Race:Human
Age:15
Place Of Birth:New York, specifically Brooklyn.
Occupation/Status:High School Sophomore
Alignment:Well he’s a pretty decent kid, but no hero.
Factions:N/A
Canon Or Original?:Canon
Powers/Abilities:Higher than average intelligence, he can do some pretty quick math on the fly, and his mind is like a steel trap when it comes to learning and applying said learning, and he’s bilingual(English, and Spanish). Over the past few years, he’s been training in the sacred art of drunken fist with his uncle (no alcohol involved of course)
Superhuman Physicality
Speed: Miles’ speed is proportional to a spider. In simpler terms, he outclasses Olympic athletes.
Strength: He hasn’t done any concrete testing...but he’s fairly sure that on a good day he can lift around 10 tons, but with adrenaline….he can’t even imagine the limits there.
Stamina: To keep up with the amount of activity he puts his body through, he has insanely resilient stamina because of the lower volume of things like lactic acid that build up in his system.
Durability: It isn’t the most fun thing in the world, but most impacts that would floor a regular guy don’t really have too much effect on Miles. Thrown through a window, had a club broken on his arm, no broken bones. Which is a good thing because he does some seriously crazy jumps.
Equilibrium: No more car sick for Miles. His equilibrium doesn’t get thrown off, he could be flipping through the air while swinging through the city, and he’d have no trouble orienting himself.
Reflexes: His reflexes are somewhere around 20x better than a normal human, perfectly comboing with his spider sense. It’s hard to throw a punch at Miles and expect it to land.
Hand-to-Hand Combat: Besides his years of practice with drunken fist, Miles has learned to adapt in combat by trusting his spider sense, and his reflexes, the combination makes for a very unique fighting style that most could never pull off.
Wall Crawling: Miles has the ability to cling to any surface via his fingertips and feet. He’s never tested the upper limits for how much he pressure he can apply to a surface, but he’s at least lifted his own weight
Spider Sense: If danger comes Miles’ way, he can feel it. Literally. There’s a shock through his system, and his insane reflexes allow him to evade the incoming...whatever it may be. He swears that he’s had some dreams that felt like spider sense shocks.
Bio-Electrokinesis: As far as he can tell, he can harness the natural electricity that his body produces, and use it to pulse into an enemy in what he calls a ‘venom blast’ that stuns or incapacitates his enemy.
Spider-Camo: Miles has never really been able to figure out how, but he can cause himself to blend into his surroundings, causing an effect similar to invisibility. Further testing is required.
Regenerative Healing: Miles takes a lot of hits, and lucky for him he heals much faster than a regular person. He’s had a knife wound go from bleeding, to almost a scar in 10-15 minutes.
Weapons/Items:N/A
Web Shooters: These are a pair of nifty gadgets that he wears around his wrists. As long as the button near his palm is depressed(Something that takes 65lbs of pressure) a line of web-fluid fires from the shooter, and travels out for hundreds of feet. He has a lot of utilities for these, quick bursts to make web bullets that blind or incapacitate his enemies, he can make ropes that tie up his enemies or he swings from through the streets of New York. Furthermore, he can change out cartridges in the shooters for various effects such as; taser, expanding-foam, acid web, freezing web, quick-dry cement, etc. Most of the webs have a time of about 1 hour before they turn into biodegradable dust, gotta be environmentally friendly.
Appearance
Image:
Physical Appearance:Miles, standing a little over 5’8” and weighing around 160 lbs is a young high school age boy with light brown skin, dark dark brown eyes filled with curiosity, and an infectious smile. Tattoos? Nope. Piercings? None to speak of. Scars? Yeah probably a few little ones; gash on the shin from a bike accident, maybe a nick on the elbow from falling out of a tree he shouldn’t have been climbing. Normal stuff on a pretty average and normal guy. He keeps his curly hair cut short, otherwise it becomes an unruly mess that he really just doesn’t want to deal with. That and his dad gets on him for it all the time if it’s too wild, sometimes it’s a bit annoying being a cop’s son.
Clothing and Armor:On his day to day, Miles is most often seen wearing maybe a graphic tee, he has a bunch with his own designs on them that he had printed, then throw on a hoodie, and his favorite bomber jacket(it’s a nice dark green color)then usually a pair of shorts if the weather is warm enough(usually is for him, his friends think he’s crazy)to his father’s dismay, his outfit is very reminiscent of his uncle Aaron’s style. Of course if it’s a school day, he has to wear a uniform; pants, tie, jacket, ugh………sweater vest. No matter what he’s wearing though, he always sports his Nike AJ1’s, they’re his pride and joy. The sleek red accents on the main white design, and that nice signature black swoosh. Iconic.
Spider-Suit: When he suits up, Miles dons a black and red web-slinger uniform. A red graffiti style spider in the middle of his chest, and back. Similarly the fingers, and the shoulders are left red, while the rest is midnight black with the silver web pattern across the tough yet flexible material. Sometimes when he goes out, he’ll wear his shoes, his hoodie, jacket, and shorts over the outfit, keeping that street-wear look through and through.
Personality
Bad Habits:As many kids his age are, Miles has a bit of an anxiety issue. If he were to go to a doctor for it, they’d probably tell him “kid, you have an anxiety disorder” and throw him on some meds, maybe(probably) some therapy to go with that. As it stands, he actually does pretty well dealing with it by throwing humor in front of it as a wall. Very healthy. Being an only child, and the only child of a police officer, Miles kinda has a rebellious streak. He doesn’t like having rules to follow all the stinking time. He wishes his dad would support his street art passion like Uncle Aaron does, especially since...y’know.... His dad used to tag when he was a kid too!
Sexual Orientation:Straight, not that he’s ever done much beyond being a wallflower, despite his occasional bout of charisma.
General Personality:Though he likes to go out and get in a bit of trouble with his art, he’s pretty reserved outside of that bit of his life. He’s not the most popular kid in school, but not the most unpopular either, he doesn’t get invited to the cool parties, maybe just the regular ones. All in all, Miles is just an average kid with slightly above average intelligence.
Of course, he does have a bit of a rebellious streak. His dad has made him go out with a pressure washer, or a paint scraper, to get his graffiti off a wall, it’s a good thing he at least keeps some pictures of the art to make into stickers or keep as inspiration for later. He’s a big fan of streetwear and style too, his sneaker collection looks pretty good, a few good trades have gotten him some classics that he never wears out of the house (except on very special occasions). It isn’t too abnormal to see him trying to act like his uncle; cool, suave, charismatic, etc. though he has trouble just being so nonchalant about things, if he has something he’s supposed to do, he can’t help but feel responsible to do it, hell he’s had that nag of responsibility pull him into some pretty shitty situations; stopping a kid for getting beat up………okay, it was a few kids, being late to school because he helped an old lady with her groceries up to her apartment, stuff like that.
Something his dad taught him, one of the few things he probably took enough to heart, was to never give up. Miles might back down for a moment at first, but when it comes down to it, he pushes through that fear, that anxiety, and does his best to finish what he started.

Character's History
Siblings:N/A
Mother:Rio Morales
Father:Jefferson Davis
Other Family: Aaron Davis, Uncle (AKA The Prowler)
History:
Miles had a very...safe upbringing. Cop dad, nurse mom, and a delinquent uncle who he took after far more than either of his parents it seemed. Though he wasn’t really supposed to go see his uncle, Miles did a lot more than they ever realized. Growing up in Brooklyn, Miles learned how to be pretty independent at a young age; inner city, middle class, mom and dad worked a lot, he kinda had to do a lot of walking...so when he figured out how to get across town, he loved to hang out with his cool uncle Aaron, they both had a love for street art, on his 13th birthday Aaron took Miles out and he did his first tag! He has an empty can from that night still in his room, a cherished memory. Of course the times he did get caught, it was always hell for Miles, and Aaron caught plenty of flak too. Despite that, Miles still continued to go over and see his uncle when he was down, always getting cheered up when Aaron did stuff like teach him how to be a master of the drunken fist while they watched old Jackie Chan movies together.
His dad always harped on Miles to do his best, and pushed him to be at his fullest whenever he could, this made Miles resent him a bit...but he still loved his dad, deep down. It came to a head a little over a year ago when he “won” the lottery to go to this fancy school. Brooklyn Visions Academy. Miles threw a fit, he didn’t wanna go to some new school! He loved his friends at the school he was already at! But there was no changing his parents' minds, and they were probably right that it would be best for him...he just didn’t like it. He’s in his second semester at the school right now, he feels a bit more at home, and yeah...it’s a lot more mentally stimulating, but having the freedom to pick taken from the equation puts a bad taste in his mouth for the whole thing. Also, he has really mixed feelings about the fact that it’s a live-in school during the week. Kinda nice to be away from his dad, but on the flip side it’s a bit more hell to pay if(and when) he gets caught sneaking out to see his uncle. Maybe things are looking up though? He has some friends at the school now, and his grades are great, nothing groundbreaking is looming on his radar...maybe...maybe life is settling a bit.
Role Play Sample: (Required for all canons and powerful/significant OCs)
The desk felt like a jail, every sheet of homework another year on some prison sentence of essays and math. At least the math was easy. Miles did his best to focus on the work in front of him, tapping the end of his pen on the table to the beat of the music playing in his headphones, drowning out everything else around him. He hummed along to the song, slightly out of tune, and finished off the front page...finally. Miles pushed back from the desk, spinning his chair as he got up to grab a soda from the mini-fridge in the corner of the room. It wasn’t good by any means, but...well it worked at keeping things cold-ish. He popped the tab, taking a long drink and getting that carbonation feeling run down his throat before sitting back down at his desk with his newly acquired drink.
Bzzzz
His phone buzzed on his desk Who’s texting me at 11 at night?[/color] he thought to himself. The answer put a wide smile on his face, it was from uncle Aaron!
”Hey man, I got a new spot for you. Remember that piece you wanted to throw up? How ‘bout tonight?”
It was an awful idea, and Miles had to go!
”r u serious? OMW!”
Sliding his phone in his pocket as he grabbed his jacket and hoodie, making sure there were some of his stickers on the pocket, and finally grabbed the bag of paint he’d kept stashed under his bed, throwing it over his shoulder, and out the window he went. The climb out was always a bit precarious, but he was pretty good at it after however many times he’d done it so far. His feet hit pavement, and he hit play on his phone again, pushing his headphones up over his ears, jogging down the road towards his uncle’s apartment.
Miles stumbled his way through the lyrics of Sunflower, mostly gibberish honestly, occasionally palming a sticker and slapping it on a mailbox as he passed if there wasn’t anyone around to catch him. Each of the stickers was a post office label that he’d doodled on over the past week. They were pretty cheap, so it was a regular thing for street artists to do for a quick tag. There was a new stop sign on the corner ahead, Miles looked through his stack and grabbed one of his favorites, then threw the first sticker onto the virgin sign with pride. He snapped a quick pic, sending it to Aaron and a few friends from his old school.
”almost there, unc. Hope ur not makin’ up that spot!”
Tonight was already looking like a pretty great night.
