Volco is a well-built man, standing at just over six foot and stocky with muscle. His hair is a pale brown, unkempt and left to grow in a manner that keeps out of his way but still manages to look messy and wild. He has glacial blue eyes, perceptive and keen, which are constantly watching and recording information of people and situations happening around him. His body is covered with scars and burns, mostly from his mechanical work, and his hands are calloused with the signs of manual labour. Volco has a dark tone to his skin, evidence of his life as a mechanic working in the hot English sun.
Volco is a man who loves two things - mechanics, and fighting. He is a wild personality, with a wicked sense if humour and a loud voice that cuts through most situations. He fights like a devil, and has a strong opinion about most things. While Volco can be a grating personality, he has buckets of energy which can be contagious at times.

Volco has an almost zealous approach to those born off Earth. Even those who fight with or alongside the Titans who don't hail from the planet can feel his scrutinies stare on the back of their necks. Volco finds it disgraceful that any human felt like it was a good idea to leave Earth, and what has happened in the war against Axis and the AEUG has cemented his view of the enemy. He won't hesitate to kill someone born off world, enemy or neutrally opposed to him, and won't go out of his way to protect allies if they weren't born under the world's natural atmosphere.

Despite his rough nature, Volco is an analytical man. His experience as a mechanic sees him approaching situations with care and scrutiny. He knows a tiny mistake can cause catastrophic failures, and although he comes across as rash and dangerous, he in fact thinks through his options with a lot of caution. Volco may fight and act like he hasn't a care about his or others safety, but he is constantly analysing the risks, the best options and the worst. He does everything with the Titan's and Earth's best interests in mind.
History
Volco' father owned a reputable warehouse garage in London, and all the La Flaga children were destined to join him. There were nine in total, ranging from the oldest, thirty years Volco's senior, to the youngest, born several years after him. They all had greased hands, oil in their blood. Volco was no different. He learnt the trade from his father, worked alongside his brothers and sisters on all sorts of vehicles and transport.

When the One Year War began, several of the La Flagas had been drafted into the military already. Volco was still too young in his father's eyes, and remained working with his remaining siblings while the others were sent into the field, either as mechanics or soldiers. He envied his brothers and sisters who were able to fight Earth's enemies. Even when they started to return, one by one, in coffins or caskets, Volco's fierce patriotism to the planet simply became honed, targeted and focused.

Volco joined the military as an engineer after his sixth brother returned home as ash. It was bittersweet, as his mother and father had both deteriorated since the multiple deaths of their children, but the garage was left with his younger sister and older brother, and Volco wanted to do his part. Watching Sydney get obliterated sealed it for him. The enemies of Earth had to die. Any off-worlder was a traitor to the planet that had harboured their ancestors, and Volco wanted to be the one to tear them apart.

Volco worked hands-on with mobile suits as part of the Earth Federation Forces, and specifically with the group called the Titans. It became apparent that his talent went beyond engineering, and he had as much ferver about the suits that he worked on that he did for his hatred for space-walkers. Volco was a master at his craft, and also showed significant skills as a pilot, clambering into his own suit on a few occasions where he needed to.

Recently, Volco was promoted into the Titans themselves, as one of their newest pilots. He had already proved his zeal, his patriotism for Earth and his anger and violence towards their enemies. He was ready to carve his way through the Axis and anyone else who stood in the Titans way.
