Koito squinted at her. She believed in 1b, didn't she? Of course she did, it was her class. IF she could somehow get promoted, she'd know what he meant. A calm washed over him as he stared into the sunset. Sadly it got interrupted by her saying she was hungry. Pointing, "Well, there's a restaurant over there." An arrow would find itself at her feet, yeeting her off the cliff and back toward the city. He would arrive flying at a similar speed right next to her. He stopped them both before a not-so-pretty impact, letting the two float down to the ground with a soft plop. "I'm not hungry, but there is a restaurant... right there. I wasn't lying." He pointed. He looked around to make sure their weren't any cops around... He was technically breaking the law using his quirk without a proper permit.
