Whilst he might not be on the same level as more expertise sorcerers, and nowhere near that of the Sorcerer Supreme, Jamison is still an accomplished magician that can perform magic quite well, and he is even displaying some levels of being a prodigy in some specific aspects of magic schools, such as Conjuration and Illusions. He still has a long way to go, but his proficiency is only ever enhanced as time moves on.

A boisterous and 'impish' fellow, Ezmo is a Shadow-Imp that Jamison managed to rescue from an abusive warlock that sought to use him as a slave and tool for his own gains, which did not sit well with Jamison. He aided Ezmo in rebelling against his master, and struck a new, more consensual deal with the imp, and so Ezmo has since been on Jamison's side in dealing with other corrupt and despotic sorcerers who seeks to use demons for their own gain.
Ezmo is a roughly 3'6 individual with ashy-grey skin that is bandaged up in several locations, and he is covered in a purple hood that extends into a tail-like extension going past his waist, hiding most of his face where the only thing visible is his toothy maw. Ezmo carries around his own occult tome that he uses for his own ends, and contains most of his innate powers, which mainly revolve around manipulating shadows to an extent, such as sending himself and objects through one shadow and out of another one nearby.

Jamison is a roughly 5'10 tall individual with a total weight of around 200-ish pounds, and is rather fit in his build. His skin is Caucasian and bordering on pale due to his birthplace, and he has a tattoo of a pentagon on the back of his right hand, as a reminder of his deal with Ezmo. He keeps his hair shaved except for a semi-pompadour which he has a habit of dying in any color he feels fits, but usually keeps it a vibrant blue. His eyes are cerulean blue in color.

His outfit never really changes whether he's out in his casuals or in his "get-up" as he calls it. He often dresses very finely and stylishly, often donning tuxedos with different-colored shirts underneath. He usually goes for blue ones however, with a grey tuxedo on top. He often wears an ornate choker around his neck with a pair of silvery angel wings on the front of it, and a silvery pentagram on the back of it.

Jamison usually comes off as socially awkward to other people, due to him having next to no verbal filter on what he says and thinks of others. If he dislikes someone, he will go out of his way and beyond to let them know of his disdain of them, usually through sarcastic snips and quips aimed at them, or outright being hostile. It's mainly due to his secluded uprising in Glasgow that's resulted in this social awkwardness, and he only truly finds comfort and solace with people who are "weird" like himself. When he's surrounded by people he likes, however, he is much more approachable, and will act as "the best bloody mate you'll make in your lifetime" as he so graciously puts it himself.
Jamison is obsessed with the concept of "fairness" when it comes to the co-existence of humans and demon-kin, and is firm in his beliefs that just because a dime a dozen demons often pursue to commit evil deeds, does not make them all evil. What is evil to him are the humans who will willingly and intentionally enslave those devils and demons to do their bidding as slaves, as he thinks it's no different than a human enslaving another of their own. His relationship with Ezmo is a prime example of his direct practice of his beliefs, as while Ezmo is bound to him via a contract, he still has the freedom and liberty to do as he wishes, even in battle where other sorcerers would command their familiar like toy soldiers. He will still scold Ezmo if he does something completely out of line, however.

History:
All of Jamison's life has been an uphill struggle against what people would deem as "normal" and "acceptable", as ever since childhood he showed a much more rebellious side to his parents' uprising methods. He would not engage in the activities that his mother and father assigned for him, such as Bible reading and learning about God, and he showed a lot more interest in the stories of Hell and its sinners and demons. He just thought it was "cooler than a balding bloke on a cloud", as his 9-year old self would put it.
His parents being devout Catholics, such behavior was deemed to be unsuited for a child of a Catholic household, and at the tender age of 13, he was enrolled in a Catholic private school, which would more or less become his 'life' from that point onward. Jamison eventually was conditioned into believing that this was a form of 'punishment' delivered onto him by his parents -- which for all intents and purposes it was -- and that he had to redeem himself. And so when he was finally released back to his family at the age of 18, he had turned himself into a meek follower of his parents' words, and followed them as law.
And so when he grew up to be in mid-20s, Jamison was studying to become a priest for the school he had attended. He was a devout follower, but every so often, the temptation of learning more about demons crept into his mind, though his conditioned brain often shut it out as just "bad practices". But still there was a calling in his head. His former teacher, a preacher named Sir Auroch, became a mentor figure for him as he tried to dissuade Jamison from these 'heinous teachings', but even so there was something off...
It wasn't until he had finished his studies, and was a fully-decorated priest that Jamison knew the truth. He had stayed late at the church he and his mentor worked at, and in the middle of the night he had heard ominous noises coming from the underground chambers of the church, which he promptly investigated in his curiosity. To his horror, it turns out that Sir Auroch had been a demonic conjurer in disguise, who had worked on attempting the summoning of demons to the mortal plane. One such demon was a shadow-imp that was with him in the chambers, that acted as a timid, unwilling slave, who was often scolded and struck by Auroch when misbehaving.
Witnessing the mistreatment of such a creature, Jamison felt a hatred swell within him. How could these religious fanatics keep preaching about "fairness" and "good-will" when they treated such a being with such ill intent? And so he confronted Sir Auroch then and there, and a scuffle broke out where the imp was forced to attack Jamison, who did his best to defend himself whilst also fighting Auroch. The battle dragged on for a while, all while Auroch did his best to continue a ritual he had initiated. Jamison felt a need to stop this ritual, and so he wrestled with Auroch, and threw him into an portal into Hell that Auroch's ritual had opened, interrupting the ritual and closing the rift. As Jamison collapsed from exhaustion, the imp was now free to go, but did not know where to go. And this is where Jamison showed pity, and he made a pact with the imp, to forever serve in a mutual agreement between the two. When the imp, introducing itself as 'Ezmo', asked him why he'd sign his life away, he simply responded;
"Because I already let my life be signed away once. I'm not gonna stand and watch another life experience the same I did."
And so he and Ezmo partnered up, and became an unlikely duo that decided to fight against the injustices towards the supernatural and demonic. Naturally, he knew he could not just do it by physical means, so he quickly quit his job, and took to teaching himself about what his parents and peers would never allow him to learn about; the occult, and the arcane. He taught himself to utilize magic at a base level, and with the help of Ezmo, who was an innately magical being, it was not long before he was an accomplished, base-level sorcerer, and thanks to also teaching himself more about demonology and the nature of infernal beings, he took up a job as a local exorcist, which worked for a long run. But eventually, he felt that he could do a lot more, and so he got wind of an event happening across the pond, in the great U.S. How a group known as "Darkwatch" had banished an entity of great evil and terrible magic powers.
Him and Ezmo traveled to New York City, and after some detective work they located the place of one that could help them; the 'Sanctum Sanctorum', owned by Doctor Stephen Strange. Initial meetings between Jamison and the Doctor was a bit rocky, but eventually he came through to Strange with his desire to aid and help the supernatural order of the world, describing how he wished to not just protect average people from demons, but also to perform the reverse, since humans could be just as ill-intentional as demons. The doctor, a bit bemused at the notion, accepted Jamison's plea, and welcomed him to a place within Darkwatch.
