Physical description: Irving is a tall man, a bit over 8 feet tall. He has a broad and muscular build to him. While he is still relatively young he often carries himself like an old man. His black hair is cut short on the sides with a central region slightly longer and swept back. Irving's eyes are a sharp blue color. He has a stubble beard with a small goatee.

Personal Items:
Transport pack: Stocked with essential supplies and a comfortable place for his underling Lizette to rest during his travels.
Antique Lighter: A metal plated lighter given to him by his father, passed on from his father.
Personal Info
Personality: Strong willed and stubborn, Irving doesn't let anything get in his way aside from duty, but often dotes on his subordinate Lizette. He has no tolerance for spineless cowards who would discard another's life to save their own. Irving is intelligent and tactical when it comes to his duty, but he can easily be distracted or scatterbrained especially if his opponent is a beautiful woman. He is a patient man, giving people a decent chance to surrender or turn away. On a warpath he can be relentless, only taking pause or detour to avoid collateral damage to civilians.
Morals: While it is his duty to defend the world government and more importantly the celestial dragons, he wouldn't mind seeing one of them put in their place for how they act. If given a choice to save 100 people by sacrificing 1, he would do it, even if it were himself.
Passion: The pursuit of justice against the wicked, those that truly deserve to be imprisoned or executed for heinous actions.
Loathe: Those that have complete disregard for the innocent, whether that be criminals such as pirates and revolutionaries or special citizens who happen to be above the law.
Flaw: Despite having a Devil Fruit power that allows him to travel, he still ends up getting lost or unconsciously uses his power ending up in random place. He has an issue hearing people sometimes, often mistaking one word for another. Sucker for certain types of women.
Personal Goal/Dream: While he is a career Marine. He wants to see all of the world, to bask in its wonder.
Defining Moment: A few years after joining the Marines, a sea king wrecked the ship he was stationed on after it had inadvertently strayed into the calm belt. He ended swimming ashore on a strange island populated by apes who aggressively fought him as an invader. Hungry and worn out from the fighting and swimming, he began scouting from food. Not caring about how bad one fruit tasted he devoured it, but immediately felt off, wishing he hadn't climbed the tree and suddenly finding himself at the base. At that point Irving figured he was possibly hallucinating and proceeded to find more food, hunting down and cooking up a wild boar. He managed to get a few hours rest before waking back up on the beach much to his surprise, slowly putting together the puzzle pieces that something was off, that perhaps that rotten fruit had actually been... before he could think, a small Human girl with blue hair attacked him with a jagged rock leaving him with a small slash across his face. Irving was surprised and plucked the girl by her ragged clothing despite her stone weapon. Both of them paused, looking each other deep in the eye as the girl seemingly lose the urge to kill. This act of contact was witnessed by the apes of the island who quickly surrounded him once again, Irving was prepared to fight, but instead witnessed an odd scene in which the girl was forced upon him by the oldest of the apes, giving him an almost Human like gesture that his girl belonged out in the world with him. The girl cried out towards her ape family as they retreated back to the brush and Irving wondered how they would leave this place and where they would try to go, in an instant Irving and the girl found themselves in the middle of the last port of call his ship had made before its demise. Irving put all the pieces together about the fruit and that fact this girl had no one... he decided to raise her, even if she was a bit wild in the head.

Devil Fruit Info (Only edit if you have eaten a devil fruit.)
Devil Fruit Name: Trek Trek Fruit
Devil Fruit Type: Paramecia
Powers: Allows the user to instantly trek backwards to a specific location they have previously visited by taking a step backwards, or to instantly trek forward to something within the range of their vision by stepping forward. They can trek persons and objects in contact with them, but this requires the user to be able to carry it in order for it to be moved; with heavier objects requiring more of an effort to instantly trek forward or backwards, thus taking more time.
Limitations:
If a location has changed since last visit, the user may find themselves crashing into things or falling.
Creates a small vacuum around user when moving, allowing particulates or noxious materials to follow the user.
Back-treking requires one to spend some time at a location in order to remember exactly where to go, especially if its a mobile place such as a ship.
Treking forward only works if vision of their intended destination is not obscured or blocked by any object.
Special Moves:
Air Traffic: Treks into the air, either remaining stationary in place by constantly shifting to that position or trekking several hundred meters at a time forward.
Split Second Strike: The split second before delivering a blow, he moves to a side of his opponent that potentially has no guard or protection.
Second Front: Requiring immense focus on his part, he rapidly moves between 2 nearby locations, effectively making it look as if he is in both places at once. It is a double edged sword, as while he is able to attack from both locations, he can also potentially take damage at both locations. It is also impossible to move any objects not secured on his person while performing this technique. Being restrained or putting more effort into one side will prevent his from accomplishing second front.
Tactics info
Personal Equipment:
Seastone Rings: He wears 2 rings on his middle fingers with heads containing a seastone. He requested them after figuring they'd be useful in a fight against a Logia type.
Explosive Grenades: Irving always carries a few grenades on his person, intended for destroying walls or crippling enemy vessels. Backed into a corner he might use them against people.
Skills:
Surveying: Irving is surprisingly good at reading the terrain of an area, able to make topographic maps so long as weather is favorable and he is unbothered while either on high terrain or in the air.
Haki:
Until Haki is capable of being learned, this will stay empty.
Combat Style:
Irving errs on the side of caution when first engaging, often letting his opponent make the first few moves as he dodges out of the way. Once he determines the scope of their skill set, Irving begins to increasingly draw closer and make his opponent question putting their full effort into attacks. Once in range, he wallops them with either a strong blow or a series of light attacks to wear them down.
Techniques:
Full force strike: Irving faces his opponent straight on, moving and using every part of his body as he pulls back a punch. While it opens him to attack, delivering this blow is strong enough to knock out weaker opponents or wind most people depending on where he hits. Against objects, it can easily crack or break the masts of a ship or blow apart stone walls.
