Rhen is 6 feet in height and weighs 187 lbs. in dense muscle, he has azure blue eyes, and somewhat wild blonde hair.
He has a sleeve of tattoos bearing the names of fallen friends and family starting with his Uncle, Aunt, and the Black Tri Stars on his left arm, while on the right he bears a series of half EFF star emblems for every opponent he has shot down, currently counting 11, that starts at his wrist, and has cartoony versions of a few Fedy mobile Suits with Xes where their visual sensors should go, creating a half sleeve to his elbow.
Rhen is a survivor of past encounters, having received a scar down his left cheek somewhat resembling a tear some years ago during a border conflict with the EFF.
Personality:
Rhen is methodical. Owing to his Uncle Ramba, but at the same time he yearns for action, again: do to the untimely death of said Uncle. He fights with a single minded urge to gain familial honor and notoriety, while at the same time preserving the ideals of Zeon's Axis forces. He has no true false beliefs about his people, knowing that their cause is a dying one, and that Haman is their only chance of survival in the Gryps conflict. He has a love hate relationship with many of the newer Neo-Zeon aces, seeing as how his family has served for a decade in the Zeon ranks without any special regard, thanks in no small part to his Uncle's defeat by Amuro Ray.
History: Born in side 3, his story has yet to be told other than his Uncle and Aunt's deaths at the hands of Amuro Ray and the White Base. He fights in a single manned attempt at vengeance against all the EFF forces of his era. His particular hatred leans itself toward anyone of the EFF in a White mobile suit, remembering the last few video missives he received from his Uncle before his death. Rhen is a long time student of history and therefore knows his One Year War facts without error. Though upon his initial enlistment in the Axis military around UC 0083, some 4 years ago upon reaching his majority age, he wished to sign up to be a Gouf pilot in emulation of his Uncle, he realized that said atmospheric use only mobile suits were mostly a thing of the past.
Placing himself at the disposal of his fleet instructors, Ral became infatuated with one such instructor who seemed to disappear around a year before the outbreak of the Gryps conflict. This instructor always pilotted a two tone red and one shade black mobile suit, such as a custom Gelgoog, or Dom III, both of which Rhen always dreamed of getting his hands on. Eventually upon his own graduation from the Axis officer's academy Rhen signed on to be a part of the Neo Zeon expansionary corps'recon forces, such as those used during their early meetings with the AEUG and Titans during the Gryps conflict. Armed with his Blue custom painted, but standard equipped Gelgoog Marine, the young pilot has sworn to remind the Fedys of something they seem to have forgotten since before the fall of his old tutor's Zeong type Mobile Armor/Suit. Why the Fedys fear the name of Gelgoog.
