Roles And Faction Links

These are parts one plays in the RP in general. These determine how said character will be seen by others and offer a clear picture on their part to play in the RP at large. If you are unsure of a Role, speak to a mod and we will figure something out. If there is a Role you'd like to made, speak with a MOd and we'll discuss things there.


Available Roles

Keyblade Wielder
One who was selected by a Keyblade and destined to wield it. Whether it was by choice or an outside force, this is the path they must now walk. They are either walking the path of Light, Darkness, or Twilight. (select one of the three and add it to the role in character creation i.e. Keyblade Wielder(Light) )

Examples: Yui, Nesso, Amicus

Ally/Linked
One who travels and assists Keyblade Wielders. They may not be known yet but they can and will be ready to defend. This is the “party member” role for those that want to team up with other Allies and Keyblade Wielders and travel with them. Allies are granted the same perks as Keyblade Wielders mostly. Most anyone can become an Ally but those who are “waiting” to become Allies are dubbed Linked in this case which can be changed out later.

Examples: Donald Duck, Glimmer, Goliath

Guardian
One who trains both Keyblade Wielders and Allies alike, each specializing in their own field. There can be multiple Guardians specializing in the same field (i.e. combat, wisdom, knowledge, marksmanship, history, etc). They too may also join Keyblade Wielders or other Allies but have other duties to attend to and may not always be available. Like Allies, Guardians can come from other worlds but must be certified by the Triad Masters.

Examples: Lightning, Eda Clawthorne, Mr. Gar

Vendor
Merchants and other services that aid anyone who has the Munny for them. While most generally lay on the side of Light, there are a great deal that tread a morally gray area.

Examples: Moogles, Temmie, Loggle

Citizen
Normal average everyday folk who live their daily lives and generally steer clear from danger. They aid others in their own way that are generally non-combative and are commonly described as peaceful...for the most part.

Examples:  Greg Universe, Wally Ribbiton, Bandit Heeler

Support
While similar to Allies, Supports tend to focus on non-combative roles that include anything from a chef, an engineer, or even a ship captain. That is to say they aren't incapable of combat, they're just more suited to their chosen profession to lend aid to Allies, Wielders, and Guardians alike.

Examples: Gadget Hackwrench, Remy, Launchpad McQuack

Villain
Whether they follow the path of Darkness or their own selfish desires, they are almost always against Keyblade Wielders and their Allies. While there are some that can change, the vast majority of those that take up this role are set in their ways.

Examples: Toffee, Maleficent, Horde Prime

Myrmidon
Those under the employ of Villains that follow their orders and generally share their ambitions/goals. While they are set in their role, they may change but is highly unlikely and can also rightfully be dubbed a lackey or underling.

Examples: Shego, Shannon, Pete

Freelancer
Neither walking dark or light but their own path, these beings choose not to ally themselves with either Villains or those associated with Keyblade Wielders if they can help it. They follow their own path of ideals but can be subject to change if they are willing.
