"Prep Time"-X was quoted to be a Batman-level threat for his intellect and gadgetry. In his belt, he's often got listening bugs he can place anywhere, compact smoke screens, compact taser, tracking devices, jammers, etc given enough prep time to deal with someone or a situation.

Red X Suit
-On both the skull like mask and chest is a signature Red X. The mask itself covers the entire head like a helmet would and is secured with a tattered cape. The suit is rather straightforward, in that it is just a black jumpsuit with an opaque white utility belt. Inside this belt are a few high-tech gadgets such as a cloaking device and short distance teleportation device. The more impressive function is the implementation of his signature red X's. By using a power supply known as Xynothium. X keeps a fair amount of this element within his suit so he is able to create as many x projectiles and blasts as he needs.
Skull Mask- Hides his identity, plain and simple.
X Shuriken- His signature throwing weapon.
X Constrict- From his xynothium supply, Red X can launch an expanding X that quickly constricts around an enemy to bind them in a pinch.
X-Plosive- A bomb-style X shuriken that detonates upon impact. These can be set as remote explosives as well, if given enough prep time.
X Bolt- A raw version of xynothium used in the shape of a red X energy bolt. It's undoubtedly, a short to medium-ranged projectile that can cleanly blast through walls in the shape of an X, and cause concussive damage.
Wrist Blade and Launcher- a X shaped stud that expands into a foot-long blade for combat. Seated under this expanding wrist blade is a corded launcher used as a grappling hook to repel and traverse heights and gaps.

Physical Appearance:
Stone stands at 6' even with fair skin and weighs 175lbs. With blue eyes, Bernard maintains a medium length for his light brown hair. It's not really in any particular style, he'll often just shove it back and away from his eyes. His body is well trained, and it's a bit obvious that he's always been athletic since young. His arms are coated in scratches from mistakes during training, but he wears them proudly like a badge of honor.
Clothing and Armor:
Bernard's real identity is not known at all, so he doesn't put much effort in the way he dresses outside of missions, but then again he's almost always on missions. He's a guy who works out quite often so he's seen in gym attire mostly. He likes a long sleeve dri-fit shirt or hoodie, shorts or sweats and some sneakers.

A sleuth at heart, Bernard focuses a lot on intel. Taking on the X mantle comes with a bit of stress, but it's where he feels the most himself. When he's Red X, Stone presents himself as a fox of a man who uses his smarts and self serving nature to always make it out of a situation on top. When faced with a difficult issue, he prefers to ride things out til the last minute. While he often can be called upon for group missions with other villains, he is an individualist at heart. He detests trusting anyone but himself, and will often set contingency plans for the failure of others, or the possibility of them being turncoats. You can call this paranoia, but it's this same cautiousness and tactical prowess that has allowed him to survive for so long.
He comes off like a hard ass, and that's because he is. Stone's got no issue with telling people a harsh truth if it getsthis same cautiousness and tactical prowess him what he wants or to a desired situation. Perhaps always wanting the "desired outcome" is the thing that defines Bernard. He will joke, lie, flirt, and make friends anyone with in order to reach the desired outcome for himself. Mask or no mask, he looks out for number 1.
