It wasn't possible to prevent the giggling from leaking out, but Yukari clearly was entertained by the depictions she was being given by her fellow heroes of their school days. "Well damn, I don't think I'd have ever pegged you for a delinquent, Mayoi. If U.A. was that much trouble, at least on the administrative end, I suppose your classmates were pretty important to you to keep going there, huh?" She drummed her fingers along the table, the rhythmic metallic clacking providing a distraction as the young woman's ruby red eyes slid over to Chisako. "Seems quite different from little miss productivity over here, ahaha~"
The teenage years were often described as the years where a person would find out what they were truly like. At least, that's how the saying goes, or was supposed to. Some people didn't really quite know what they wanted to do then, and honestly it was too young of an age for a kid to make that decision, if you asked Yukari. But sometimes habits started young and just stayed that way their whole life. Yukari happened to fit into the latter category, and it seemed like Chisako did too. "It's too funny to try and picture in my mind a younger Chisako going all super-detective mode even back in school, like was that just your hobby in your free time? Oh man, that's a good one! I wish I could've had some fun adventures like those. Were you also the same way as a kid, too? I bet your parents had their hands full, haha!" Yukari's eyes settled down a bit, washing over with nostalgia. "I know my parents did when I moved on from taking apart my toys to things like the TV, heh."
Still, her curiosity had few boundaries. One point had been bothering her, as Yukari pointed a finger lazily at Mayoi. "But even then, that school that I never went to, it's supposed to be the best of the best for training upcoming heroes... do you think you'd consider yourself a success story? Speed?" Her expression shifted, with lowered eyebrows and a more concerning look as she interlocked her hands in front of her mouth, resting her elbows on the table. "You're working with Strive, after all. What's it like, in your own eyes, to separate 'Team Showtime' from yourself as an individual? I can't help but think that there's several factors out there making it harder on you than it needs to be, and I can't help but think that also started at U.A."
