OOC: Hello and Welcome, we're starting our assessments for class 1b here. While this is mostly physical tests, it gives a good ball park of what your character can do, and might even give you some insight on what to work on. If you'd like do a personal assessment with a specific teacher please state so in your first post OOC! Currently the teachers willing to aid are pinned in discord chat. It's as simple as saying in OOC: "I'd like ____ to do have tutoring or a personal assessment with ____." After this thread you can align with who you'd like to help you and go on from there to make a thread after this. Also feel free to mingle a bit before I begin the exercise prompts. Here's the list of exercises so you guys have time to think of your character's actions. These will be ranked for individual exercise and then ranked overall for the class. He was brief and professional, with a hint of not wanting to be there. He was here solely to impress Terebii, not because he genuinely wanted to. It was also quite clear, he wasn't exactly used to talking to kids. It was his first school job, to be brutally honest. Beside him, were a line of radar bots. Umi was excited. It was the first lesson to really test her strength! She thought about all of the tests hard when she learnt of them. Strength and swimming were a no brainer, but the speed and agility... it was certainly her weakest area. Umi pondered to herself, brow creased in quizzical thought. She should focus on her weaknesses and try and do her best there. The rest would come naturally to her! Umi wasn't thinking competitively at all. She just wanted to show everyone the best that she could do!

Kitana was excited, finally something she could shine in! Her quirk would make several of these tests a piece of cake, and she was in pretty decent shape outside of that. This was way better than the entrance exam where she'd had to get creative with her quirk just to get by. Here she could really let loose and excel! Plus she was eager to see how everyone else did!
"Heya Umi! You ready to rock this exam or what?" Kitana said cheerfully

OOC: I'd like Yoru to do a personal assessment with Hiromi.

Sipping up the last of his paper cup of black coffee, Yoru would be seen swooping down into the training field, along with the rest of the 1st year students. Flicking the paper cup into the air, he'd do a front-flip in mid air, grasp the cup with one of his clawed feet, and proceeded to dunk it in a nearby trash bin, before flying over to land with the rest of his classmates. He could be heard casually clicking his jaws together occasionally, just letting out soft, gentle noises to keep track of everyone around him, even if his hearing allowed him to memorize most of the ones he had met during the exam.
Of course, he could not mistake anyone else for Umi, sensing her large presence made him smile a bit in her direction, and giving her a silent wave of hello. Then he'd hear Kitana, which made him chuckle a bit.
"What's up, Kits? How you and Sicily holding up?"

A pronounced and drawn out yawn permeated the air around the group.
Dragging their feet and taking their sweet time was the easygoing Hihoshi whose ears flicked at the sound of Yoru finishing up his coffee. It made her groan just a tad but she overall had the same blissful expression on her face as she made her way onto the field with the others. Umi was seen first, obviously. She liked Umi alot. She knew what was up and was big and cute and used water. Yoru could fly and liked coffee. Hihoshi never touched the stuff but not everyone could go at her pace. Kitana loved the snake girl and moved fast. Those were the two points Hihoshi made about each classmate. Miyuki was going to be here too, right? He was a pretty grounded guy.
"Heeeeey everyone. We're all gonna do our best, yeah?" she greeted everyone with a wave and a lazy giggle.

When she realized that she was doing physical exams, zenjia was hyped! Alot of these she could do without her quirk but now that they were allowed, possibilities were endless! She was going to smash the exams and show everyone what she's made of!
She ran to each classmate, giving all of them high fives! She had a chill class, she got along with everyone her. If only everyone could match her energy. Eventually she would gravitate to one of the few who could and, by extension, she was within proximity of yoru and Umi as well
"Yoru, Kitana, Umi! Bet none of y'all are as excited as I am!"
She stated, bringing them into a kind of huddle to pump everyone up
"we're gonna all slay the exam!"
She stated, a big goofy grin on her face

"Heya Yoru! We're going well so far, still working on her social skills with people who aren't me. But we've been doing good" Kitana said cheerfully, her tail wagging unconsciously as she talked about the snake-haired girl. Next to greet was Zenjia, who got a energetic high five right on back
"darn right we're gonna slay! My quirk might've been poorly suited for the entrance exam fighting big robots, but this? I'm gonna be GREAT at this stuff." Kitana said with a grin

Late as always, Daichi dragged his feet to the assessment. He had a sparrow on his head that those who took the exam with him would recognize as the some one who helped him bring messages back and forth to his feathered allies. Every so often he seemed to almost fall asleep standing up when the bird would peck his head hard and get no more then a small whine from him. Already he could hear the conversations all happening at once as kids grouped uo and socialized, the simultaneous talking getting swirled in his head like soft serve icecream. His face was expressionless as always, but those with keen eyes who learned to pay close attention to him would not the slightest of pouts as his head pounded from the chatting of his classmates.
It took him a moment to decided where to go, but finally approached Kitana, Yoru, Umi, and a few others that were conversing. Slinking over with a yawn, he gave everyone a nod in greeting. "Mm." Was all he vocalzied, but his classmates were probably used to him being a man of few words by now. Funny that the one who spoke every language had so little to say, or maybe just no means to say it without stumbling over everything. Either way, talking was exhausting.

Kozue strides through the halls with grand steps and her head held high. She wears her new uniform with pride, and she couldn't care less what other people think!
...Okay that's a big fat lie. Kozue is actually a huge pile of nerves, her tail betraying her inner anxiety with its irritated flicks and swishes. What the heck is she even afraid of? She got past the entrance exam even if it was a headache. This should be a cakewalk in comparison, right? No no, it's not the test itself that is bothering her, it's her fellow classmates. They're unknowns, people whose lives, habits, and wants Kozue is not yet privy to. Back in her previous school she knew basically everybody, and knew the right things to say to the right people to get what she wanted. It was a controlled environment where she could predict everything and thusly feared nothing. Now that power and influence is gone. There's a part of her that is excited for the unexpected, but other parts of her are dreading the worst. If she doesn't assert herself among her peers and stand out she'll be a nobody, or even worse a doormat. She can't afford to screw up now, the social structure of school life is unforgiving.
Take it easy, Kozue. Just... Go over what you know. She had met most of her classmates at the entrance exams and got a general idea of their demeanour, but she was far more concentrated on passing than on networking. She was saving that for when she got in. Kitana and Zenjia are relatively predictable in a positive way, they're not a threat. Umi is also far too kind to be a problem, though Kozue does feel a bit of pressure to prove herself as the superior fish person. Hihoshi, Yoru, and Daichi seem chill enough, though she won't rule out the possibility of them being an issue entirely. The people Kozue plans to keep an eye on are Miyuki, Fang, and Serenity. Serenity is less for a particular reason and moreso because she is a complete blank to Kozue, they hadn't spoken much at all so Kozue can't properly assess them. Miyuki on the other hand... She couldn't really care less about his mutant appearance, what unnerves her are his eyes. That look, it's the look of someone who has put up with a lot and won't back down from a challenge. She'll either need to avoid getting on his bad side, or have backup if she does. Then there's Fang... Kozue can respect a fellow competitive spirit when she sees one, but them being in the same class means they're probably gonna end up butting heads. She can't afford to let him go uncontested; if he climbs to the top he'll be untouchable, and when a person is untouchable... She'll be helpless if he decides to use his influence. Life would be hell for her, she might even be forced to drop out from it! No, that won't do.
Looking up Kozue realizes she has been standing at the door hesitating for who knows how long. Crap, hopefully nobody saw her being a nervous wreck. That would be a huge mark on her reputation! She takes a few deep breaths. Okay, time to make a big impact and assert yourself! Bury all that fear and nerves behind bravado, let's get pumped! Hell yeah!
She ceremoniously slams open the door and a boisterous "What's poppin', 1-B?" announces Kozue's arrival to the class.

this round of posts will consist of the three agility activities. Use your quirks as you see fit to excel in these activities. Or if your quirk isn't suited for the task at hand, just make a realistic description based on how you think your character's athleticism is. The posts should be schemed rather simply to depict what your character does. This round can have up 2 posts from each person. One dedicated activity post, and if you'd like to post your character's reaction to their classmates, you can. Once the agility section is done, we can move on to the other stuff.
You may use 1a's as an example if you'd like. You can score yourself or contact me to give you one.

Clapping his hands to garner some attention, he- "Okay okay okay. Settle down, and leave the energy for the exercises! Let's all work hard and score well. We'll warm your legs up with the long jump first. Then high jump. And lastly the 50m dash" He said, first tapping his pen on the top sheet of paper. Agility.
One by one he'd line students up to each agility exercise and click a remote for the radar robo's ready.

Umi was worried, but determined to push herself to her limits. Her big size and grand weight meant that this first round would be tough... but it didn't mean that she couldn't give it her all! She stepped up nervously, taking a deep breath into her immense lungs.
Long jump!
"Thirty one centimetres!"
Umi planted the sand face-first, rising shamefully and shaking herself off. No giving up, not now! She could still show everyone that she wasn't a quitter, even in the face of adversity!
High jump!
"Ten centimetres!"
Umi screwed up her face. No giving up, not yet! There was one last test, then it was onto what she was actually good at!
50m dash!
"Fourty three seconds!"
Umi crossed the line panting and red faced, but gripped her fists all the same. She had done it! Of course, agility was her weakness... but she had done it all the same! She rejoined the others, red faced and panting, but her eyes dancing with a flame of determination. Nothing would stop her from trying her best!

Serenity had really done it, being non fluent was one thing but misreading the time for a class was inexcusable. "Sabastian would have my head." She scolded herself running as fast as she could to the designated area for the assessments. Her time in 1b could be described as assimilation where she observed and learned all she could about others in her class but only gave the barest of information about herself. When she arrived she noticed the teacher starting a call for agility tests and using her best perceptive reflexes tried to sneak into the back of the line without being noticed.

Right to back of the line. Dr.Brine would hand an itinerary to a radar robo as to not interupt anything. The faithful robo would pull up alongside the girl and hand it to her. "We are doing Agility, first. See?" It would point to Umi who was hard at work. There were other students stretching about and waiting their turn. Popping up a bit late wasn't the end of the world. As long as she gave it her all, Brine was fine with whatever.

A smile graced zenjias lips as it was noted that agility was the first test that they were all to do. She was formulating a plan in her head, she pretty much knew how she was going to do the jumps but the dashes were trickier. She watched as Umi gave it her all. She was impressed by her tenacity, not her strongest strength but she still gave it her all.
Giving the whale a thumbs up and a quick good job as she took her place back in line, Zenjia confidently took a step forward and started drawing circles in the dirt below her.
She could afford to spend a bit more time than she usually took to do combat drawings but it still happened rather quickly. She made the Kangaroo more life sized on the ground before her, with the correct proportions for it's limbs before sharply biting on her lip, causing it to trickle out a little bit of blood, allowing it to land on her creation before her.
With a smile, she climbed onto the Kangaroos back and had a running start for the long jump, easily clearing the field for it
"Cleared!"
The robot called out, and with the same Kangaroo, she attempted to do the high jump next. She knew that her own high jump was good and, if times right she could jump taller than ever!
The kangaroo jumped high as it could, and at its peak height, zenjia attempted to spring off it's shoulders but took a mistep and ended up falling to the ground after only getting a few more centimeters extra in height. Still, it was something to behold
"1102.45!"
Was the final score for her high jump but she still had one more test to take for agility!
She was beaten up and scraped up pretty good but she wasn't going to give up.
Cheetah was the obvious choice but the spots would take to long to draw out. The ostrich, however would only be a few ovals and a few long lines at its most basic. Much easier to draw in a such time constraints.
One of the ugliest looking ostriches would be revealed as the blood brought the drawing to life and after kicking the bird, Zenjia wasted no time in holding onto the creation for her dear life.... Good thing it was only 50 meters, as she was soon sent tumbling
"4.25 seconds!"
The bot exclaimed. Truthfully, zenjia was a bit disappointed.... And in pain. She had only managed to shave off a little under 2 seconds of her dash time unquirked.... She could do much better next time. Still, she was slow to get up requiring some aid from the nurse before being able to take her place back in line....that foam was unlike she has ever felt before. It was surreal, and it would occupy her mind as she her classmates all took their turns in the agility test

Kitana smiled at the list of challenges to start with, agility huh? She'd rock these! Agility was the one thing she was good at! Her ear twitched in irritation at the intrusive negative thought. "Shut UP brain! We've been over this, the villain attack isn't bothering me! I'm fine, I'm doing great, and I have no insecurities to address. So SHUT IT"
Having told her brain off for the thousandth time, Kitana casually strolled up to the long jump box, and then in a blur zipped right over to the other side, clearing it with her quirk without even needing to really "jump"
"There. See. Doing great. No worries. I'm fine" Kitana thought to herself as she moved to the long jump
This one was a bit trickier for her, because in theory she could jump extremely high, but she didn't have a way to land safely, so she'd have to tone down just how far she went so she could walk off the fall... maybe with some help from Brine's healing. Charging up her quirk, she calculated just how high she could go and survive the fall, then zipped up into the air in a blur soaring high above the training grounds.
As she fell Kitana got the bright idea to keep her quirk engaged, keeping her body lighter so the air resistance would affect her more easily, spreading out her arms and legs to maximize the resistance helped too. She couldn't accelerate with her quirk unless she had a surface to push off of, but keeping herself light like this helped a lot. So when she landed and rolled forward, she only KINDA hurt her leg... still ended up needing healing though.
"I know I can go higher than that if I want, like if I were trying to jump to the top of a building or out of a pit. But I can't really fall safely... so that'll do. Maybe I'll get hero gear made that can help me glide or slow my fall so I can really push the height in the field" she mused aloud as she moved to the dash.
The dash was the easiest challenge of all, the moment the start signal fired, Kitana was at the end. Such a short distance was easy with her quirk, covering it in tenths of a second.
The rest of the tests would be more challenging, but at least she could feel good about these and shut up the nagging doubts in her mind for a little bit.
