Father:
Manning's biological father was an outlaw named Jess Manning, who taught his son the family trade. Jess was killed upon the arrival of the space pirate that would end up taking the child in, who was killed in turn by Tobias.
Other Family:
Terra-Man owns an Arguvian space steed named Nova. It serves as his main means of transportation and only real source of companionship.
