General Information
Name: November "Nov" Stryker
Identity: November Stryker, formerly known as Admin.
Gender: Male
Age: 18
Date of Birth: September 22nd
Place of Origin: Long Beach, California
Occupation: Young Entrepreneur and Villain (thief, murderer and information broker)
Faction: Team Confidence
Appearance
Visual Appearance:
Physical Appearance: Nov is a fair skinned young man who stands at 6'2, and weighs roughly 145lbs. His most notable features his red eyes, and snow-white hair. He carries himself well with a lean, flexible physique and lengthy legs. His face is extremely expressive, and young. Nov torso and legs are blotchy with scars from old burn wounds. He keeps them covered with bandage, so people don't ask questions.
Civilian Clothes: Nov keeps his clothes extremely simple, that way he can lose anyone in a crowd should he get followed by police or any nosey heroes. White t-shirts with jogging pants, or even a school uniform. He is always in flip-flops, and his bed head only adds to the lazy look.
Hero Outfit: In combat and missions, he wears military style attire equipping himself with a pistol chained to his belt-loop, as well as a free hand pistol, pocket knife, and pouches full of extra magazines. Despite how bad ass he attempts to look, even with his hair spiked, he still can't shake the fact that he still looks like a teenage kid.
Personality
Bad Habits:
-Being nose deep in his phone during extremely important conversation
-finding people's triggers
Goal: To incite as much chaos around japan as possible, and play with the varying forces of good and evil like a chess game. Regardless of good or evil, as long as he has a hand in the entertainment Nov is content.
General Personality: November has gained a sense of seriousness about him. While he still will always be playful in nature, he understands now that being in active participant in these schemes hold more weight than given credit. After being jailed twice, he's found a new sense of freedom and encourages this in his fighting style as well. Along the way, he's gained a few clear-cut allies as well as new enemies. Taking some time out with KK, he's gained a bit more patience but still will surge into the fray if he can't contain himself. The admin of old was a wild child, this new and improved November Stryker looks to capitalize off of everything he overlooked in the past.
Things like calling people small fry or big players, pfffft. After a few clashes and skirmished, the young man has gained enough maturity to think passed judging a book by its cover. In a sense, this leads him to be even more diabolical in his antics as even a weak link can shine in the right moment. He will ruthlessly create scenarios to make people squirm, yanking out any vital information that can be used for later.

Extended family: Lance Strker Sr.,American Tv News Personality (Quirk: Forecast)
History:
After killing a few houses pets, November Stryker was placed on a "Cross Roads for the Gifted" program. Essentially the better the child performed in conforming to societal norms, the less therapy visits and isolation tanks the child would have to deal with. This crossroads program essentially would guide kids into more heroic and positive roles to curve 'bad apples' from becoming villains further down the line. It's possible that it was already too late for November, or at least that's what Lance Sr. assumed, sending the young boy to a institution in Japan. The living situation was minimal; a small room on the campus of an all-white building in Hosu. While interactions were very far and few in-between, he grew close with his chaperone, Annabelle Joji who he dubbed Pill. She was woman who resembled his mother, July, a bit but seemed to have a much darker semblance much closer to his own.
His mother was the only one who came to visit, but he only met her with a cold stare. To Nov, she was nobody important. Just a sick woman, who couldn't control her child, so she let her father do the decision-making. He resented her greatly, and his grandfather even more.
"I'm getting sicker, hun. At least say something... Anything! I'll even bring you back to Cali if you would prefer." She held back tears. Before she could continue on Nov, smile and respectfully interjected.
"What interesting news! I'll be sure to become fully emancipated when the time comes." She was as good as dead in his eyes. He was only interested in the outside world. She was a deteriorating piece of the past at this point. The conversation grew silent, as the woman couldn't take it anymore. She silently left the building and giving instruction to Pill to never leave his side. The woman nodded to July, and gently waved her off.
A few years went by, and much like he said, as soon as his mother became bed-ridden he filed to be emancipated. The only judgement was left to Pill, whom already recommended the teen be allowed to leave the cross-road program for good behavior. She did however stay true to her word and follow closely behind on November's activity. From time to time, she sends an update to the bed-ridden woman to at least signal that the boy was still a handful but doing well. It wasn't long before, November found himself tangled with trouble again...and again...and again, just barely getting out of some situations if Pill hadn't intervened.
"This country is missing something... a sense of awareness!" Nov would say time and time again, before stumbling upon a happy-meal loving app developer named Kunimi Dorikawa or KK for short. The two hatched a plan to produce a social media platform that would "help" police forces reduce crime by allowing citizens to take pictures of suspicious activity and allow captions to detail what was going on. There were also available chat rooms, for neighborhood watch groups to converse on rumored on-goings and potential precautions to take. KK, Pill, and Nov posed as admins, and moderators to funnel all the necessary information to small gangs, hoping they'd invest in the app and download it as well. Small time villains began creating "player chatroom" as well but instead giving intel to fellow gang members with pictures.
The app went through a few re-releases before finally receiving some traction once a hero endorsed it. From there the app Siren, became big enough to allow small newspaper companies that were going out of business to partner up. KK concocted an idea for a secondary app for those who didn't enjoy the social aspect and only wanted neighborhood updates. With that a secondary app was born, ironically named Daily Snitch, and much like Siren, allowed for citizens, villains and police to anonymously send in reactions (tips and likes). A post's high rating would seemingly prove accuracy, or if a story was simply so popular that it was impossible not to believe. The daily snitch would also post bait for criminals to go after, and likewise for police. Both apps were doing well for start-ups, but November knew he wouldn't have any fun if he just sat and watched all the chaos. He wanted the most notorious gang and higher ranked heroes to participate in this game of cyber cops and robbers. With Pill, KK and few other additions to the team, November was going to play with Japan until he had could have his fill, which was going to be never.
Quirk
Name: Steam Punk
Quirk Type: Transformer
Power: Nov has the ability to change his body into water vapor(clouds), steam to be more accurate. He's can perform this from minor transformation like ejecting heat and steam from his skin, to partial or full transformation into a singular large cloud or fog. This steam can be mellow and warm, or Nov can bring it to a scalding heat. Much like a fog raises into the sky or slowly dissipates over time, any steam clouds Nov produces will do the same. To his advantage, he does extremely well in foggy, rainy and wet environments. Nov tends to favor full transformation in order to gather intel simply casting his cloud form over an area to be witness to key events. For combat it's generally best for him to use partial transformations, and slowly achieve the environmental advantage of an area.
Supermoves:
Transformations Moves:
Drunken Stratus (Steam Cloud form) - In a full transformation, Nov will heat anyone inside his cloud form, and causing them to feel symptoms of overheating and hallucination. This is a great escape method or camouflage as well.
Upslope (Partial Cloud form)- Letting his skin perform a minor transformation, Nov gradually allows his body to emit hot steam, and give himself the ability to float through the air. As a partially vapored form, he can maneuver well and to contort his form for battle. Since the user's body his softer, this vapor transformation can be used defensively to soften blows or counter with extreme heat. This can be used passively even when not floating, as it's a great way to add more moisture and steam around himself.
OverHeat (Completely Solid form/Compressed Steam) - This move was thought up to combat his weaknesses for a short period of time. This partial transformation turns in internals into steam with an emphasis on remaining solid to build up and contain steam pressure. Compounding that much stress, Nov will become white hot as if he were to unleash a geyser, but without actually pulling the trigger. This will result in enhanced strength, and super heated combat while maintaining the floating benefits of Upslope. As this can be extremely stressful on his body, so he MUST release excess pressure by using punk moves to prolong usage. Sadly he cannot stay in this form and there are only two ways to dispel OverHeat: To detonate, or Release. Releasing would result in being stuck in cloud form for 3 posts, making him even more vulnerable to wind and ice users.
Bath House Bomber- With a feign hook, kick or clutch, Nov partially transforms said limb into a large cloud of scalding steam as the strike gets close. While the steamed strike holds very little to no concussive force, the burning sensation can cause incredible pain.
Steam Pressure Moves:
Vapor Punk- Pointing a vaporize hand at a enemy(s), the user casts a billowing wave of thin steam. This allows the user to force scalding hot temperatures over a midrange. This is a stun move that subjects the human body to an unnaturally rapid increase in temperature. Symptoms may range from vomiting, extreme lightheadedness, intense sweating, and dizzy spells.
Steam Punk- The forceful and speed-based move in Nov's arsenal and his signature move. By utilizing a minor transformation to create a flux of maximum heat focused into a limb(s), followed by an immediate partial transformation the villain mimics the propelling force of a Geyser swell. For Example; The mobility variant is only of use for a quick instant to burst in a single direction. In terms of striking, Nov applies the formula condensing the same scalding effect of Bath House Bomber into a much smaller, more potent, and pressurized shot. The shot is even more effective from point-blank range as he can target specific areas.
Pressure Punk - This move can only be used when his body has accumulated enough stress and pressure from OverHeat. With enough compiled steam and pressure, Nov can emit a steam-based explosion using his own body as a catalyst. This is a maximum heat flux over the entire body and as a result, after detonation, it will take time to materialize(1-2 posts). He can only use this move twice... after that, he will be limited to using Upslope to release excess pressure.
Drawbacks:
-While he can maneuver his cloud-form well, he is at the mercy of the wind. A strong gust could easily send him off into the distance.
-Overuse mainly leads to intense dehydration, but can also cause burns on the skin, requiring bandaging and ointments.
-As this isn't a physically offensive quirk, it forces Nov to fight indirectly, and strategize effectively.
-The speed of any vaporized limb is slowed compared to his solid limbs, and to an extent those solid limbs are a bit vulnerable.
-cold air is his kryptonite. All of Nov's heat-based abilities become significantly dwarfed in cold climates.
-while extremely elusive, air tight seals, and vacuums can easily trap him.
-He cannot stay in Overheat or else his body will go into shock, passing out on the spot, or an accidental detonation. Meaning he absolutely has to Release or use Pressure Punk.
-If he cannot release enough pressure during Overheat, he may accidentally detonate himself, causing extreme burns, and broken bones.
-Accidental detonation will also lead to him being stuck in cloud form for 3 posts.
Fighting Style:
Nov is a gritty and crafty combatant using any and everything at his disposal to do away with his opponents. He cycles through striking, gunplay and intuitive quirk usage to put his enemy at bay. After going head-to-head with some heroes he's realized his greatest assets are his mobility and flexibility under pressure. He naturally supplements himself with more tools to use, as his quirk naturally cause more steam, fog and heat to accumulate. As the battlefield gets coated in more and more fog/steam, November's movements become distorted and harder to keep track of. This will allow him to toy with an enemy's senses of temperature, sight, sound, and timing. With a higher range of heat, the steamy punk is able to superheat his abilities and even himself to deal with especially hard to deal with foes. As he's getting older and gaining more experience, there is a fair amount of tactics put into play. He's the animal who solely depended on instinct before. To him, fighting is a dance, to which whoever leads is more likely to win. With close to no in-between, November plays on both ends of the spectrum when it comes to battle, now. He can play extremely defensive to gain an environmental advantage, or go extremely aggro and go for damage dealing and high temp assaults.
