Visual Picture: 

Physical description: Hubble is of a slightly above average height of around 6 feet with long luxurious locks of golden hair fashioned into two equally long pigtails and oval-shaped, sleepy-looking aquamarine eyes. Open her body is a circular birthmark upon her left shoulder and a mole located on the right side of her neck.

Clothes: The majority of her clothing consists of a futuristic-looking material that is white, silver, and gray in color with teal accentuating it throughout. Her main attire is cone-shaped with a large see-through helmet adorned with various astrological implements on top including rings and orbs of varying color. Panels that serve no function (yet) are included except for a set of buttons located on the chest that operate her weapon. In her helmet are two custom-made holes for her pigtails that can fasten shut along with an extra padding in the form of another smaller helmet. Her launcher is located near her right shoulder. Along her arms are worn various straps and a set of silvery gloves that work in tandem with her fruit power. Pure white knee-high boots with teal accents are worn as well.

Beneath it all are worn simple white socks, undergarments, shirt, and shorts.

Defining feature:  It's difficult not to notice or ignore the attire worn by Hubble as it is ostentatious, bright, and uniquely-shaped.

Personality: Hubble is spacey at the best of times, only showing keen interest when it concerns her research or something she adores which is more often than not round, spherical, or circular objects or people. Once said interest is piqued, she becomes a bubbly and unapologetic mass of energy as she can wind up talking about her interests forever if not stopped. She will be up front about everything and will only keep secrets from those she knows would use said knowledge to commit heinous acts especially against historical areas or towns. Will only become angry when ruins are damaged or when she is slandered or called crazy or her line of work is dubbed ridiculous over a steady course of time. At which point, she enters a state of pure focused rage to ensure the one that broke the proverbial straw sees that they're wrong. Does not mind multitasking if talking to others, seeing interruptions as a way to impart her knowledge to others whether they want to know it or not. Has a broad sense of what to fear immediately, oftentimes seeing all things as friendly until harm comes her way repeatedly or when she realizes how dangerous something can be after gathering enough info about the subject.

Morals: To let nothing silence one's voice, to shout loudly your ambitions no matter how absurd they might sound, and to always keep learning and asking questions. There are never any stupid questions.

Personal Goal/Dream: To prove to the world that there exists life beyond the stars

Defining Moment: Hubble was always looking for more knowledge and working with the World Government was her ticket to seeing if she could find knowledge leading to what she saw that one bygone day of her childhood; an object flying through the sky that had no purpose or meaning and looked like nothing she had seen before. Others chalked up such tales to things that could be explained with science. But Hubble knew better. Even when she had found all her research and learned of other civilizations, none had information to the shape she had seen. Many texts described such things as "not of this world" and she had coined the term of alien to such a thing, dubbing them UFOs. She eventually began naming them Mahatmas and would dub herself as one. But her knowledge led her to a place she shouldn't have and the World Government was none too pleased. fearing for her life and more importantly, her research, she fled from them. She has since then been spotted in places dubbed off-limits by the World Government and has been dubbed as dangerous, with a bounty to bring her in alive due to the knowledge she possesses among other things.

Devil Fruit Name: Float Float Fruit

Devil Fruit Type: Paramecia

Abilities: The user and anything they have touched that are non-organic and are equal in volume to the user can float and be controlled at will. Can move much faster while floating.

Weakness: All things affected by the power will instantly lose their floating once the user falls asleep or is rendered unconscious. They are also limited to a 6 foot volumetric radius of objects to be controlled at the same time. I.E. the volume of the objects cannot exceed a size of 6 feet in volume.

Special Moves: 

Mahatmas UFO Brigade
Floats with the objects she has touched in formation before flinging them together or separately in a barrage. Especially used in conjunction with ALMA's launched discs.

Mahatmas Phalanx
Summons all objects she has touched to orbit around her as a shield to defend herself.

Mahatmas Polar Draw
Using two of the largest objects she has touched, attempts to slam them both into a singular target at the same time.

Mahatmas Aqueous Ball
Creates an orb from gathered water to encase a single target in its grasp, specifically around the body but not the head to limit movement. Can be done with wet sand and soil as well as most liquids she can safely touch without too much harm.

Mahatmas Haze
Utilizes water gathered from both frozen and boiling values to create multiple small orbs that begin to collide, creating a fog.

Mahatmas UFR (Unidentified Flying Rocket)
Flies at high speeds toward a single target for a headbutt while within her specially crafted apparel.

Personal Equipment:

ALMA (Automatic Launching Mahatmas Apparatus)
A launcher designed by her that fires discs made of clay or equally composite materials comprised of other chemicalcompounds that cause varying degrees of effects that are only limited to her knowledge or available materials. A flat spiral magazine connected to other similar magazines are located under her cloak, each containing seperate stores of different discs. They fire at a high velocity but not enough to break skinbut instead can severely bruise on contact. They can fire off in quick bursts, single shots, or go full automatic though each has  varying method of control with thelatter having none whatsoever.

Standard UFO Disc
Standard clay disc that is the ALMA's default ammunition. Plentiful.

Brilliant Disc
Rare disc used that contains a chemicalmixture seperated in the disc but when broken, combine to create a bright flash

Pop Disc
Uncommon disc used that contains a mixture that creates a minor explosion on impact

Net Cast UFO
A clay disc with a highly compacted net within that sprawls outward on impact

Dial Disc
Exceptionally rare disc that contains the same aspects of a dial within. Does not own yet.

Combat Style: 
Generally would rather avoid combat and float away from danger. But when push comes to shove, tends to keep distance and fire off discs from her launcher and tries to keep damage to the surroundings to a minimum when in the vicinity of ruins or rare technology and the like.
