According to the Help Center board, while Security Chief Jan's request was to check in with Meteor NRG, the one who accepted the request should check in with Jan himself first, at his office at the police station. Fortunately, both buildings were located within the Rigel Ward, so the trip shouldn't be of any difficulty, at least, for someone not currently suffering from nerve issues like the poor old man unfortunately was. It seemed like he wanted to share some details about his machine in person, so a quick meeting was necessary, but there didn't seem to be anything overly complicated involved with it, right...? Just a simple check-in. The police station was one of the buildings on the edge of the Rigel Ward, closer by the central Sirius Park (similarly to Ashleigh's office regarding customs and the PC system), so it would have relatively easy access to the majority of Altair City. This would be the starting point. An electric signboard beside the door read 'Open', but this was more of a formality than anything, as the police station was open 24 hours a day.

Klein found the idea of wearing a law enforcement uniform to a difference law enforcement office would be strange. It was a good idea he was an early bird, as it allowed this hesitation to not mess with his schedule.
He decided to split the difference and decided on a teal button-up under a black longcoat, more fitting for a civilian outing, though it still portrayed his medal, and his team's Pokeballs, front and not-quite-center on his chest. His left hand was free, and his right on his pocket putting his phone away, Mission Control wasn't too thrilled with the idea of Klein becoming some errand boy, but he didn't see how being of assistance to the city would impede his objective, and networking was always a benefit. Besides, they kept denying his requests for his team to peruse in the wild selection of Pokemon oriented merchandise available, the Rookidee plush is going to have to come out of pocket.
Klein would let himself into the police station, seeking someone who could validate his appointment.

The interior of the police station opened into a decently-sized lobby area, with carpeted flooring and a reception area off to the side with a handful of chairs lining the wall. A couple of police officers could be seen down the far hallway talking to each other and paid the new visitor no heed, but the person behind the front desk who had been typing on the computer raised her eyes from the screen to glance at Klein as he entered the building. Upon approaching the receptionist, it would be apparent that also accompanying the officer there was an Arcanine who had been lying down on the floor behind the front desk as well, who stood up and stretched with a yawn as it looked curiously at the newcomer.
"Good morning sir, how can I help you today?" she inquired, with the steady tone that made it far too apparent she was well-practiced at this routine, but not to the point where it displayed any kind of boredom.

Klein watched the Arcanine rise with skepticism, if they were truly employed at the office, they weren't as vigilant as it would behoove them to.
His eyes treaded back to the office attendant, at which he offered a vague hand gesture with his left. "The Help Request Board had a request in assisting the Chief of Security with personally overseeing developments at the Andromeda Stadium, as he is seemingly indisposed for the task. Would you be able to direct me to where I must go?", Klein stated. He tilted his head up again, not expecting to be at any unease in what should be a familiar place, and yet perhaps that was the cause of whatever it was that felt off about being here.

The officer at the front desk seemed to sit up a bit straighter at the mention of the help request, and it reflected in her eyes and voice, showing a bit more enthusiasm. "Oh! Thank you for the quick response, we'll be right with you." She reached over for the phone seemingly on a lower counter, tapping a single button to page the chief's office. "Hey, Jan? Your assistant for the request is here, could you stop by the lobby? Thanks." With a glance, the officer looked back at Klein with a simple nod and smile to reconfirm that the man had heard what she mentioned, before returning to her computer work.
After a couple of minutes, an older man with graying hair and a kind smile entered the lobby through the far hallway, slowly approaching on a wheelchair, although it was apparent that he didn't seem to be very practiced with it. The Arcanine behind the front desk stood up and stretched, gently wagging its bushy tail as it greeted the security chief and receiving ample headrubs as the man turned to look at Klein. "Ah, good morning, friend. You've come to help me with my request, is that right?" Wheeling over to greet his new assistant, the man extended his arm for a firm handshake. "My name is Jan, as you know. I'm the chief of security here at Altair, but as you can see, I've been dealing with ah, a bit of nerve pain recently," he introduced himself, gesturing to his leg, the left one resting at an elevated height in the wheelchair. "It's no fun to be getting older, you'll find out later on, hah!" The chief had a bit of an accent, but not to the point where it got in the way of any words.
Turning back towards the hallway, Jan motioned for Klein to follow him. "Let's go to my office, I have a few things to talk to you about first, is that okay, uh...?" A look of realization dawned on his eyes before he chuckled. "Oh, forgive me friend, I forgot to ask for your name! Goodness, my apologies. Could you tell me a little bit about yourself while we walk?"
