Yosefine Pfennig. A tall, imposing woman of indeterminate age. Her hair a golden waterfall about her narrow face, falling above her shoulders like crashing waves on strong, straight cliffs. Her body, toned and powerful as it is, with strong, lean muscles and an imposing structure that stands out, always postured straight like an arrow, amongst the once male ranks of the Holy See. Finally, her eyes, a bright orange, each one like the sun and just as intense.

Her uniform as the Most Reverend Cardinal, a pure white suit gilded with gold. About her shoulders she wears a billowing cloak, held in place by golden pauldrons on each shoulder. Yosefine's image is one of pure white and dazzling gold, her outfit prestigious and yet not constricting when it comes to combat.

History
Yosefine Pfenning was born a quincy, reishi running through her blood. Her parents were members of the Holy See, an organisation of Quincy under the protection of the Catholic Church. Yosefine grew up indoctrinated against the Shinigami, taught about the merciless genocide of her ancestors and how they had to flee, taking up under the Church just to stay alive. The Holy See grew, nurtured by the Master, kept alive and suckling at the teat of the Church. Building in power. Yosefine watched as she herself grew, watching her father and mother, high ranking individuals, shelter the Holy See and the power that it would soon grow into.
She was taught bow, sword and Quincy abilities. When she was just sixteen, Yosefine became a ranked Quincy. She became a well-known name, not just the daughter of the Pfenning family but in her own right. Why, she would make a great Saint one day, they said. Yosefine believed it. She worked tirelessly, creating alliances, friendships, rooting out enemies near her and solidifying herself as an important member of the Holy See. So, when the time came, and the Master faced his demise, Yosefine was ready to strike.
The power vacuum happened at the Master's death. Several high ranking members fought to gain control. Yet they had underestimated the young girl in their midst. Yosefine carved a path through the other Quincy. Alliances were solidified, enemies cut down. The Holy See had not seen such bloodbath in centuries, especially not among themselves. Yet from the bloody warfair emerged their new leader. Yosefine claimed the Throne of the Quincy, giving herself the title of Most Reverend Cardinal. She chose her soldiers with care, making sure any supporters of her enemies were eradicated and dispatched.
Now Yosefine stands at the head of a great army. She saw first-hand the weaknesses of the previous leadership, the hesitation to take on their mortal enemies, the Shinigami. No longer! The Holy See would wreath themselves in God's Divine Light, wielding the weapons of the Sun and carving apart darkness wherever it appeared. The Quincy had remained dormant too long. Now it was the time they struck.

Yosefine's Vollstandig gives her a sharp, jagged halo of reishi, and long wings made of harsh, straight yet jagged lines. They shine bright and true, like golden sunlight stretching from her body. It vastly increases her speed, her power and her accuracy with her spiritual bow weapon. All around her, anything made of Reishi is absorbed and repurposed into Yosefine's glorious evolved form. The Most Reverend Cardinal can fire a wide cloud of reishi arrows to hail down on her opponents, casting from above her to literally rain down from the heavens to decimate and eradicate anything below where Yosefine stands.
Kirchenlied: Sankt Zwinger
A powerful spell that creates an area of Reishi shaped with countless Quincy crosses protruding from the ground. Anyone trapped in Yosefine's Kirchenlied: Sankt Zwinger is struck by countless reishi spears and blades, skewering their body with a million jabs and thrusts. Her own body becomes near impenetrable, coated in a thick and tough reishi armour. It doesn't linger if she leaves the area, but it is a very effective way of defeating a powerful opponent in the immediate area.
