Amputate - Swinging either his sword or the edge of his shield, Leo can separate objects without harming them, this technique bypasses many forms of durability, and can be done at long range. Limbs and organs separated in this way function normally, connected even if removed from the room. If placed back together the objects can be cleanly reattached. They can also be attached to things they weren't originally attached to temporarily, though the fusion isn't permanent, as objects fused in this way can be pulled off and only remain properly attached to the thing they were originally meant to be attached to.
This separation effect remains intact even if the object exits the "room" created by Leo, and does not seem to be dispelled by sea water or sea prism stone for some reason Leo can't explain, though attached objects will separate if exposed to such things and fall to their constituent pieces. Additionally, if a devil fruit user has any part of their seperated body submerged in sea water or exposed to sea prism stone, their whole body will suffer the effects

Scan - forming a circle with his fingers and holding it over his eye, Leo can turn his eyesight into a sort of X-ray machine, searching through solid objects to locate specific things of his choosing. This can be used for medical purposes like identifying diseases or internal injuries, or it can be used to locate specific objects on someone's person or in a crowd. The power scans in a beam-like fashion, highlighting the targeted objects in Leo's vision
Mes - Leo strikes his opponent in the chest with his bare hand in a grasping motion, causing their heart to expel out of their body, encased in a glass-like cube. This attack leaves a cube-shaped hole on the opponent's body where the heart was. This does not kill the victim, as all organs affected by the Op Op fruit function normally outside of the body as if everything were still attached, however squeezing or damaging the heart in it's casing causes great pain to the owner, and destroying the heart will kill the owner.
Injection Shot - While aiming at his target, Leo rushes towards them with his sword or his hand stretched out in order to stab them. Once he connects, Leo makes it "fire" like a gun, making the target bleed in the aimed spot while pushing them back a fair distance
Counter Shock - places both of his hands forward onto whatever he is targeting (normally in close quarters amidst a foe) and releases a strong electrical surge like a defibrillator. He can also use just his thumbs or one of his hands for this move.
Gamma Knife - Leo creates a short blade of energy before stabbing his opponent with it. This technique destroys his victim's internal organs without leaving any external wounds.

Jasuha - a high quality katana with an inscription on the hilt "To save what is pure, by cutting away the rot" written in kanji. The blade is a grade level blade, though the hilt is of even higher quality, implying the original blade was replaced at some point.
Mujaki no Tate - far more impressive than Leo's sword is his shield, a circular blue and white metal disc of incredible quality and lightness, equivalent in durability to a Skillful Grade sword. Leo carries it on his arm, but it can be detached to throw it. The edges of the shield are sharp, making it usable as an offensive weapon

Leo is a rather defensive fighter, his first priority always being the lives of innocents and allies. He often fights without even drawing his sword, relying instead on his shield and devil fruit to focus entirely on defending both himself and others. When he does take the offensive he makes full use of his shambles ability to stay a step ahead of his opponents and go for strikes with the shield to knock them out, preferring nonlethal attacks when he can afford it.
When Leo does draw his blade, Leo uses his shield to create openings and then goes for precision strikes with the sword, trying to end the fight quickly and efficiently. He'll target whichever enemies he thinks will end the fight as a whole, often taking out enemy captains and the like to demoralize the crew and force a surrender. The sooner a fight ends, the less blood will be shed.
