Taberu's appearance is that of a humanoid orca/killer whale with blue-and-white skin, along with a dorsal fin on his back, and two fin-shaped extensions along his lower arms. He also has a long orca tail sticking out from behind his pelvis. He is incredibly fit and muscular in his build, having trained his body to be what he believes to be an optimal fighting shape (even if he has a bit of a beer-gut on him, he'll mostly blame it on the blubber), and he stands at a staggering 10 feet in height. His body is littered with small scrapes and scars from his previous fights, but he wears them all with pride.
Civilian Clothes:
His civilian attires usually consists of his work attire, which are custom-made for his enormous size. His usual picks are long-sleeved shirts with his sleeves rolled up to his elbows, and slightly padded trousers to help avoid accidental burns from spilling hot oil or food on himself. While at work, he also wears a thick, brown apron over all of this, which is labeled after his Hero Name; "Chow-Down".
Hero Outfit:
His Hero outfit has a lot more traditional elements to it, compared to his normal clothes. He dresses himself up in a dark blue haori shirt which has waves and fish printed upon the trims of the shirt and sleeves, and he is shirtless except for the haori. In addition, he also wears a lighter blue pair of Jiu-Jitsu Gi trousers, with an obi sash made out of black Shimenawa rope wrapped around his waist, with an eccentric knot at the back to make it stand upright.
Personality
Bad Habits:
Despite his huge size and impressive stature, Taberu has a big confidence issue. Not that he's not confident in his own strength and body, but more unconfident with how he presents himself to others. Being that he is a gigantic orca-man, he can often appear as extremely frightening when he is in fact anything but frightening, and it tends to make him upset and anxious when someone points it out to him, even at his current age!
He does also have issues with keeping his size in check at times, especially when he does get incredibly anxious, or on the flip-side, excited. He loves to throw his bulk about when he gets excited about something, and so he has to be careful about where he moves!
Goal:
To keep Tokyo's streets both clear of crime, and it's appetite sated! With a big healthy serving of Chow-Down!
General Personality:
Taberu is a most reliable friend and ally whenever you need a strong, large-and-in-charge kind of guy! His life has been full of nothing but discipline and duty, making him a very dutiful and loyal person to his core, never settling for any sort of half-measure in anything he does, and wishing others to not do the same either. His favorite saying is "Do it with a big healthy serving", meaning that anything he does or partakes in, he will invest nothing less than all of his energy and attention to it.
That being said, he also knows when to kick back and relax on things, and that is when his other passion in life comes out; cooking. Ever since childhood, he's been inspired to cook and prepare food, and nowhere is his passion more visible than when he's preparing a big family meal for the entire Kujirama household!
Speaking of his family, he holds a large amount of love and care for his family, and holds an especially great amount of care for his younger brother Shachi. Even when being younger kids, Taberu was always a protector of Shachi, who had a tendency to get into trouble, and it is no different now, as he constantly does his best to talk Shachi out of his habit of going on occasional 'missions' that end up sinking whaling vessels and dredge-boats. He is not trying to defend the whalers and dredgers, but he is just concerned that Shachi might end up in trouble!

History:
A day in the life of the lively, exotic and aquatic household of the Kujirama family is always a spectacle to behold, whether it be the family's immense pride of their generation-spanning passing of the quirk torch, or their general pride of Japan's hero society as a whole. The Kujirama family are infamous of their pride in heroism, as well as their pride of protecting and preserving ocean-life across the coastal regions of Japan. And naturally, it is no different with Taberu himself! Even as a child, he was highly engaged with family traditions and values, all the way up to becoming a hero one day like his father and grandfather before him! His passion for cooking also opened up another avenue for him to gain love and respect from the community he grew up in, as well as his home district's love for martial arts, which is what he picked up to further his hero career.
Graduating from U.A High with flying colors at the age of 18, he already had an established foundation as a recognized and beloved community figure all over Ryogoku, which is the district he chose to defend and serve as its local Pro-Hero, 'Chow-Down'! His career so far has been an eventful, yet mediocre one compared to most other Pro-Heroes. But while he might not be truly up there in terms of ranking, that suits him just fine, as every district deserves a hero to look up to! However, things with his brother Shachi was always a sore topic for him, as he would constantly have to talk Shachi out of doing his usual 'missions' of sinking whaler boats, more than often failing to convince his little brother. But he was more than happy to hear that one of his blunders landed him with not only a wife, but a daughter of his own!
However, this has only made Taberu even more worried for the future of his family. With Umi just recently having attended U.A High, and Shachi still being up to his usual antics, he feels like he is the solemn pillar trying to keep the Kujirama family stable and secure, but even with this overwhelming responsibility, he takes it all in stride, and does it with a big healthy serving of DEDICATION!

Orca is a quirk that gives the user of it the physical properties of an orca/killer whale, including physical appearance aspects of it, such as large fins on parts of their body (most notably a dorsal fin on their backside, along with a blow-hole for air). It also gives the wielder an incredibly huge boost to physical attributes as well, such as strength, stamina and durability, due to the size they have gained through the quirk. Additionally, this does mean that they have the same, sonar-like abilities of orcas to locate things in their surroundings, but also to unleash as brief, but powerful sonic blasts to knock people over. And finally, the wielder possesses an additional, protective layer of blubber underneath their skin, preserving their body-heat and making their bodies even harder to truly harm!

Taberu utilizes his immense strength to perform a dual open palm strike which is strong enough to raze a solid rock wall/boulder, or send opponents flying backwards.

Same as the Whale-Blow-PUSH! technique, except Taberu will exert a lot of energy to make it a repeated series of swift, somewhat less powerful strikes in rapid succession.

Taberu winds up a roundhouse kick with enough force to snap a telephone pole in half.
Kuji-Ushi-SHIBO!
(Whale-Blow-BLUBBER!)
Somewhat of a 'satire' move, yet it still has its uses. Taberu will push his blubber-stacked stomach out with such force that it is capable of absorbing most heavy impacts, or outright knock enemies on their butt.
Kuji-Ushi-ERU!
(Whale-Blow-SHOUT!)
Taberu will focus his sonar 'cries' to a point where it is both audible and concentrated enough that he unleashes a sonic 'scream' that is capable of both sending his opponents reeling back and deafening them momentarily.
Drawbacks:
The biggest issue with the Orca quirk is first and foremost the dramatic increase of the user's body size and physique. It makes Taberu have to be extremely cautious and careful around other people with both his size and strength alone, as one slight over-exertion could damage or hurt anything/anyone near him. Furthermore, the sonar-like abilities work fine as they should for regular marine mammals, for their echolocation purposes. But over-exertion of these powers into sonar-like 'screeches' can also damage the user itself in return, due to orcas being sensitive to such sound-waves, and can cause Taberu to have mild headaches, or even straight-up cause him to pass out depenting on the intensity and duration. He also requires his body to be constantly hydrated, or he will start to become increasingly exhausted and sore the drier he gets.
And, just as a personal 'drawback' for Taberu specifically, but due to his large build and desire to keep his 'optimal shape', he is required to ingest tons of food on a daily basis.
Fighting Style:
Taberu is a proud up-and-close martial artist, utilizing his own martial style which borrows heavily from both Sumo and Jiu-Jitsu to overwhelm his opponents with strength and size alone. He is surprisingly agile for being so big, and will utilize it against anyone who underestimates him due to his size. He mainly utilizes heavy, forceful strikes against his foes to hopefully take them out of commission with just a few hits, so as to not overly extend any fight he partakes in.
