing the machines into additional weapons for the mech. Of course, the larger the colossus is, the potentially slower it moves depending on how much mass the construct has.
Drawbacks: The transforming abilities of his body are only limited to the amount of mass his body has, so he is incapable of creating tools, constructs and weapons that exceed the amount of physical mass needed to build it, such as making an energy cannon half his size but sacrificing some parts of his own mechanized body to do so. Also, that same rule is applied when he is linked to other machines, and though the mass limit can be increased by combining machines, he has to have time to complete the process as more mass for the transformation means a significantly slower change time.
In terms of physical harm, if any of his mechanical body is damaged is some way it also affects his flesh form when he transforms it back. This also includes the vulnerability of his mind while it's connected to a separate mainframe, for if it short circuits or becomes the victim of a power surge, it could cause significant damage to his brain depending on how severe the damage to the machine's mainframe is.
Fighting Style: Dr. Robotnik is a mixture of both a ranged and close-up fighter, using his energized blades and crushers for close-range and his specialized guns and cannons for long-range. He can also use his reprogramed machines to help him in combat should he have to fight multiple enemies at once.[/align]
