200k beli as "Deadland's Blanc" A running rumor of a demon dog who haunts the ships unlucky enough to sail the North Blue. There are rumors saying the dog came from impel down, or that it is someone's nightmare come to life(neither are true). Initially, odd occurrences may occur on the ship before one by one "accidents" begin to happen after seeing the faint shadow of a dog creature lurking at night. Many pirates with high bounties have had their ships haunted right before being killed and turned in for their bounty. This seems to be an indiscriminate ghost as well, as a few marine ships have been victim to the demon dog. She is actually fairly unknown as her human form, despite being the person to turn pirates in for the bounties.

Visual Picture: 


Physical description: Standing at 5'7, Blanca is an with wavy dark hair. It stops, just at her shoulders, and compliments her golden-ringed irises. With porcelain skin and thin limbs, she looks a bit like a doll, despite being extremely athletic for her size. She's got a long scar across her back from trying to save her mother. She looks more like a model than a warrior but looks can be VERY deceiving. 



Clothes: Blanca is a fan of capes and hoods, or different colors hues, and patterns. Coming from a winter island, she's used to bundling up. Under that, she'll be in a two-piece dress, and boots or heels. When in hotter conditions, she'll where tube tops, and a skirt with flip flops. If she doesn't have a large, ridiculously regal hat on, she'll throw a bandana on her head with sunglasses. She's very much a prissy dresser.

Personality:  

Blanca is an observant and playful young woman. For her the world is a plaything, and should be challenged in the same way it challenges everyone. She exists purely for pleasure and intrigue, sniffing out what or who is the most interesting and sticking her nose in it. By breaking out of her shell, and out of her hometown, she lusts for personal growth. She craves the sensation of becoming better and overcoming hard situations.  Now whether that be for actual learning or a couple good fights, well actually both of them are a net positive in her mind. She's greedy enough to push herself, while still smart enough to know when to back down. For her life is just a bunch of back-to-back experiences and lessons... essentially just one epic journey. Living on the sea? Well, that's an even greater journey. 

Morals: 

It is not as though Blanca doesn't have morals, she is more amoral than anything. She takes people's value at how well they can survive in this world and achieve their goals. Alongside that, she believes in the survival of the fittest and accepts all the ugly parts that come with it.

Tunnel Vision- There are times she is too honed in on the task at hand. It great for completing missions but she may miss important details. 



Personal Goal/Dream: 

To fight strong foes, other sword users especially.

To split the ocean with a slash from her blade like the swordsmen of legend.

To show that women are equal and better swordsmen than men.

Defining Moment:
-With knowledge of marines coming for their impending arrest. Her parents gifted Blanca with a devil fruit for her 9th birthday. It would be the last time she ever saw them again, and the birth of a haunting demon dog in Pesky Shoals. 
-Around 18 she began ship collecting. With a haunting strategy to get crewmembers uneasy and off-balance while on their own ships, and aiming to strike down the captains and other highest bounty holders 
-By age 23 she'd been taking further and further trips from Pesky Shoal on the hunter for better treasures and bounties to hunt. 
-The most defining moment was actually when the Jolly Devil's transponder snail broadcast was shown with him grinning even in the face of death. His bravery and hinting at the one piece inspired her to take her talents to the Grand Line. The issue was she had no crew.

Devil Fruit Name: Dog Dog fruit model: Dog Ghost (OC fruit) // Inu inu no mi model: Inugami

Abilities: 
 Upon eating the fruit, the user can become a dog or hybrid, but is granted with the mythical and ghostly powers of an Inugami Spirit.  Physically speaking it's a violent creature in its animal form, more similar to a wild dog due to the abusive lore of how to create an Inugami. The dog form is granted the typical faculties and enhanced senses as a canine; smell, bite, hearing, and agility.  Unique to this model of Dog fruit, the user has access to the ghostly "dark arts magic" of an Inugami: such as possessing inanimate objects,  body alteration, ghost physiology, and "haunting flame." 

Appearances
Dog Form - A sizable rabid dog (4ft), with thick unimaginably dark fur, ringed red eyes, and a long bushy tail.  
Hybrid Form- A long-snouted bipedal beastman with long flowing hair, perked canine ears and red-ringed eyes. Dark bushy fur coats and protects her from the elements, while her animalistic maw and claws are apparent. She stands at a large 6'5 and keeps all the same canine enhancements as her dog form. 





Weakness: 
-This eater of this fruit will no longer possess a shadow

-Daytime and bright locations weaken the abilities

-Salt holds a specific weakness to the user's ghost and dog forms. It can even force the user out of possessed items when applied. 

-Contract Bestowal / Loyalty- A secret trait of this fruit is the user can be bound to a contract(the beaded collar in the photos) in order to complete a specific task and the user MUST obey if they agreed to it.

The Vanishing- A phasing step-through attack, allowing the user a bit of time to strike them from behind after phasing through an enemy. Blanca is quite adept with this in her human form.

Haunting Flame // "Hex"- This Haunting Flame is a rather unique purple fire that attacks one's soul. It causes light burns on the outside but attacks the senses with an intense burning sensation that lingers onto victims like a curse. It can easily set flame to inorganic things, but won't go out unless salted or doused with ocean water.

Poltergeist- Possessing and hiding in an inanimate object. This is mainly used to cause disturbances to scare people. It's also a great way to hide in plain sight or attack from unsuspecting locations.

Hex Launcher- A projectile bolt of haunting flame that burst on impact and inflict an extreme burning sensation.

Pins and Needles- Body Alteration to make fur stand on end like spiky needles.

(Dog and Hybrid)
Haunting Speed- A body alteration that changes the midpoint to the tail into a ghost's tail for added speed during ghostly flight. 

Hex Fang- A powerful bite to clamp on an enemy with a mouthful of Haunting Fire. The burning sensation is just as incredible as the bite itself.

Spectral Force Cannon - A brief intangibility pass through walls/ground/objects and crashes into a foe from unsuspecting angles like a cannonball using haunting speed. 

Hex Force Cannon- A move that coats the user in a haunting flame and sends them to crash into a foe at full speed like a cannonball using haunting speed. There is a violent detonation upon impact.

Spectral Force Cutter- Body alteration to weaponize one's tail to slash into a foe like a sword. Haunting flames can be added to turn this into Hex Force Cutter. 

Paradise Haunt-  A peaceful yet painful move, but the user will phase through an enemy while gifting them with a large ignition of Haunting Flames. This is her hottest attack.

Personal Equipment:

Silent Serpent - A "flame" sword/flamberge with a waving double-edged blade. It's specifically sized to her at 3 feet. It's very sharp and lightweight without compromising on integrity.
Silent Leech - A "flame" shaped blade but much smaller than its silent serpent elder brother. With the same flamberge shape, this dagger is only 6 inches long, but can be used in the same way, and is much easier to conceal.

Combat Style:

Parasite Sword Style - A light-handed style of swordplay that works the user's body hard, as there is a fair amount of athleticism, finesse, and coordination required for its techniques. With an almost never still sword, the user waves, slides, slithers, and spins/flourishes the blade from the hilt as well as creating spins, twists, and flips with their own body(If this is hard to picture, please imagine the blade/saber spinning and flourishes a jedi or sith would do in combat). The user is able to take advantage of compromising situations by easily parrying enemy strikes and spinning themselves or their weapon to counterattack almost instantly.  Like a terrible parasite, this style can easily spread shallow cuts and grazes onto an enemy like an infection. While there are a few moves to cut down an enemy in one strike, the main aim of this style is to eat away at enemy stamina by using fast slashes and indirect attacks, or outright kill them via bleed-out. 


Techniques:


Mosquito - A counter to lance into an enemy before they can complete their strike. The deeper the stab, the more dangerous as the wavy blade ruins whatever it is jabbed into.
Swarm Stinger- A direct attack of multiple sword thrusts to peck and poke at an opponent. 
Tall Grass Cutter- A figure 8 flourishes of the wrist, violently spinning the blade to achieve light slashes and knicks on an enemy. By pivoting from foot to foot, the user can spin along with their sword's spinning to pressure an enemy with more incoming slashings. 
Tall Grass Clamp- A whip-like swing focusing more on wrists and fast twitch reflexes rather than using one's arm strength. This cause a chipping wound that can dig deep but pull back like a whip. It's easy to bypass and ignore at first, but the pain from these wounds hurt worse and worse over time due to this wavy blade's imperfect cuts. 
Tall Grass Clamp Release- Taking advantage of her weapon's wavy shape, Blanca will softly lay the blade across and enemy's limb or body, before clutching hard and pulling back with incredible force. Similar to removing a tick or leech, the result is a bloody removal of her sword's edge. 
Swarm Cutter- A more traditional and heavy-handed swing upward or downward. This can easily be spun or whirled into a sword flourish to gain some distance or multiply enemy wounds with light slashes. 
Graveyard Clamp- A hard twist of the body after a primary spinning using the built up momentum to gift a foe with a hearty horizontal swing to leave a bleeding gash.
