I've been putting this off for awhile now. Ever since the big migration, I've been working on ways to improve the RP I created way back when and how to properly give it the revival it deserves on here. Granted, I was scared. Scared that alot of people wouldn't be on board. But even if a handful of folk would be involved, that would be okay! Then it hit me; I rooted and limited myself in the Lore of the original game series too much and never once considered the idea that this RP could be an AU (Alternate Universe). As such, alot of the ideas and story of it stagnated and never went forward too much except in seperate stories.
But now I want to bring this back with all the changes I plan on bringing in. What this means is a few things.
First of which, the RP itself is more involved with TV series rather than film. As such, alot of these series takeplace in a Human realm equivalent to Earth or is directly named as such. Going forward, this will be an enormous world all to itself and incorporate every series that has Earth as its home. This includes things such as Gravity Falls, Owl House, Kim Possible, Steven Universe, and more.
Second. I Limited the inclusion of FF characters based on the timeline itself. Now I am lifting said limitation. If you already had an FF character, this works out just as well. As such, you got your own version of an FF character or one related to it, then by all means you can create a profile for them. This includes ones from the main game series who will not have the samerole as they did in the game or maybe theydo; that is solelyup to the players.
Third. Like last I stated, I was rooted too deeply into the main game lore and that in turn would limit what people could make. Well, that too is changed in this revival. Keyblade wielders WILL be allowed to some extent. Heartless types and Nobody types as well as Unversed types will be allowed as characters in the RP. This way, you have more freedom in what you can be. With all of this, new stories can be made and new potentials unleashed.
Finally, I would state that there is STILL an overarching story happening.However, I would want this to progress without tarnishing or ruining anyone else's experience and instead include others in it while keeping certain cornerstone plot points to happen regardless.This way, everyone who makes a character can feel included no matter the role they choose for themselves. No one will be leftout. Big or small, you make up the RP and it is onlyfair you be a part of the greater scale of things.
These and more are things I wish to bring into the next generation of the RP. The story so far will remain unchanged for the most part. If you had characters in it before, I have saved all the profiles if you have need of them but might have a change or two to implement when the RP itself goes live.
Hopefully, there are those out there who still have interest in this and I welcome you with open arms to something I want to share with everyone else and that we can come together and make something special.
