The news had been busy all week creating mini-specials highlighting hero schools all over Japan. Their most recent was Shiketsu High School. Last on the list was UA of course! The new crew along with some members of the hero commission, a few billboard directors, and even a few heroes were allowed to tour the campus. The cameras would pick up everything they could. In a few cut scenes, Nocturne would be spotted, as well as Miyuki. While these cuts were brief, it was subliminal to the very reason they were here... -to clean up UA's image. This Hosu Secret network really seemed to have it in for heroes, and UA in particular. It was a well-placed PR move to get some positive exposure before the school's famed Sport Festival.
Nocturne retreated to his office. In fact, he only came as per Terebii's request. Miyuki was in class with the rest of 1b, this left the cameras to wander around for the accepted interviewees. After a brief introductory chat with Principal Kyucho, the small crowd would find themselves in the 1st year's wing. The cameras would showcase the excellent dorm spaces the school offered, even highlighting a few rooms of students who were welcoming. From there, the scene would cut and open back up to the hallways of UA, in front of 1A to be exact.
"Hello and good morning~, if you're just tuning in... -We are at UA Academy, the country's top Hero school. This place has given up heroes like Strive, and many more of your favorite heroes. Here we stand with someone who touches and molds young minds personally, all while remaining the top number 8 ranked hero, Giga Bite!" Quite the introduction. She'd only continue to fluff his feathers and make him look good for the viewers. "Now we know Giga Bite as our savior, a hero who focuses on rescue. A hero in charge of the Koriban House of Hope. But here, he is a beloved teacher. " Now directly speaking to Klaus, she- "We'd like to dive deeper into you and your thoughts by asking some questions sent by fans. " With that, she'd let the mic drop, and allow the cameramen to set up multiple angles of the conversation. She'd pass Giga Bite a big smile while blushing. "Don't let the camera talk fool you, you're my favorite hero, sir."
"Some of the questions might be a little rough. They want to know about the good and... the bad..." She'd preface. The Hero Commission folks would actually split off from the news crew and gather the management, business, and support teachers. Together, they'd actually be doing a fun workshop to help pass the time for students who had a free period during this time.

Few would think this about Giga Bite, but the Beetle Hero was exceptionally adept at handling public appearances. In spite of his imposing presence, Klaus was one of the smot approachable Pro Heroes, and just as easy to talk to. He received the reporter’s introductions well, without too much pride or humility. He was aware of his reputation. It was why he was doing this interview. After this latest string of incidents, U.A. needed to put its best foot forward.
He clicked his lesser mandibles twice. It was the closest thing Klaus had to a charming smile. The least he could do is indulge a fan. ”You are too kind. I am simply a proud member of the community.”
But now, it was time to be serious. The cameras were rolling. Klaus understood how the media circuit worked. Although he was not native to Japan, it did not work so differently from the rest of the world. The right words spoken by the right person could make all the difference in the world. Klaus settled for straightening his tie. ”Yes, of course. You mentioned questions from fans? I would be more than happy to answer any questions the people have for U.A..”

After a small break after the intro, the camera crew would give Luna a nod to let her know they had both her and Gigabite's best angles. Now equipped with a tablet, the news anchor took a deep breath and awaited the signal for Action. "Alright, thanks for waiting through that commercial break. We're here with Gigabite and we've got some fun questions from the fans."
Flicking through and tapping on a random question through the Gigabite folder, she-"Looks like we're starting with a tough first question. Kota from Musutafu asks... How do you feel when you see students misbehaving? I'm sure the hero courses are stressful, but shouldn't students try to maintain that "UA" image?" This question was obviously referencing Miyuki's incident. It was okay though. They chose Gigabite for a reason! He was a model teacher, and many alumni recommended speaking to him about school matters. Luna would go ahead and soften the question up into something easier to bounce off of,
"Wow, a question like that right off the bat. Kota brings up a good point. It has to be stressful. From training regiments to schoolwork. It's got to be a lot right? Kota mentions a "UA Image", what does that mean to you as an educator?" With all the bad press, Luna was determined to turn things around. She believed in hero society, and as a fan, she believed in Ua! She'd wink at Gigabite, and give him the floor to speak.

Giga Bite took a moment to consider his words. Indeed, they did not mince words. He would not either. "The 'U.A. image', as the commenter puts it, means many things to many different people. Some see it as a set of ethical standards that all aspiring Heroes should strive to. This is, after all, the most prestigious Pro Hero school in Japan, if not the world. 'Certain things ought to be expected of the next generation of Pro Heroes'."
The Beetle Hero paused, carefully using the beat to indicate to those watching that that was not how he felt about this. That he was not so ready to cater to the narrative that was being put forth. Not by Luna, but rather, whoever - whoever indeed - had provided that material to the press. Would they have been quick enough to capture a scene like that so quickly, so... conveniently? In truth, many of the recent media blazes have felt too good to be true, to say nothing of how they have been presented. Giga Bite had nothing concrete to support these suspicions, which was why he did not speak on them. But he would make sure that whoever that was (who he was certain would be watching this broadcast) would see that this Pro Hero was not so easily convinced.
"Speaking for myself, I see that image differently. U.A. is an institution of opportunity. I am a graduate of that opportunity. As you know, I am not originally from Japan. I came from difficult circumstances in Europe. My Quirk was not accepted by my family. I struggled to get by. I was only able to become the Beetle Hero that you know today because U.A. believed in my passion for helping others. It would be remiss of me not to carry that good will forward."

Luna nodded, both impressed and captivated by GB's words. "Well said," her finger rolled on her touch screen and landed on a random question again. "This one is from Amaki. Amaki asks, are there any firsts years you think we should be on the look out for in the upcoming sports festival?" She perked up. "Ah that's right! The sports festival is coming up for you guys. The first years are always the talk of the town when UA gets their kiddos ready. Great question, Amaki! Yes Gigabite, please do tell!"

Klaus could hardly withhold his enthusiasm. His lesser mandibles jittered, clicking together in rapid succession, before finishing off with a chirp that was somewhere between a sigh and a shout. The Pro Hero shook his head, regaining his composure. ”Forgive me. The Sports Festival is my favorite time of the year. It is the opportunity for future generations to prove their mettle to the world that is waiting for them. It makes me proud to see the students show what all their hard work has been for. It will be no different this year.”
He paused for a moment to think… but only for a moment. ”You ask a very difficult question. I could not compare any of my students to one another, nor to Poltergeist’s. They all have great potential that I know will be seen in the upcoming events. But, if I needed to say who first came to mind, it would be Kachiya Kuzu. She is an exceptional students among an exceptional jgroup. She has initiative, and cares a great deal for those around her; perhaps more than she does for herself.” He clicked his mandibles together again, whistling. Giga Bite’s version of a smirk. Hopefully they would not think he was picking favorites.
”Being elected 1-A class president does not hurt, either.”

"You hear that world? Kachiya Kuzu is 1a's class president." Nudging Gigabite, she-" He says he can't pick just one, buuuuuut keep your eyes peeled for Ms. Kuzu!" Through some camera magic and surpeme posture, Luna passed the tablet back to the assistant without breaking line of sight from the camera, or making it look like she moved at all. She took a deep breath. This would be the final question before they could speak with a first year. "So this question is from me, Luna Oto." She smiled at him. "Teaching is a full time job, but so is being a hero. Where do you find the motivation, the energy? I'm sure it must be grueling."
