Rumors and Plans
If you have created an island and it has been approved, you may choose to place plot points for others to see here; or even plots that moderators could pick up if they find them interesting. In essence this is basically a bounty board or request to RP board. If you post a plot here, someone may request to take that plot on. With that said, all of these plots with the exception of moderator threads are freeforum threads; which means that the moderators expect you not to do anything overly outrageous. I'll still set these ground rules regardless in case anyone didn't read the 26 rules of the RP from the main guide.
Rules for Free Forum Threads
1.) No god modding, Power playing, or other likewise moves.
2.) No killing off player or crew characters, and no giving plot relevant items (Log Poses, Maps to next major locations, super unique weapons, or likewise.) Injuries, broken weapons, or other things are fine IF BOTH parties agree upon it. If you're unsure about what to give, contact a moderator and ask.
3.) Keep it civil, and PG-13. Like with the main guide, if you wanna do the dirty, take it off site. Avoid excessive and extremely unacceptable things.
4.) Try to avoid turning islands into ghost towns if you can. I understand that some characters/crews will want to pillage and plunder, and that's fine. I encourage evil characters to do evil things; but remember that even evil guys have to go somewhere to eat and drink. In short, DON'T BE A MURDERHOBO.... Murder Pirate... whatever you want to call it.
5.) Whoever created the island acts as the Psuedo-Moderator for all NPCs on that island. That said this only applies to NON-PLOT RELEVANT THREADS.
6.) Make sure to check whether your crew is in the same blue or area as the island plot is. I don't wanna see a West Blue Crew entering Loguetown in the East Blue to do a cooking competition.
7.) Island Creators are required to place their plots in this format.
8.) Requests to join or enter a Plot that is not open will include the following in a similar format to this:
This is mostly just an example, but the important parts to add are the PLOT TITLE, and PARTICIPATING CREW(S)/CHARACTER(S)
If the thread has an open reward, go ahead and make the reward request as well. Outside of that, just have fun.
With that said, I think that covers it for the most part. Just enjoy yourselves, make interesting stories, and keep the dream of the One Piece alive, as well as the dreams for your characters and crew.

Participants: How many crews/characters are you wanting to use in this thread? Make sure to specify either CREW or CHARACTER. If the thread is open to all in that area, simply put OPEN.
Location: Specify where in the world this takes place. If it's in the East Blue, Grand Line, or Calm Belt. If your crew is not in that area, they cannot participate.
Island: Which Island is this on. If you haven't made an island, you can instead use OPEN SEA and have the encounter be no where near land.
Plot Description: Place your rumor and plan description here. You don't have to be super detailed and explain everything; but make sure that if you state a murder mystery plot, that it's a murder mystery plot, and not a treasure hunt. It can include a treasure, but it should stay on the plot.
Possible Reward: What sort of rewards can those who participate expect if they solve the issue? This is mostly just to give an excuse to incentivize action to follow the plot instead of just saying screw it and raiding the island unless that's what you want from the plot. You can also leave this to the participant's discretion if you like.
