Hook island. One of the many and innumerable islands that dotted the East Blue's Seascape. While most small islands would simply be places where one would find a village, or simply tropical wilderness, Hook Island was a different case. A mix of tropical wilderness, mixed in between with various amounts of repurposed hulls, boats, and half hazardously assembled shacks, piled precariously where they could fit. It had a dirty, if not outright grungy look to it, befitting it's known reputation as a hideout and home for pirates, cheats, scammers, cutthroats, and the poor fools that fell for these tricks of the daily trade. Hook Island was both a sanctuary from the ever watchful eye of marines, and a trap for those who lost everything. But something was different today. A merchant vessel, long with black sails was sitting and awaiting it's crew to board it. Scoundrels were already licking their lips. In an hour if the owners didn't show up, they could claim the ship as salvage. Rules in Hook Island were scant, but to keep some semblance of order and hierarchy special rules were made. Those who violated these sacred codes were deemed not only untrustworthy, but were labeled as worse than a bilge rat and would be given no mercy.
Meanwhile, a certain Captain of the said ship was standing in front of his newest recruit, all while a greasy old man laid on the ground, missing a few teeth, and with half of his face swollen, knocked out by a single punch from Garcia. His crew was finally assembled, and he could now begin his epic.
That is, if suddenly the doors behind his newest recruit didn't suddenly barge open. A hefty man laughed as his eyes were closed, "Great Job! Good good! You're the one and only Lucky Rabbit's foot my enigmatic frie-". The gold coated gem encrusted, accessory laiden man said, before blinking. Heavy would know this man instantly as one of the biggest leaders in Hook Island, Gold Ring Jimmy, a man who always had his hand in every scam. If you didn't pay tribute, he set his goons on you, and Heavy knew this all too well.
The fat large man towering over the group stared at the scene before him. "Uh.... Care to explain what's going on?", He asked, a bit of sweat on his face as he began to frown at the possibility that he was about to lose a big investment.

Heavy didn't relent, he'd only stand tall as Jimmy appeared. They butted heads quite a few times. While it wasn't an actual fact, it was safe to say Jimmy's scams were why a lot of pirates didn't leave Hook. Eckart tilted his head back in disgust. He was taken from Hook to be a young fighter, but he remember Jimmy to be a bully when they all were young. That size, and cunning. It meants nothing now that they were adults. They could take him! The fighter looked toward his captain for a confirming nod, but no nod would come. Heavy would grin at Jimmy.
With outstretched hands, he-"Jimmy jimmy Jimmyyyyy. Long time no see! There's nothing to explain here. Just an oaf, being an oaf, and myself who kindly knocked him on his ass. He was talking too much, plain and simple! " He'd even stand on the down oaf to get closer to eye level with Gold Ring. Eckart sighed, before rubbing his eyes. "More importantly, your lucky rabbit's foot has to get going. I've been summoned to fulfill a prior business obligation... I've been keeping this guy waiting for well over ten years. " He said, pointing to his captain. This was unlike the docile guy he always was. Being around Heavy gave him a backbone.
Angie and the girls, however, were mainly just looking to create an escape route. If the boys were going to chat up Jimmy, maybe they could slide past and get to the ship!

"Ohhoh! I see! I agree that this old fart can be a bit pushy after all." Jimmy stated, as he blushed and smiled, waving Garcia's offense away with squinting eyes. The girls would know that Jimmy's girth was blocking their way forwards, but perhaps the way they came from the back door could still be used.
"If that's all, then I suppose we shouldn't nother you anymore Jimmy. Gotta go anyways, ya know, scams to run, things to pickpocket, stuff to steal, the usual you know." Monet stated with a cheery smile that could light up a room as she and the others began to step backwards.
"Oh, that's fine, that's fine." Jimmy waved at them for a moment, watching the group beginning to leave from where they came, before suddenly exploding, "LIKE HELL IT'S FINE!". The man stated as he made a swing at heavy who was standing atop the oaf.

As soon as Jimmy reeled back to throw a punch the ladies would continue their way towards the exit. The boys would be able to handle him. That satisfy knuckle to face sensation... Jimmy would feel none of it, as Heavy's body flap in response and simply was carried by the momentum of the swing. "You're forgetting I'm a fluttering flag human!" Garcia cackled as he slowly rejuvenated into a more solid and humanoid shape. The orange haired captain would hold onto the fist that just struck him. A hit like that would have hurt a lot more, but in this instance it only stung. Eckart on the other hand was already in his hybrid form, launching a lucky rabbit's foot attack into Gold Ring's unsuspecting side. If there was a time to earn his stripes as a crew member, now was as good a time as any.

Jimmy didn't stop at the strike to Garcia, and was intending to shred him using the splintered floorboards if the swing hadn't been interrupted midway by a swift an powerful kick that sent him tumbling back, his eyes bulging out as he careened through the door. Garcia being wrapped around his arm, he was carried along with thr fatty, as the doors exploded open back into the main venue for the fighters and their audience. Taking a moment, Jimmy wheezed, before attempting to slam his fist into the nearby cage and drag it along the metal fencing. Garcia was made of cloth, and that could dampen most blows, but this wasn't Jimmy's first rodeo with him. "I'll put you out of your misery you sorry excuse of a spoiled cloth!". Jimmy yelled as he attempted to get rid of his opponent clinging to him.
For Knuckle, his path to the bastard Jimmy was suddenly blocked as two muscle bound beef heads, Brick and Brock stood before him. They were your typical thug bouncers and bodyguards, but they were also one of Knuckle's first challengers, being prior champions to him. "We've been" "waiting a long""time for this!" The two twins said in alternating words. The pair smiled with cruelty, thinking that without any rules to hold them back they could take the black rabbit on, pulling out a pair of clubs that seemed large for anyone, but average forecast their size.
Meanwhile, in the VIP balcony, a certain individual was smoking a cigar and watching the current match when another fight burst into his arena, catching his attention as he sat and watched it unfold.

Heacy growled as he was dragged along, now that he was getting his form back into a humanoid shape, Jimmy would have to deal with the weight of a grown man... not that it made much difference. The gold-ringed fiend was big enough to do so. He'd loosen his grip, but only enough to grab at his sash. Yanking it loose, he'd try and lassoo the large man around the neck. Being larger had it's disadvantages as a bigger target was always easier. "Try your hardest, but you're going up against the man who will become king of the pirates!" He grinned as he wrestled back with a passionate glare.
Knuckled tilted his head enough until it cricked on both sides. Was he supposed to fold because it was a two against one situation? "Two enemies I've beaten already. Well let's see if you can best me with numbers." The rabbit lulled before shoving his wrapped hands back into his trusty gloves. Their were metallic inserts embedded in the "cushioning." On top of skill, it's why his punches were filled with an extra sting. If they were pulling weapons, he'd show them once more why he wore that title belt, and why he was a ranked fighter worth 40k beli. The black rabbit put his dukes up, and eyed them both carefully, before catching a solid rhythm to sway to. It was rather easy to read, but this is where he'd catch most of his enemies slipping.

Jimmy flailed around before standing as Heavy began to quite literally ride him around, before he slammed straight into the fighting ring itself, the cage doors flying open as Jimmy's weight was being tossed about in an attempt to dislodge Garcia. The two fighters suddenly scrambled away and out the broken cage door as the crowd continued to cheer, this time the air full of new bids, Jimmy or Garcia. The two were well known, and their last scuffle had been broken up, specifically by a certain individual who was watching the chaos evolve into a new opportunity.
Soon enough, Once the man finally had room, he stopped and suddenly fell backwards, before continuing the motion, "BACKROLLER!". Jimmy cried out, attempting to pointlessly flatten Garcia to get him off.
Meanwhile.....
"You won't be""so cocky once we""have a nice""pair of rabbit feet!"
Immediately the twins swing their clubs, one swinging at Knuckle's feet from the left in tangent with the other swinging for his center mass from the right. The problem was that they weren't allowing Knuckles a moment to put his gloves on. Still, his immediate reaction to weave did allow him to dodge out of the way of their swings, though the area they were fighting in was a very narrow ring, one that could limit movements, and Knuckles would only have so much room to retreat before he was against the ropes.

Gold finger was like a bull bucking around in a china shop. The lasso slowly tightened with each jerking movement. Heavy smirked. He'd adjust as the situation fell into his lap, diving out of the way to the right. "False Flag..." He jerked himself to sit up and pull as tight as he could, as the sash around Jimmy's neck returned from a folded cloth to anchor and chain. The anchor would embed itself into the ground with a hardy thud as Jimmy slammed his back into the ground. With more struggle, Garcia would only pull tighter to choke the man out. With an anchor on the other end of the chain, it'd be that much harder to sit up properly.
"Don't think I haven't gotten any stronger Jimmy? Of course, I have. I'm a CAPTAIN! Today's the day I get out of this shit hole. Nothings stopping me from leaving, not even you." He snarled with an excited grin. As many times as Jimmy and Garcia clashed, the captain would be lying if he said Jimmy wasn't a fun opponent to fight.
As Heavy fought, Knuckle found himself in a peculiar situation, but perhaps that's just what came with the territory of becoming a Heavy Pirate. A hop. There was no height to it, but it initiated a nice bounce for him to begin another- "Vanishing Pogo." The mass of a rabbit, practically disappeared. That wasn't the case at all, he was too small for either club swing to connect, a small black rabbit darted passed the men! The rabbit would grow abnormally back into it's hybrid form. He'd square up, and send a honed punch at Brick's oblique. "Polished Stinger" If the punch landed, there would be a resounding impact sound, outside of it feeling like getting stabbed.
The girls would make their way toward the ship to gear it up for setting sail. The two would have to make it in time. If not, they'd have to sail off and pull the boat up in a few hours for a last-ditch effort for pick up and escape!

As Jimmy attempted to finish and stand up, he was forced into a precarious situation. In almost all his fights with Garcia, he had always been with his posse, and better yet, he was always prepared to cause trouble. This visit had been intended as strictly business with the biggest boss of Hook Island.... and here this man nearly an eighth of his size was pinning him down and attempting to choke him out!? He grew red as he began to lose air, and struggled to get some air. Of course in desperate times he decided to use his dumb strength unrestrained. "GRAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!" In a masssive heave, the man pushed up, grabbing the anchor before intending to swing it towards heavy, the hook catching on the floor boards before it sent splinters and debris flying through the air.
In the balcony, the shaded individual suddenly stopped, before gripping the arm of his chair. "Jim....." the voice resound, as suddenly Jimmy realized that his business partner was still not only here..... but that he was ripping apart his property, as the crowd of brigands and scoundrels scrambled and got away. Instantly Jimmy went pale, an uncharacteristic trait of him as Garcia had never see this reaction before.
"I want your men here to clean and fix your mess.... Now." the deep smoker voice echoed from above, before Garcia would be able to locate the direction of the voice by the flare of the cigar cherry, as a man who Garcia had only heard about was before him.... or rather above him. The "mayor" of Hook Island, and unofficial mob boss of all operations. If jimmy had his hand in the cookie jar, this man owned the shop jimmy was reaching into. The fabled Don Krow, a man who had deep shadows under his eyes, pale complexion as though he never saw any light, and spiked hair that was blood red in color. He was built broad, and like a king almost; a black cloak with golden fur collar around his shoulders. Some said he had gained that cloak by killing a Commadore and staining it with his own blood which was said to be blacker than night. "You..... Garcia was it? What are you doing in my.... Entertainment center?" Krow's reputation proceeded him, and everyone froze when he spoke, all of the panicked watchers who now seemed flustered with sweat, and even the drunk ones too. Not a single one even blinked. Only Jimmy did, as he attempted to unwrap the chain around his neck to do as Krow ordered.
Meanwhile, Knuckle would find himself effective in his tactics, the sudden size change throwing them off, as a quick and crackling punch to the side of the left twin, sending him crashing through the side and through the wall into what was the contestant's dressing quarters. Immediately, the right twin aimed to catch Knuckle off guard as he intended to backhand the half rabbit pipsqueak, before the sound of wood and debris resounded, and a plank struck the other twin upside the back of his head, effectively knocking him out. Knuckle would barely hear the voice of the man who always watched him, Don Krow; as he was forced to deal with a choice. Don Krow was not a man you could just do anything around. He was a man who required your attention at all time or he'd pluck your eyes out. Who gave you permission to stand, or you'd lose your legs. Tyrannical was his methods, and it wasn't a far cry to say if he wasn't content to be on Hook Island, he'd be the next possible D'vil. Of course, that also meant he controlled all the docks too. Even if Heavy's girls got to the ship, a single call could get them all held as hostage, or worse, the ship could be immediately scuttled by the salvagers who always waited. Now the question was who needed his help more. His captain... or his new crewmates and their ship?
Meanwhile, as the girls made their way towards the ship, a few men would take note of their hurry, before eventually disregarding it. Of course, one or two were already on the move towards where their boss favored to spend his time.

In a bewildering lull in time, it felt like the room froze when a voice rang through out the fighting ring. Jimmy restled with the chains, but Heavy would maintain a solid hold, despite the voice telling the Gold ring fiend to back off. He'd slowly loosen his weapon when he finally was addressed, and would snap it back to his person, so he could fold it back into a sash. This would give Jimmy some literal breathing room. Throwing the grey sash over the other, Captain Heavy would adjust himself, and brush his clothes off. If this were Jimmy's boss, then he'd ought to look presentable. So this was "The Don." It was a rare case of someone he hadn't scammed, cheated, or lied to yet. Someone of that caliber ought to get an honest answer. "Well, Jimmy owes me tiles. They are high in trend and they are worth a pretty penny right now in the merchant village. As a good trader, it's in my best interest to wrestle him down til he pays me back, right?!? " He'd shrug and place both hands on his hips with a dumbfounded look. Well... that was a lie, but it was mainly just to break the ice.
With a lot more truth here, he- "Jokes aside, there was a crewmate I've come to collect. Sorry for knocking out the slime ball, and roughhousing with Jimmy. As fun as it was, it's not why I came. Knuckle has beaten up plenty people, even when we were kids but I'm the first person to knock him out in one punch. He said I couldn't do... and I did it. By the laws and confines of a childhood bet, he is to be my crewmate. He even promised to become the strongest fight. Now that all the criteria have been met for both the childhood bet and promise.... I'm only repossessing a loaned asset. Mr. The Don, sir. ...No takesies backsies. You know this golden rule as much as I do..." He explained, loading the talking points with contract jargon so Don would understand him better. It was his honest answer, but it didn't take away from the antagonistic tone OR how goofy the truth sounded compared to a goofy lie. They both sounded stupid as hell, but Heavy was as good as any fast-talking snake on this island.
Knuckle felt great relief when his enemy flew through the wall. He'd pull his guard up only, for his remaining enemy to get smacked by a wooden plank. Whether is was a coincidence, luck, or just a stroke of karma, the fighter raced off toward the docks. The girls couldn't have gone far. He knew the Ocean Taurus by sight. Heavy would always brag about it when they'd send letters back and forth when Knuckle went on fighting tours. If the game plan was to set sail today, he'd have to trust the Captain to wiggle his way out of this situation. He often didn't give orders because his crew could rise to the occasion. Mouse would know what to do. As first mate, she could give orders whenever Heavy wasn't present.

Jimmy looked strained as he didn't bother to fight back, collapsing on his knees before scrambling to do as the Don asked, acting as though his life was on the line.
"About as good a trader as your father it would seem." Krow commented without a care. "I've heard of you Garcia. I've heard you do a lot of things. Sometimes it's profitable, sometimes it's unfortunate. Yet you never once bothered to pay tribute to have an audience with me. Why?" The man stayed in the shadows, as he listened to the "captain" as it were. "I also know of your most recent scam, along with the acquisition of one, Black Taurus. I've heard it's a nice looking ship. Been there for a few days now." The man would stand up before approaching the balcony. "I'll get to the point as opposed to playing around like I did with that fat fool. I can't let one of my biggest money makers leave. Not without something of greater investment and value. As for the Golden Rule, he signed a contract with that slime ball, and that contract is still active.... one that I am the primary investor in. So.... What will you offer me to buy that contract?"
It was clear that the man wasn't going to let Knuckles go. The fact he wasn't even seeing Knuckles as anything more than a source of Income said that much. "I'm not an unreasonable man. "If it hadn't been for that "golden rule" I'd have simply taken him back without a second thought. Still, I'm certain you have something I can find useful. A service... goods.... individual...." While slavery was outlawed on Hook island Indentured Servitude was the other side of the picture and considered barely legal in the eyes of the World Government. "Or.... perhaps you can be willing to take a bet like your old man did."

Garcia swayed left to right as he listened to The Don. He had a lot to say, but at the same time it could be only taken a few ways. It was really up to Heavy to read between the lines and find his own solution. Now there was a question lodging itself in his head as he was questioned why he never attempted speak to him. Well why would he? Anyone striving to be anyone on this island would have to build their own following or serve to become a popular lackey just like Jimmy. The Jimmy Garcia scuffled with as a kid had more ambition than the sniveling dope he turned out to be post-puberty. There was always the chance the man could usurp The Don and become the New Gold Fingered Don... But still- Heavy already faced the bottom when his father was killed in front of him. After that day, he swore to himself he was destined for the top as all greats come from nothing and sad stories.
"Mmmmm, no we've had the black taurus for quite some time. We've only just been frequenting it because it's time to leave. Wanna come?" He pointed toward the docks. Obviously not. Most bosses never left their island or town because they were complete nobodies in the rough waters. The blues, the grand line, and the legends they spewed, only the truly strong could survive out there. Now a service was the smartest route to take. A bet with someone from Hook was quite possibly the dumbest route to take, BUT this was Heavy he was dealing with. He was as easily as slimy as the next guy.
"A bet simply won't do." He smiled. "We can definitely get something done for you though. "

Don stared as he was given a condescending answer about Garcia's ship. He then began to raise his hand at Garcia's refusal to do a bet; but he paused mid raise when Garcia clarified that he'd offer a service. Don smiled, before he stood up, and turned around. Heading down his steps, he said on thing to everyone else. "Clear Out. Business is happening."
Instantly people began to flood out the various exits. If there was any time to leave, now would be the chance. If not, it appeared that the Don was wanting to speak in private at this point.
The Knuckles would be able to catch up with the girls, though he did notice movement, specifically of people that he had seen before in the Cage. They often went up the stairwell towards the Don Krow, and it could only be guessed that they were Don's ears in a sense. Some were stopping only to pass word along, before quickly disappearing. Eventually, Knuckle would make it to the docks; as he spotted the girls ahead. What's more, he saw that they were being stopped by the port master and his guards, looking at them lecherously and attempting to obviously get money or something from them.
"I'm telling you we already paid our fee! It hasn't been an hour yet!" Cherie Rice said, the newest girl that Knuckle hadn't seen hanging around heavy before. "An' I don' Think ya gonna leave in tha hour. Even if ya got on, we got more people getting into dock and leaven'" the rough looking guy who was as unkempt as as he crossed his arms with a hand held out. "Pay up, or I'mma let the Skuttlers loose."

Knuckle found himself closing in on the ship. In his sights was a man pestering the girls about the ship. So that was their vessel, not too shabby. He'd heard about it from some of the letters he and heavy wrote back and forth while he was away. To an extent, Knuckle felt as though the island left him behind, but at the same time, it never changed. He was already back in human form, and he didn't slow down his sprint. To be honest, he hadn't really heard the whole conversation. The only part he'd hear was the mention of scuttlers, and it was the only thing he needed to hear.
Closing in he'd launch a rocket of a punch to punt the man into the waters if he were successful. "Solid knuckle." He'd nod to the girl, specifically making eye contact with Mouse, the only one he knew before becoming a fighter. She was the first mate, and he'd let her take command. In an emergency scenario, it'd make sense to shove off and set sail now. They could always loop back around for Heavy and coordinate with a transponder snail. In a hasty measure, if Knuckle's surprise attack was successful, they'd rush onto the ship and begin prep for setting sail.
____________________________________________
Heavy watched as the men cleared out. He knew he couldn't just give the Don a simple okie doke. He'd have to follow through with something of value. Something the Don could benefit from. "NOW. One thing I've always been wondering about was what can be done for the type of men who have everything at their fingertips. By Hook standards you're quite wealthy, so it's not like any menial task can be done. It's got to be something you actually want or want done." He'd wag a finger with a knowing smile. Don Krow didn't really care about Knuckle, he only cared about the profits. What greater profit was there than the one piece, a mystical treasure left behind by the legendary Jolly Devil! To be fair pirates rising and gaining power like in this era was just a whisper that was slowly getting louder. Heavy wanted his name and crew in those whispers, but what did Krow want.
"Don," With a more serious tone. "Do you want to waste away on this island forever? If you join me, and aim for the top we can have so much more than just Hook. The world, DON KROW. I want more than just the one piece. I want to conquer it all. Hook is just a spec, the greatest service I can give you is the infinite resources of my destiny. You'll have be willing to bet your life on this too of course. " It was a crazy invitation from a crazy man. It wasn't all bad though. Both men were from the same shithole clawing for a top spot, the main difference being Don hit his stride before Garcia could.

The Portmaster didn't even get a chance to see what hit him as Knuckle sent the man flying into a group of crates that were filled with smelly fish. The two men who had been beside the man exclaimed as their eyes bulged out and their faces grew long, "Boss!" They both shouted, before quickly running over towards the man. If the crates hadn't been there the man would have been sent sailing into the sea, but it still achieved the same desired effect of getting him out of the way. Cherie's mouth was wide open at the sight, not believing how someone could be sent flying like that with just a punch alone. Maybe with a heavy weapon like Garcia and herself, but just a fist?! Especially if they had boxing mitts on! Mouse on the other hand who had one hand on her rifle already relaxed upon seeing Knuckle handle the situation. "Great work. Sorry I didn't say it earlier, but welcome back." She stated, before taking command of the group. "We need to get ready to set sail." She stated, though Cherie quickly spoke out, "Where's Garcia? I thought he was with you.... uh, what's your name again?"
Mouse quickly spoke up, "Regardless of where Garcia is, he wouldn't want our ticket out of here scrapped. We need to at least get out of dock, he can grab a rowboat if he's desperate enough, I'm certain we'll find him flailing in the air soon enough." Mouse stated, using logic that honestly made sense. So long as they were on the dock, they were likely to be attacked quickly, and that couldn't be said sooner than now, as the two guards that had been attending their boss blew a whistle that sounded like a whale call. "Shit!," Monet cursed as she drew her longsword from behind her. "We can all love hate each other later, for now we need to go! Scrappers are coming!" Soon enough as if on que, a group of shirtless men who wore tattered pants and had fishhook poles, carpenter's saws, hammers, and crowbars quickly began to come as they heard the whistle for their next bounty.
Cherie and Mouse didn't bother to argue, as Monet "Davey" was the voice of get along or else in the group, and now it was a race against the clock as they quickly boarded the Black Taurus. Getting on, Cherie would find that two of her men old crewmates were there on the ship, looking like they were waiting, before standing at attention, "Cap- I mean Uh..." The man stated, before he realized that neither were focused on him as they quickly began to make preparations to take off. "Oh! I guess... I'll just make myself useful." The grunt stated as he quickly did his duty and began to prepare the tethers and tied off various ropes. They'd be ready within five minutes if they weren't interrupted, but if the Scrappers got past Knuckles and Monet, then there would be trouble.
Meanwhile, Krow came before Heavy, noticing that he hadn't taken advantage of the order to clear out to do so himself. He smiled, liking the kid's guts. "If I didn't know any better, it seems like you're not the least bit worried." The don mentioned, before he listened to what Garcia was offering. At first Garcia seemed to be making a decent pitch, catching Don's attention by clarifying that he already had everything. It was true, this island was technically his kingdom. No one did anything big without his permission. Then as Garcia went into a serious tone, his face went from interested and excited; slowly to dark and irritated. When Garcia finished, the cigar which had been half way finished was now a nothing more than a pile of ash, before Don spit it out at Garcia's feet in clear disgust, the embers still glowing. He stepped up to the man, before looking down at him. Don Krow stood almost a good foot taller than the captain.
"So... you want me to give up everything I worked for. Everything that makes me the most respected and feared man on this island. All to become your underling?" He asked, quickly calling the man's bluff. "You expect me to believe that you can conquer the world, when you can't even come close to conquering a back alley that Jimmy held. You expect me to believe that the dreams of a dumbass man who went mad at the podium of his execution and in a last ditch effort to cause misfortune to anyone and everyone was to say that he left his oh so convenient treasure just lying around for anyone to get..... You're expecting me to believe that even if all of that was real that you'd be the "Gracious Garcia" that you are told to be before you scam someone." Don Krow wanted to see what Garcia was made of.
"I don't need the world Garcia. I just need to live a life I think is comfortable. It's called being content." The sudden click could be heard from under the cloak, "And I think you're making my life uncomfortable." He said, before Garcia would have enough time to attempt to dodge the blast of gunfire from behind the cloak. He didn't stop there though, as Krow had seen Garcia's strange powers for a moment, and had heard the rumors of him being a flag human, to which he quickly pulled out a dagger and made a cutting motion in case Garcia attempted to wrap around him or to his side.
