Personal Info
Personality: Poe is the curious sort. He's the type to follow his nose wherever it may take him even if it lands him in trouble. He sees the world with a glass cup half full, and often just hopes for the best. Poe isn't stupid enough to think everything will go his way, so he'll try his best to be prepared. While known for being the "Burner Finger" his fuse is pretty long, and there isn't much that can be done to him to piss him off. NOW, the same can't be said about messing with his crew, or more accurately his family. He will set anyone ablaze when it comes to his twin, or anyone on the crew for that matter. Out of everyone on the crew, he and Blissful are the only ones who have no past, only a future to look toward. If that means finding the one piece, then it's a pretty bright future to look forward to.
Morals:
He has been a pirate since birth. So compared to most people who grew up in a specific society, he has none. As far as being on the crew goes, he abides by a few non-spoken rules.
-If it's valuable to the crew take it.
-If you find yourself into too hairy of a situation, get back to the ship at all costs.
-If there's valuable information take it or write it down.
-Treason is worst than death
Passion:
Learning about an island's culture and secrets
Trying new foods
Architecture
A good story
Loathe:
Marines
Celestial Dragons
Being Confined in a small space
Flaw:
Tunnel vision when he knows there's a treasure or discovery close by.
Personal Goal/Dream:
Locating One Piece, the epic treasure no one has been able to find
To fix any wrongdoings the Marines have done to the islands.
Defining Moment:
-When the crew came across a odd fruit, both Destin and Bookend immediately knew it was a devil fruit. They had one more in storage, and were thinking of using it was bargaining chips incase they got into a hair situation. Before they could secure them into one of Michelle's books for safekeeping, the twins each ate their own respective devil fruit.
- The moment they were getting chased by marines all the way to Las Camp, and she got to see what being a Captain truly meant. Destin delegated tasks, and the twins, despite their age, were put on the front lines to help defend the ship. It was how they got their title, and their first bounty.
-His most defining moment was when he was stranded on an island known as Las Camp. It was the island of his choosing for his treasure hunting bout with his sister. The deal was whoever gets the biggest haul wins! To his advantage the crew was both able to drop him off and wait for his operation to finish. He was able to tail some rival pirates to their storehouse. Safe to say he was able to severely burn their captain and get away with two chests. Upon arrival back to the ship, he was first and that felt like a good sign. That was until he saw her, and her many hands floating down to the ship with roughly 8 chests.
-On the anniversary of the Black Hair Pirates creation, the crew celebrates its many years of methodical additions and preparations. At 50 members strong, Destin felt they were ready to head for the grand line and tackle whatever threats they came up against. On this night, the twins were dubbed with the title Lead Explorer.
-Fall of the black hair pirates. In a violent clash with the marines the twins were ordered to head back to Las Camp and hide out until things were safe. They'd soon find out that the entire crew of 50 was eradicated for their captain's sin of constantly challenging the 80th branch. Captain Commander Destin E Theory's name would go down in the newspapers are a villain who waged war on marines, and the twins would have to create or find their own crew in order to enter the grand line.

Haki:
Until Haki is capable of being learned, this will stay empty.
Combat Style:
Homegrown Assassin- With Destin as his teacher, Poe learned to go ahead and put those muscles of those to good use. His moves are sharp, because he's seen a lot of fights since young. He doesn't have a formal martial art under his belt, but the few moves he mimics from others have been added to his bag of tricks. Despite how distinctly noticeable his fruit powers are, he was trained to fight with efficiency and to kill without mercy. This reflects in solid striking, a few takedowns, and even some clever swordplay learned from Magici.
Techniques:
Paper Works: Blooming rose - Unraveling his bandages to try and snatch a foe, Poe will ready his blade or fruit to slice or char them.
Paper Works: Falling Camelia - A fast few slashes at a large supply of paper to blind and enemy with plenty of tiny sheets of paper. He can even ignite them with his quirk.
Combination Move: Dead Space- By hyper heating a soot-made snow fall, the twins will create a large haze that Blissy can take advantage of with her fruit or a way for them to run away. It's extremely dangerous to breath in.
Combination Move: Blaze - Standing side by side, the twins will ready a smoldering large fist made of powdery soot to completely scorch and ignite whatever it crashes into.
