Kagasasu is a scrawny boy of average height, no more than 5'8" and weighing no more than 120lbs. Ragged and boney, he appears to have very little to his person. However beneath his skin is lean muscle, able to move surprisingly fast and strike with a strength of someone with more meat on their bones than he. Kagasasu has pale crimson eyes, a pointed nose and pierced ears. His teeth are pointed, sharp and dangerous. His hair is messy and grey, while his skin is a palid pale colour. Kagasasu's fingernails are long and pointed, able to deliver a hard cut. Lastly, his tongue is equipped with a retractable needle point on the end, three inches long at its full length.

Kagasasu dresses immensely casually and wears old, scruffy clothes. He cares little for fashion.

Kagasasu wears a very simple black tracksuit. A zip-up jacket, loose bottoms and beat-up sneakers that are surprisingly comfortable. Beneath his tracksuit, Kagasasu has at least a dozen knives of various shapes, styles and sizes. He carries three emergency bloodpacks to use in an emergency, and a few pieces of first aid to stop himself from bleeding too much if needs be.

If you were to attribute one word to Kagasasu on first sight, it might be unhinged, or perhaps chaotic, maybe insane or even just unpredictable. He is a wild and erratic individual, always wearing a sharp-toothed smile on his face and laughing gleefully at inappropriate times. Kagasasu speaks in affectionate tones when discussing blood, or killing, maiming or murder, anything violent that brings him excitement. 
Within this creepy exterior, however, lies the cold and calculating mind of a strategist. Under KK, and November, the budding flower of his intelligence has blossomed considerably. Kagasau can scope out a situation in a matter of seconds, looking for weaknesses and advantages that he can take advantage of. While he is mentally unstable, he is not someone to be underestimated. Kagasasu holds his cards to his chest, weedling out cracks in an opponent or patiently waiting for the right moment to cause the most havoc. 
Kagasasu is obsessed with blood. He loves it, in what can definitely be seen as an unhealthy way. He loves to drink it, especially fresh from someone else, and talks in loving ways about it. Perhaps it is part of his quirk to give him this predisposition to sucking blood as much as possible, but either way it is something he can't control, and can sometimes lose himself and his strategies to an overwhelming lust for blood. 
Kagasasu holds his friends and allies close, especially KK and November who took him in off the street and gave him a chance to become a truly great villain. He despises Hero Society for what they did to him, casting him aside when he needed them most and coming down heavily on him due to his Quirk. Nobody was there in his hour of need, aside from Team Confidence. As far as he is concerned, society must be drained of the corruption and glamour that Heroes strive for, and he does everything he can to cause havoc, chaos, despair and destruction.

Usually level-headed (beneath the insanity), Kagasasu can be prone to fits of anger if things don't go his way. If blood is wasted, or if his own is spilt, reason goes out of the window. He becomes even more crazed, losing the smile and wearing a vicious predatory grimace as he indiscriminately attacks anything and anyone around him, regardless of his own personal safety. Kagasasu tries to keep this under control, but when things go wrong for him, all he sees is red mist.

His first taste of blood was before his Quirk had even materialised. Kagasasu had bitten another boy in the playground, driven by some strange impulse inside of him. He needed it... he hungered for it. His parents weren't rich or influential, and faced the consequences of Kagasasu's actions. They cried and scolded him for what he had done, saying how unnatural it was, how monstrous. He didn't understand. They ate and drank what they liked when they felt hungry or thirsty. Why was he so different?
Kagasasu's quirk appeared when he was four. His tongue extended one afternoon when his father was out at work. It was strange, but he was excited. Now he had a quirk, and he could be normal! Yet he also felt an even greater hunger than before. Kagasasu had snuck blood from birds or stray animals he had found, but they weren't anywhere near as good as the very first time he lapped up human blood.
His mother was in the kitchen, and Kagasasu felt something at the end of his extending tongue. A small needle, and he knew what he could do. Without even realising it, his tongue had lashed out, the needle sticking into his mother's neck.
Kagasasu had only wanted a taste, but when he lifted out of the fog of ecstasy that the blood gave him, she had collapsed on the floor. He waited for his father to come home. He cried in anger when he realised his wife was dead, and beat Kagasasu with fists of rage. Kagasasu knew he didn't have to take it. That was when the other half of his quirk materialised, and he used it right back at his father.
Kagasasu spent a few days with the bodies of his parents, enjoying the feast before him. That was when the police came, tipped off by the smell that was emanating from the house. Because he was only a young boy, Kagasasu was sent to orphanages and foster homes, but never stayed anywhere long. Where he could, he drained blood and moved on, keeping on the move through the streets of Tokyo. He knew he had nobody to rely on but himself. 
Kagasasu spent many years avoiding heroes and police alike, leaving a wake of blood-drained bodies behind him. It wasn't until he turned fifteen that he was found. Not by a Hero, but by a Villain. KK, he called himself, and he had heard a lot of the child serial killer. Kagasasu just wanted blood, but the man offered him something more. He could prove himself to the world that he was far greater than the monster they portrayed him as. Team Confidence would give him all the blood he wished for, in exchange for loyalty and effort. Kagasasu accepted with gusto.
Now called Ichor, he spent his time working low-level jobs for KK, until very recently when he was given a prestigious role under November, who himself was taking great strides towards being a master villain. Ichor works for November, doing his bidding and following his plans of chaos and confusion. Ichor is set on draining the blood from society, and dragging it down into a pit of destruction.

Kagasasu's tongue can extend from his mouth, up to a length of fifty feet. He can manipulate it freely, changing direction and retracting it with ease. It also holds some unique physiology, as it is tough, durable and has retractable barbs along the length, which are as sharp as knives and can slice up anyone who gets struck by them. The tip has a needle-thin point which can penetrate through human skin. The tongue can regenerate even if it is cut off, which he can do half a dozen times in a short period before becoming worn out.

If Kagasasu manages to stab someone with his tongue, he can suck their blood along the length into his mouth, and use it to enhance his own abilities in a variety of different ways, which he named Bloodstyles. Blood can be drained as soon as the tip has penetrated the skin, and Kagasasu can suck for as long as he wants. (One litre per post). He can also transfer his own blood from his tongue into another person.

Kagasasu extends his tongue while spinning it rapidly around, either around him or in front of him. This creates a series of rapid slashes, with his deadly needle point at the forefront of the attack.

A fast extension of his tongue, which shoots straight forward without warning. Usually a surprise attack which Kagasasu uses to take blood before someone can react.

By surrounding himself with his durable tongue, Kagasasu blocks incoming attacks while avoiding damage to his body.

Mosquito Buzz allows Kagasasu to greatly enhance his speed and maneuverability. He can dart and weave swiftly, as well as travelling a lot faster than usual. Kagasasu also gains heightened senses, able to smell and see with vastly improved detail.

Bloody Muscles transfers blood into his muscles, which increases his strength far beyond his usual capabilities. With this, he can leap higher, strike harder and lift impressive weights many multiples of what he is usually able to manage.

Bloodbank layers his skin with extra blood, turning his whole body a deep crimson in colour. It makes him far more durable than normal, able to deflect blows from skin that is suddenly as tough as iron.

Blood Sacrifice uses Kagasasu's own blood when he has no other option. He can use any Bloodstyle for three posts with this technique, but he becomes weaker and more woozy until he eventually loses conciousness.

Kagasasu has to ingest blood in order to use his Bloodstyles. He can drink bloodbags, but it only gives him half of the boost that fresh blood does. Bloodsuck Tongue can drink unlimited blood, but Kagasasu can only hold two and a half litres at a time, otherwise he begins to bulge and feel immensely sick. He doesn't know whether he would pop, but he knows that mosquitos can, and he doesn't want to risk it.

Kagasasu is a planner, a trapper and an opportunist. He attempts to bring every opponent into his own playing field, so he always has the advantage. His quirk allows him to fight in both ranged and close quarters, and he also is adept with the various knives and blades that he carries about his person. Kagasasu knows when he is beat, and always makes sure he has an escape route, but rarely tries to enter a situation that he doesn't have control over. His style of combat is erratic and unpredictable, like his nature. Sometimes he might take a blow just to give a harsher one in return. However he will always do his best not to lose blood.
