Master[/u]
Name: Layla Ashara (Also referred to as Layla 10)
Age: 22
Gender: Female
History:
(WIP might do something else)
Layla is a homunculus, created by one of the more successful and eccentric Alchemists of Atlas using their invention, "Psuedo-Spiritron Machine: TYPE Genesis". She is the 10th in a line of created artificial Humans created for the purpose of being a hand for Atlas on the outside, being regarded as the most successful of the Layla series. Unlike her preceding sisters who had been recycled for resources or repurposed into domestic servants, #10 is able to be easily modified with new parts due to her construction. As she grew older, Layla was refit several times, reinforcing her skeleton, improving the design of her muscles, enhancing her skin. Her internal organs didn't even resemble the layout or structure of a Human's, most being replaced and moved around by what would provided better performance. By the time she was 18, aside from her external appearance and soul, she was a foreign organism that did not resemble her original Human-like blueprint.
For the most part, Layla had been assigned to simply fetch quests, sometimes being loaned out to the Clocktower in exchange for goods. She was more or less a machine, not really caring what she did and how it was done. Her original creator had passed onto allegedly greater prospects at this point after making modifications to harvest genetic material from her, going off to now design supposedly superior lifeforms to Humans after using Layla as a test subject, thus her care fell into a relatively fresh face. This new caretaker didn't change anything in her physically, but definitely lifted a veil from Layla's eyes. Emotions, things that had only been a relatively minor input into her life were now screaming in her mind. Things she had done in the past, being operated on like a toy, it almost destroyed her mind had the caretaker not dialed back to a middle ground between her previous state of mind.
With her mind open, new thoughts began to wander. Layla quietly questioned some of her orders when sent off, but she still didn't hesitate to execute missions or neutralize those in her way. Her new caretaker treated her less like a robot or pawn, treating her to actual meals instead of the bland nutrition cubes she was used to. She was conflicted, not knowing if she should embrace the new feelings or pretend they just idle feedback she'd have to suppress on a daily basis. Things changed 4 years later with the latest global incident, the Clocktower's favorite plaything had broken. Instead of only 7 Servants being summoned from a realm known as the Throne of Heroes, they were appearing everywhere. Layla was minding her own business
Personality: How do they view themselves compared to others, what is their wish to the Grail, why would they join this war?
Magical preference: Do they have a certain style of magic they trained under? Or a kind of spell or element they find themselves leaning more to?
Visual Appearance: Picture optional
