Physical Description: Somewhat average height with long pale orange hair also tied in wavy pigtails. She tends to wear revealing clothing while looking professional at the same time. While she oftentimes wears clown make-up, her permanent feature is the set of claws that replace her once whole hands which are prosthetics.

General Personality: Oftentimes bitter and cynical, Clio shows only appreciation to her closest friends and tends to shun everyone else. She is a firm believer in fighting for a cause that aids the people in general but is more done to incite chaos to the world’s corrupt system. She boldly declares what she wants without even the slightest hint of shame. SHows the utmost of loyalty for the captain as their goals seem to be one and the same with a hint of affection deep down.

Combat Style: Tends to stay away from close combat unless boldened by her own fruit power. When strengthened, tends to fight akin to a beast with her slashing claws, sometimes on all fours for quicker more erratic movements.

Devil Fruits: Pump-Pump Fruit- Gives the user the ability to encourage and rally other people to awaken their latent potential to fight.This effect only works under two conditions; the listener has to be able to hear the words of the user’s voice AND if the user takes said words to heart, believing in said words wholly and without reservations. This works in reverse as well, as encouraging the owner of the fruit power will greatly enhance their strength and prowess.


Known History: Cleo loved music more than anything and constantly played to encourage and give people of the world hope. Then the day came when nobles were acting unjustly to the common folk, Cleo would not stand for it. When she outright called them out, Marines seized her and the nobles decided to punish Cleo who stood against them. She would not die but they would remove her fingers so her music could not be used to denounce them any further. The world had been cruel to her but none more so than the people who claimed to be a symbol of justice. Thanks to a well-known craftsman, Cleo would gain back the use of her fingers through prosthetics and was gifted with a Devil Fruit. She didn’t question it and used both to form an uprising against the nobles of her town and would incite a riot in the Marines as well. She’s been on the run ever since.

Physical Description: Meyde is a lanky blonde young man with crimson red eyes. He bears a burn mark on the left side of his chest. His preferred attire is an open blood red dress shirt with black slacks and shoes.

General Personality: Meyde sees life as one big party and that if you aren't enjoying yourself, you’re wasting it. He also finds life as one giant joke and finds joy in when someone bleeds.Laws were made to be broken and all life is meant to end at one point or another. Jovial and always looking for a good laugh but is also completely psychotic and eager to spill blood. Will only choose to stick around with those whom he sees can cause the most bloodshed in the long run, caring little for their morals and laws.

Combat Style: Meyde loves getting up close and personal with his targets and using the one signature technique he learned as a CP rookie agent.

Finger Pistol- One of the six powers which is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound. Able to be used rapidly



Known History: Meyde was never a bright child. When he first saw blood, something triggered in him. He wanted to see more of it and even inflicted wounds on himself only to find himself laughing at it. It didn’t take long for him to learn about CP from a close friend of the family. While they purported it as a means of justice, Meyde only saw it as a unique means to draw blood. Not requiring a weapon and using one’s own hand…the thought alone excited him. After he had a firm grasp on how to use it, he immediately turned on the civilians and even fellow Marines with abandon. The day before his execution, he was freed and let loose…

Physical Description: Jubei is a bear of a man standing a little over 10 feet tall with toned musculature and a grand bushy beard to match his white hair. He often wears tattered clothes with only the finest pairs of pants and leather-made boots. With this, he wears weighted shackles to always train his body. The most defining features are his lengthened nails and piercing blue eyes.

General Personality: Jubei is an extremely patient man whose loyalty is only for those whom he owes his life to. Honor to them means more to him than his own life. Oftentimes, he is short with people and only really talks when he feels the need to as he is a stalwart man. However, he takes great care in cooking as he had learned to make use of every ingredient he was blessed with, greatly frowning on those who waste it. He thinks himself much younger than he is and does not at all consider himself old.

Combat Style: Beast Breaker Kenpo- Used mainly as a means of combating the wild beasts of nature using ones own body as a tool, it has proven equally effective against humanoids as well. This style focuses mainly on grappling but uses punches and kicks as well as headbutts though seldomly.

Dives straight into an opponent with a grapple to force them into the ground while giving a bone-crushing hug.

Beast Breaker Kenpo- Beetle Throws Mantis
Assumes a stance where one can use their opponent’s momentum against them, catching them and throwing them straight into the ground with equal force.

Beast Breaker Kenpo- Snake Snatches Mice
Performs a rapid assemblage of punches that are precise, quick, and strong.

Beast Breaker Kenpo- Bull Charges Tree
Roots himself in place then performs a headbutt meant to cause internal damage to his targets.

A series of roundhouse kicks that can be performed in mid-air, ending with a heel drop.

Known History: Once a pacifist at heart, Jubei was mortified by the treatment of his kinsman and decided to live a life of a hermit after brutally killing his village’s attackers. Spending his days in the cold clime of Ringo pitted him against the savage creatures that populated it. He had to learn how to fend for himself. Every now and again, he would receive visitors and would treat them to the scant amount of food homemade. He was a firm believer in the ruler of Wano…until the great exile began and he was forced from his home. He was imprisoned and vowed to tear all the followers of his and the current leader apart but was freed and owed allegiance to his savior.

Physical Description: Seemingly milquetoast in appearance, Pulah is of an above average height with dark skin and scraggy short black hair. He has small wings located on his back that are white in shade and bears tattoos on his left arm. He mainly dresses himself in a lab coat with red tie and black dress shirt, pants, shoes and gloves. His eyes are red and oftentimes has dark circles under his eyes.

General Personality: Pulah is laid back and somewhat gloomy. A complete workaholic that refuses rest until his current projects are complete. He does not accept anything less than perfection (in his eyes) when distributing a product of his making. More often than not, he exaggerates the effects of his product with placebo effects OR make them sound more powerful than they actually are. Tends to act aloof with his medicines, letting others guess whether or not he is joking with his grim words of encouragement.

And is overall a big fan of oversleeping and hates being woken up.

Combat Style:

Pulah tends to keep himself far and away from up close combat, instead offering his products to his allies for use instead. If push comes to shove, he’ll use his own product on himself if it means his survival, lashing out with random punches and kicks.

Mask of “God”
Created by the scientists he studied under, it contains many amenities. This includes an ability to recognize most man made poisons, what species is present in front of it, a rebreather to cancel out any gasses that are harmful to inhale, an eyesight enhancer in the form of two circles of red for eyes that can protect the eyes and see only slightly better in the dark, and lastly a unique function able to identify a Devil Fruit's type.

Stimulants- Has developed an array of stimulants with varying effects to be used by either himself or others. They are classified by color and tend to have a drawback.

Muscle Dragon Mix- Colored red. Grants one a boost in strength temporarily but once time has elapsed, the afflicted tend to suffer from reduced muscle strength for a good while while also causing severe muscle aches as well from damaged muscles.

Swiftwind Concoction- Colored green. Grants one increased agility for awhile but inflicts drowsiness once its effects cease alongside lethargic desires. 

Iron Body Substitute- Colored yellow. Allows a temporary use with similarities to one of the six powers of the same name that drastically increases one’s physical endurance. Afterwards, the one afflicted tends to suffer from loss of motor functions and dexterity.

“Invincible” Potion- Colored violet. The user becomes unable to feel pain or shock associated with combat but will eventually succumb to all the pain once this mixture wears off.



Known History: Pulah wanted to be the best medicine man in his tribe when he lived in Skypiea but all of that took time and effort and he wanted a shortcut. This shortcut was achieved through the arrival of a group of scientists who took interest in his work. His studies advanced remarkably the more time he spent with them, eventually leaving to explore the world below. It was here he and his colleagues created the Mask of “God” or what Pulah believed was “God” based on what he knew of Skypiea’s history. But one lab “accident” caused his colleagues to fall and left him with the Mask which he fled with to make his mark on the world selling his own products…even if he had to embellish a bit.
