Serena smiled softly as Yanagi leaned on her "Don't be silly, you're one of us now. You're no lout, and I'll trouble myself with you as I please... annnnd scoop" she said as she swept Yanagi off her feet and began carrying her back towards their ship, only to be met partway by Freya and need to put her down
"I picked my hilt up already, thanks though. More bummed about losing out on the fan though. That weapon would be real useful... wonder if Ayane could recreate it if she got a look at it. Seems like something she could do"
Serena wouldn't leave Yanagi's side though, if questioned she'd justify it simply "I'm going to need her help finding a high quality sword to take from these marines... they've gotta have at least one grade or high grade blade around that can withstand my power... I hope"
-----------
"Sorry Freya, do our crew first, then you can just do the females on the marine crew if that's a bit easier. Don't push yourself though, they've got their own medics so you don't need to do any more than you're ok with" Onaka said sheepishly, then listened to the captain's answers
"Well if it's a Wano weapon we might be able to recreate it if our inventor takes a look at it... she should probably have caught your invisible person by now... assuming they didn't get themselves hurt because they messed with one of her inventions and it broke on them." Onaka said, then chuckled at his comment about Serena "oh yeah, kinda surprised she didn't. Must've been personally invested in taking you down before she went to town on the ship. Lucky you that you were tough enough to hold her off. I've seen her sink whole ships on her own before when properly pissed off.
When asked about the cannonballs Onaka shook her head "Unfortunately we can't, they're very hard to make, and you lack the storage facility to safely store them. The last thing you want is one of them going off INSIDE your ship. We keep them in a special vault to make absolutely sure they don't break open till we use them. You think it's bad dealing with one on your deck, try getting that stench out from indoors. Trust me, you're better off without that risk. You can talk to our inventor, if you can convince her to give you the instructions for making one, you're welcome to it... she doesn't give up her secrets easy though."
Onaka knew full well Ayane wouldn't give up the schematics without being given something equally valuable in return, and she rather doubted these marines had that for her. But hey, probably best the marines as a whole didn't get that invention anyway.
-------------
Down below, Ayane picked up the tiny person and looked at him curiously, though she kept a firm grip on them so they couldn't get away "What the heck are you? I've never seen someone so small. But you were still strong enough to lift my briefcase and nimble enough to give me the runaround on my own ship. That's actually kind of impressive" she said her annoyance at the little guy being buried under her insatiable curiosity "are you from a species I haven't seen beore? Or is it an effect of your devil fruit that made you small?[/font]

"No no, no need to- ahp!" Yanagi managed to get out mere seconds before Serena went and picked her up. The pain she experienced was completely overshadowed by the sight of Serena. The pain was there but she didn't care. She was captivated and at a loss for words. She hadn't been picked up like this before. Her mouth was slightly agape and eyes fixated on her own savior. Once again, Serena came to her rescue.
This was short-lived as Freya came along and Yanagi had to be let down so she could have her wound treated. She uttered what could only be a plaintive wince equivalent to a puppy. Then was met with a hit to the head that almost sounded like a yelp.
She chuckled lightly afterward at Freya's tough love and bravely endured the pain brought about by her treatment. And quickly nodded her head when Serena brought up finding a sword...for her? "Ah y-yes! Of course! I'd be more than happy to help!" Her heart pounded and blinked. She wants her with her? Her sword sheath began to move back and forth almost like a wagging tail but it was Yanagi herself with her mostly uninjured hand on it,moving it unconsciously.

Freya groaned in irritation, smacking Yanagi on her weapon hand in a do not fashion. "No wiggling idiot." she stated before looking at Serena and hearing her out. The amazonian simply shrugged and left it be. Such interactions could only improve Serena's mentality over time if things went well.
As for the captain he squinted his eyes closed in defeat. "Figured as much. That crap was what actually woke my old ass up from a nap. Amazing I can sleep through cannon fire but not whatever that was." It wasn't until he heard about the other girl being from wano that he looked at the Minx worryingly. "Two people from Wano? Please tell me she's not a swordswoman too....". He looked like he was gonna have a headache. Shaking his head, he simply held up his hand, "actually, it's better off if I don't know anything else. Less paperwork for me. I said I wouldn't report your crew and update them, but you gotta understand I can't ignore everything. Minx and fishmen are one thing. Multiple Wano people are a major threat.... Or do you not know why?"
As for Ayane and her newest captive who was soaked, she'd notice that it was a little guy. He seemed uncooperative as he simply puffed up his cheeks, before suddenly spouting, "You'll never make me talk pirate scum! I know what sort of devious tricks you pull! Captain Kramp saved me and I won't spill any of those beans he keeps talking about!". Suddenly the little guy grew pale, "Wait! There's no beans, none at all, none that Kramp told me about no sir! Nostra told me he knew were those beans were but I didn't wanna betray the boss-!".
Suddenly it became clear that this guy was stupidly talkative as he continued to blurt random things figures of speeches and even analogies as though he believed such things existed. Each time he tried to lie he just seemed to grow pale as he quickly attempted to lie again to cover the last thing he spoke about.
Eventually, he was out of breath before saying, "You.... you pirates are dastardly tricksters! Unhand me!"

Serena noticed the "tail wagging" of Yanagi's sword sheath and had to suppress the urge to giggle at it. "cute" she thought to herself, but she said nothing
Once Yanagi was patched up Serena would scoop her up again "Alright, we're heading to their armory and taking our half of their weapons. I'll leave the other supplies to you quartermaster" she said, then carried Yanagi off to the armory to look for a sword for herself... and also figure out what other weapons to take she supposed.
"so... the guy who tortured you and his subordinates are about to get sent to prison forever, and I think their ringleader got slammed into our mast so hard it left an imprint" Serena said, trying to make conversation as they walked "guess it must be nice knowing some justice is served and all"
-----------
"She's nothing like that what's his name. Wasn't even exiled during the great exile. She's a civilian, a shipwright and a tinkerer. Doesn't even wield a sword" Onaka said "as far as your lot is concerned she may as well not be from Wano. I wouldn't call her harmless, she's part of a pirate crew after all, but as far as your paperwork goes she's no more dangerous than the rest of us"
Well that was a lie, Ayane was the scariest one among them, just not for the reasons the world government was worried about.
"Honestly though, all those stories they tell about what's his face, they can't be true right? A man leveling mountains with a sword swing? Gotta be fake. I mean look at Serena, fully charged up she's strong enough to cut through navy ships with her blade but she wouldn't even be able to leave a noticeable dent in a mountain. No way is some dude without special powers thousands of times stronger than that right? Onaka said "I'm sure all those exiled ronin are strong, and I get why the government is wary of people from the country, but don't you think those rumors have gotten a little out of hand?"
---------------
Ayane looked at the talkative little guy curiously "I'm not trying to trick you or get you to turn on your captain. I'm a scientist and inventor. When I see new things I can't help but be curious" she said as she tilted her head a bit "I've never seen someone like you before, so I wanna know more about you. It doesn't sound like they're fighting up top now anymore anyway so we probably have a truce or something... a bit too soon for the fight to have ended by one side getting wiped out...
Ayane would take a seat and held the guy up to eye level so they could talk face to face "Anyway yeah I'm a pirate, but I'm not a bad pirate, our crew doesn't hurt innocent people or anything. We're just all people the government doesn't like for silly reasons. You don't have to be afraid of me." she said

Yanagi looked at the stitches that were applied to her, the pain still lingering but slowly subsiding. She wouldn't know what to do if she got cut on the back. She heard somewhere scars on the back were a swordsman's shame so she became especially wary of getting one there. Didn't help all she wore on her upper body was the sarashi for this fight. "I'll be more careful next time." assured Yanagi to Freya. But of course, Yanagi knew deep down she was gonna be getting more wounds like this in the future based on her profession.
She yelped as Serena picked her up again. She was getting used to this now. Even being told about what happened to the one who actually did the damage to her didn't make a difference to her mood. Though she did manage to nod. "That is...good to know." Imprisonment. Just like she was. As much as she wanted to slice through said person with her weapon and make them experience her anguish, having them serve a similar sentence as she did was karma being done right. "Honestly. it's better this way."
Now it was her turn to make conversation. It was her turn. It was. Make conversation. Her turn. She had nothing coming to mind as she was beside herself. All that came out was a light yip that she herself caught, went wide-eyed and grumbled as she looked away. Swords. "Ahhhh! Yes! I can help find a great sword! My grandfather made them! I know quality! Oh! I am slightly underdressed and did all of that battle without proper upper body attire! Help me find a nice kimono in exchange!" she suggested.

"I'll leave the rest to you quarter master, I'm just a dummy who can't help but break her sword, nah nah nah nah nah....." Freya muttered in a nagging tone, before sighing, and weighing whether it was better to deal with men or stocks. Well, there were women in the marines so she could at least help them, and so that's what she did, giving Serena the bird more out of playful "fuck you" than pure spite. Serena would quickly be able to find the Armory while holding Yanagi like a princess though the place. The ship was akin to any other navy ship, with the same general layout for the sleeping quarters, mess hall, holding cells, and most importantly was their objective, the armory and barracks. Sure enough, they were layered with weapons. Kegs of swords, spears, a few nets hanging from places, several manacles, shields, pistols, rifles, cannonballs, and even axes, glaives, and hammers. Serena wouldn't be able to tell the difference in quality. She had found out from a smith at one of their frequent stops that her previous blade was of high grade and very difficult to break. She had no such talent for spotting such things in weapons.
Yanagi on the other hand could notice that most of these weapons were of mass produced quality. Enough to handle basic combat without failing, but for someone who not only shattered her sword, as well as cut through a chain with sheer strength; Yanagi knew these weapons would break if they were struck by her own. Still, she'd also notice that there was a box of things; specifically stuff she had lost when she was captured, which surprisingly included one of her spare kimonos. Outside of that, the marines had their usual uniforms of bland white, blue, and yellow. Nothing overly surprising.
The Captain shook his head. "I haven't seen it myself.... but I did see the aftermath of the Devil's Graveyard Raid.... Uchisaiga was a member in that raid, and a part of Jol E D'Vil's crew at the time. I can't state too much about the Graveyard itself.... but I can say this. I fully believed the dangers of swordsmen like him. He cut a chasm into the walls of the graveyard.... Walls made entirely of sea prism stone." He appeared shook for an old man, shuttering visibly as he recalled such a distant memory. "To be honest, considering I travel with my taskforce in between the grand line and the calm belt, you see things you can't even begin to explain. Storms that appear from nowhere, followed immediately by blizzards; not a few hours, but sometimes immediately after the storm. I've seen people strong enough to rival an army; and armies laid to waste by people who seem absolutely normal. There's supposedly even those who are capable of killing someone with a simple look." The man seemed harrowed at this point, unsure what else to say.
"Nothing makes sense in the Grand Line. We only patrol Wano's currents from outside, never getting too close to be sucked into it's waves. It's where we find 90% of people..... and I've seen swordsmen who have nearly cleaved my boat in half. This one is a replacement, and we were relying on our Devil Fruit user to sneak through the Belt, as Sea Kings make it impossible to travel normally. Of course, with Nostra having done his crimes using our gullible dwarf, Issak was getting too exhausted and couldn't maintain his ability...... Actually, to be honest, I'd be more concerned for your friend. Dwarves are stronger than humans, and blindingly fast..... Considering I haven't heard that much commotion from below, I'm a bit worried." He prepared to stand up, before looking at Onaka in question if she would come as he offered her a hand up.
"You LIE! All Pirates do is break the law! That's what a pirate does! Breaking the law is bad!" He said, squirming like a little motor in Ayane's hand, his feet kicking enough to where they were basically a blur. After a moment, he stopped, before huffing and puffing. "Ugh.... Damnit.... I'm not afraid of you.." He said, panting exhaustedly. After a moment, he was looking really under the weather. It was at this point that Ayane would notice the shadows under his eyes, and how he seemed about as exhausted as Yanagi was when she showed up.... well, maybe not starving and dehydrating exhausted, but it was clear he was being overworked. "Haaaaaaa! LET ME GO!" He said again, not giving up before he listened to what she was saying again. When she mentioned how they were wanted for silly reasons, he decided to ask, "What silly reason is that?" He at least was seeming to be willing to listen at the least.
Collecting her items, Yanagi would be able to notice that it wasn't her own items that were in this box either. Within it was a number of things that were from her home country. Fans, instruments, lavish sashes, and more importantly she noticed that there was a familiar sheath. The sheath itself was lacquer brown red in coloration, and it had a silver emblem branded into the side. The emblem was that of a kabuto beetle. She knew that weapons rarely ever got decorated sheaths, yet where was the blade?

Serena looked down at Yanagi as she mentioned being underdressed... and couldn't help but blush, thankfully they were in the armory now and she could put the woman down and get her distance to try and regain some composure. "Aha... yes... kimonos... not likely we'll find anything like that in here unless there were some they took from you though... marines don't dress in.... oh here they are.
Serena practically tripped over the box of Yanagi's belongings in her distraction caused by the state of undress. She quickly rummaged around in it and tossed a kimono at Yanagi with less decorum than was probably prudent, then returned to intently not looking at her
"I shoulda figured there'd be a lot of swords in here... but none of them stand out to me as high quality... I don't exactly have an eye for it, but none of these look as nice as my previous blade" Serena sighed as she began pulling out weapons they would take based on what would best serve their crew "don't suppose you can see anything of High Grade in here? That's the lowest quality blade that can withstand my powers without shattering... not that the last one held up very well... probably need to go another tier up at some point. I'm really hoping to find something nice on this ship... maybe in the captain's quarters if we can't find it here..."
-----------------
Onaka shuddered at the things the captain was saying, if half what he was was true... no wonder they had needed to prepare as much as they did. She had honestly believed most of that stuff to be hyperbole, but coming from this old man she could believe it a bit more. No wonder the WG was so wary of Wano people if that was the legacy they were carrying around. Still, her resolve to keep Ayane and Yanagi safe wouldn't waver.
"I wouldn't worry too much about Ayane, she designed this boat from the ground up. and she might not be a samurai but she's no weakling. She's probably fine... I guess we should go check on them though" Onaka said as she accepted the hand up, then walked over and picked up the spear Nostra had hit their mast with before, resting it on her shoulder as she walked past his unconscious form, stuck her tongue out at him mockingly, then went to go with the captain to find Ayane
----------
"Well we're all a bit different, but some of us are minks, who the government treats like animals and enslaves. Some of us are fishmen, who aren't legally enslavable anymore but still treated poorly in many places just for not being human. The government hates me just because of where I was born... everyone here is like that in some way. We just want to be ourselves and be free, but the world government won't let us... so we became pirates. This ship is kinda our home, like islands are for normal people. Yeah we're breaking the law, but we're not trying to hurt anyone. We're just... different." Ayane explained, she kinda felt like she was talking to a child for some reason, with the size and poor lying and attitude of the little guy in her hands

When Yanagi noticed the blush, her own heart thumped loudly and a shimmer of hope entered her eyes. Was she opening up? Did she like her back? She was let down and the daydream was over. She chuckled a little and caught the kimono thrown at her with grace. Her sarashi was the only form of cloth around her upper body at this time and it did a good job at both holding them in place as they tended to get in the way during combat and it was also good at hiding their actual breadth. She would exacerbate the situation but to take things slowly was the option she wanted and was honorbound to follow.
She slipped on her kimono from home and was relieved to have it on again. She had missed it. She knelt down to look through the objects and even found a small gourd of sake. She beamed, hoping not all of it was gone or had been drunken dry from her captors. There was the four wooden carvings she had made. And things that weren't hers. She looked up briefly at the weapons and shook her head.
"No. None of these are of high quality. They are made of cheap metal and quickly forged to be mass produced. They will easily break with enough force." she looked to Serena with a frown, "it was a shame a blade had to be broken. It was of fine make and heartbreaking to know it is no longer usable." She sighed. Ah well. Her eyes drew upon the sheathe and went wide-eyed, thinking her eyes were deceiving her. She gasped sharply. And jerked herself upright with the sheathe in hand. She presented it to Serena.
"This...right here...housed a blade of high quality! Rivaling, maybe even a higher grade than my own." though it would be hard to find a higher grade blade than her own so it had to be equal! SHe gestured to the marking on the sheath and excitedly began to explain "...no blade of ordinary quality would belong to such a finely crafted sheath as this! A symbol of a beetle...and the coloration quality is unbelievably magnificent!"
She looked upfrom the sheath and into Serena's eyes with the utmost seriousness, shoved the sheath into Serena's grasp and declared unblinkingly. "Wedding dowry. Hold onto it and one day we might find the blade this belongs to!"

Yanagi would find that her Sake Gourd had been left completely untouched. In fact, it had seemed as though only the blade from this unknown sword had been missing. It was a strange occurrence. Yanagi had to snatch her own weapon back from a marine who had been knocked out during the sea king attack, and that was all she had been able to save before being forced to escape via lifeboat.
Still, as Serena scanned through the barrels, she did notice a few things of interest. While a majority of the blades and weapons were indeed of common quality, a few stood out for strange designs on their hilts. Some where fully guarded with gold and engravings. Those would fetch a pretty price. Still, she could at least tell from the chips in the blade as she pulled them out they were more fancy than strong. Still, as she scanned the hammers and glaives, she did spot something odd. There were a pair of weapons, one hammer and one glaive. They both didn't look anything like the rest, but the fact that neither showed normal wear and tear like the others they surrounded; as well as a strange beetle with a Y like horn was emblazoned on the weapons at the bottom and the glaive's guard. When Yanagi showed off the sheath she found in the box, that had her contents, she'd find that the same silver emblem was found on the sheath as well. Though even if she double checked the swords, she'd find there was no such thing brand or similar markings on the blades.
The captain would nod, before noticing Onaka head over to the spear that had been embedded into the railing. Seeing it, the Captain frowned even more, before glaring at Nostra, "Feel free to kick him again. He wasn't suppose to take that spear. It's something that we confiscated and intended to give over to the world government. It was from a band of pirates who we couldn't take in, and were forced to kill. None of my men are suppose to take trophies like that." He stated, before giving the man a kick of his own, as Nostra unconsciously groaned in pain. With that, he stood by the door, obviously looking at it with a bit of a squint. "It's gonna be cramped in there.... great." He stated, letting Onaka lead the way. Isabella stayed behind with Moxie and Freya as they did their best to either grab materials, or help the wounded. Despite the fact they had been fighting only minutes before, the fact the marines were meek now meant they had recently lost their fighting spirit. Perhaps the Nostra Faction had been putting a lot of pressure on the rest. Maybe not. Still, she smiled as she knew Onaka was gonna be fine. Though she did think about Yanagi and Serena's spar. She'd need to assess the new girl when they got on land. That was for another time, as she watched the grunts quickly getting to work as they began to immediately start grabbing almost anything that wasn't nailed down or a part of the ship. "Oi! Remember to leave food, navigation, and rope. If they got water, then feel free to take their grog." a joint aye aye followed, as the rest quickly did as the elder Minx said.
The little man stared and blinked, before asking, "But I saw your friends hurting mine. So you have to be lying.... but..." The little guy at least wasn't an idiot. He was seriously thinking about it when Onaka would find them with ease, stepping into the hall that still had the Sea Catcher Harpoon dug into the hull, though it was mostly sealed shut and only dripped water in a thin stream down the wall. Then Ayane would see a very large man, the captain with the big fan from before barely fitting in the cramped hallway. "Captain Kramp!" He said, attempting to wiggle out of Ayane's grasp. The old man squinted, "Alright Girly, let my Dwarf friend go. Get over here Tyco." He ordered. Then he noticed the harpoon stuck in the hull, and groaned. "Well, I guess we aren't getting that back either, huh?" He asked, rubbing his head as though a headache was forming. "Man.... Well, I can at least say without a doubt your ship's as monsterous as a sea king little miss."

Onaka would nod, grin maliciously, and kick Nostra right in the crotch before following Kramp belowdeck to find Ayane
----------- Serena had already been struggling to not get flustered by Yanagi's state of undress... but her putting on the kimono didn't seem to help her at all. That elegant attire just made her hard to look at in other regards... and then Yanagi shoved a fancy sheath in her hands.
"Wedding dowry. Hold onto it and one day we might find the blade this belongs to!"
Serena's face went pink, and steam began rising from her head as she meekly nodded "R-right, ok, sounds good, I'll just... be over here for a minute..." she said wandering over to continue searching for a quality blade and think about anything... ANYTHING... other than the current interactions before she was completely overwhelmed. This woman was going to be the death of her... but she couldn't exactly say she was hating it.
Finding the hammer and glaive, Serena quickly noticed the similar markings
"Huh, same marking, so all these came from the same person, or same crew then? Come to think of it they had a Wano person using ninpo against you, maybe they know something. Or the captain. If we're lucky the sword might be on board. And these weapons are probably quality too, we can use them for sure. Man I'd love to see what Freya could do to an enemy wielding this hammer... probably overkill. Maybe I'll use it myself... and Onaka, Moxie, and Ayane are all proficient in polearms...someone will get use out of it I'm sure." Serena mused, investing herself wholeheartedly into the speculation to distract from the heat in her face and the source of said heat
"Anyhow, let's check the captain's quarters and officer rooms next, we could always ask them directly but they're busy so we can just explore for now." Serena said as she finished sorting out the weapons they were taking, obviously taking the valuable fancy ones for them to sell. She'd carry the high quality hammer and glaive with her, as well as put the sheath on her belt. At the very least she was glad this whole fiasco was becoming profitable
------------------
"Your friends attacked us first remember? We were minding out own business when you started shooting at us" Ayane said, a comically large sweatdrop appearing on her head... but the moment was interrupted by the arrival of Kramp
Seeing Onaka was there too and the sounds of fighting were done, Ayane put two and two together and nodded, letting the dwarf go, and she even did him a favor by manifesting a tiny little marine uniform for him to change into that was dry "there, it'll vanish if you get too much seawater on it, but it can actually take more sea water than you can apparently."
At Kramp's comment Ayane would rub the back of her head and blush a bit "Aw thanks, I've put a lot of work into it. Your ship looks nice though, I'm definitely gonna wanna take a look a the design and see what I can learn, technology back home was behind the rest of the world so I like studying what the world has learned that I didn't get a chance too, sometimes I find gaps in my knowledge. Since we seem to be all buddy buddy now I'm sure it's fine. So on that note... immagodothatbye"
"Ayane wai... annnnd she's gone" Onaka sighed as Ayane darted off "well at least neither of our people got hurt, someone this guy's size could've gotten pretty badly hurt down here. Ayane's inventions are brilliant, but not designed with safety in mind. The iterations that make it into the ship are safety-tested for human sized people but I shudder to think about what kind of oversights there'd be for a Dwarf to get caught in. You should... probably carry him out of here instead of letting him walk around on his own."

The female from Wano simply grinned a genuine smile at Serena's reaction. She took her own gourd, a few of the sashes, her own trinkets made from wood, and a singular fan. Just having them on her person gave her a sense of ease. Home was so far away and here in her hands was a piece of it. Memories of home flooded back for a short moment. The colors of the numerous trees. The smell of takoyaki on the open grill. The sounds of the river with the shrimp below the surface. The heat of the summer winds. The taste of the sake that graced her lips. All distant. Her eyes opened to her following Serena to the captain's quarters while shouldering the burden of the spoils they were claiming.
If they found the blade that belonged to the hilt, it would certainly make this little excursion worthwhile. And if not, at least she's getting to spend time and understand the one she's practically devoted herself to.

Yanagi and Serena would gather the loot, before heading to where the captain's quarters was.... except as they came back out they realized where the captain's quarters was, and more importantly that it was utterly demolished, a streak where one of the cannonballs had blasted through it. Thankfully, most of the damage was only to the roof, so while it was indeed a mess in the hallway, it was clear that the captain shared the upper deck with others, their names being found on the doors. The Captains was the furthest back, and it was clear it had likely taken the most damage. Meanwhile the other two doors to the left and right were obviously for the other two, likely even the ninja that Yanagi had fought. Lieutenant Nostra Ultima Behind Lieutenant Nostra Ultima's room, was something that would make either of the two realize that this man was one who lived a lavish and expensive lifestyle. In fact, it wasn't hard to say that this guy was likely even stupidly spoiled as well; as various furniture from his desk, bed, dresser, chair, and even a bookshelf were covered in gold trim inlays decorated and extravagant. A Jackpot in terms of valuable items. There was also a few other things of note. A chest that was seemingly locked at the foot of the bed, a wall of swords and weapons, and of course the weapon that they could see that had a silver beetle emblem on it. The weapon was definitely high grade, on par with Yanagi's and it's guard was even unique as it seemed to take on a more slanted appearance than the perpendicular guards that usual wano swords had. It was almost Y shaped like a horn, and the wood handle was covered in red brown wrapping, making the grip honestly beautiful.
Then there was a thing that showed exactly how vain this person was, as they had a massive mirror and various motivational words, such as "You are the Best!" "Every Girl Wants you!" "Your enemies tremble in your presence!" It seemed as though this guy needed these things, and before the pair turned to leave they'd see the final tribute to vanity, a painting made right beside where the door opened inwards, just outside of their view when they went to leave. He appeared to be standing over a hoard of treasures, and was seeming "heroic" in his appearance. Yanagi would realize instantly who this person was, as he had the same coat and smirk as the one she clearly remembered in her starved haze. Lieutenant Hiro Mushigu Entering this place was like stepping into a new world for Serena, while for Yanagi it was as though she had stepped back into the past to her own house. The walls while definitely made of wood, were painted in visages of the mountains of wano, the castles of her home; and even the cherry blossoms that littered it's landscape once long ago. This obviously belonged to the Ninja, and it showed that he very much missed his home. Still, the room was made with a roll out tatami mat, not unlike her own home's but obviously this was in the form akin to a rug. There was a bonsai sitting atop a standard marine side table; along with a scent of cedar burning lightly as incense were likely lit when he was in the room. There were various weapons along the side wall, from shuriken stars, kama, short blades, and even a few extra sets of clothing for various environments, all the same as his marine uniform with the exception of the main color. The bed was more a flat mattress that had a few folded sheets atop it, and a small mat with a shrine of some kind stood there. Within it was a sculpture not unlike Yanagi's, though made with greater detail. It'd be worth a pretty price either way as art; as would the weapons, but otherwise the rest were items made to remind the owner of their long forgotten home.
Captain Kramp Argent Opening the door at the end of the hall, Yanagi and Serena would find the room that had clearly taken the most damages; and worse, there was a massive gaping hole in the middle of the room showing nothing but open sea.... worse off, while it was there, a bed was directly under it too. They had been extremely close to killing off the Captain without even realizing it. While there was a mess of splinters and broken wood in the room that had blue carpeted floors, it was clear that this room was more akin to an office; with a desk to the left with paper on it; though most of the paper had been blown off and scattered on the floor as per the cannon ball flying through. There was a dresser, a small table beside the bed, bookshelf, chest, and coat rack which had toppled over. Behind the door as it was opened was also a larger table where the captain like rested in a comfy cushioned chair, and with silverware and a few bottles of whiskey, rum, and liquor. Some of those bottles were tipped over, and one had it's crystal stopper on the floor, it's contents having mostly been wasted on the carpet, and likely creating not only a permanent stain, but a smell that would never leave that spot. Outside of that, there was a series of maps on the wall, a globe, and some rolled up papers on the bookshelf that could easily be maps of some kind along with various books. Then there was also what was beside the bed. A single picture frame face down. So far, the only lavish thing in this room was the silverware, chair, and maybe the bottles and maps if Serena hadn't seen them before.
Kramp paused as he attempted to ask the girl more, but she disappeared out of sight as he realized that this ship was likely almost maze like with Onaka's explaination. "Sir! That girl told me that not all pirates are bad just because they break the law! Is that true!" The Dwarf asked, before Kramp looked at the man with concern. "Well.... Yes, but sometimes no..... It's just that being a pirate is against the law. Not all of them are bad honestly, but we still have a duty to uphold." The dwarf seemed a bit devestated as he realized that maybe the girl hadn't been lying about being good. "Are these pirates good sir?" He said, looking at Onaka. "They're..... okay." Kramp admitted, before looking at the dwarf. "Which is why I want you to stay on this ship." He said, catching both of them off guard. "SAY WHAT!?!?!" The little dwarf exclaimed as his eye balls bulged out. Looking at Onaka, he continued, "I want Tyco to accompany your group. You can drop him off at whatever island so long as you tell me where you decide to do so. I plan to pick him up there after I deal with Nostra...." Tyco suddenly looked a bit anxious. "N-Nostra didn't find your beans, did he?" the dwarf asked, before Kramp looked at the little guy in confusion. "No... but I do know that the only was I couldn't have noticed Nostra and those others heading down to harass the prisoner was because they tricked you somehow, and I'm not letting it happen again." He said, as Tyco suddenly realized he had been tricked, as his eye bulged out again, and he spoke up once more "SAY WHAT, NOTRA TRICKED ME!?!?!?" A quick flick to Tyco's forehead and Kramp shouted, "OF COURSE YOU GULLIBLE MORON!" Before huffing and looking at the captain of the Sea Quill. "Let's get out of here first. I feel like I'm a can of tuna in here." Before attempting to turn, and getting stuck on several things like pipe bolts, or bumping into a doorway.

Examining the captain's quarters first, Serena didn't see much she actually wanted to take now that she knew Kramp was a decent person. She could've taken the fancy silverware set, but she had good enough silverware for the crew to use and it was clear it was one of the man's few personal possessions. She could leave it be, seeing the photo by the bedside table she would actually do him a kindness and move it to a safer part of the room so that it wouldn't get ruined by rain or debris from the room's new window. If it was a photo he kept by his bedside, it was important, and she had no desire to see something with emotional significance ruined.
Serena would take some time to look at the maps, and would tuck a few she was unfamiliar with in the crate of stuff they were carrying on hand. Other than that, she'd leave this room be.
Next was the Ninja's room, and Serena instantly decided that all decisions on what to take and leave weren't hers to make on this room. She took time to appreciate everything she saw though, getting a taste of the culture and imagery of the home of her friend Ayane and her new... suitor? Felt weird to think of Yanagi like that still
"I'll let you decide what gets taken or not from here. This is all stuff that'll be good to remind you of home, but clearly this guy is from your home too, so it's up to you how much you wanna leave him to remind him of home too" Serena would say, she was a bit curious as to how greedy or kind Yanagi would be here, it'd be a nice little glimpse into who this flirtatious woman really was, but Serena wouldn't say anything more to indicate that.
Last was Nostra's room, Serena had a hunch from everything she'd gathered what this room was going to be like, and she was not disappointed.
"Well well well, looks like they had a nobleman on board... not surprised considering your treatment" Serena said with disdain as she examined Nostra's room, regular nobles weren't Celestial Dragons... but that same spoiled rotten mindset was pervasive with them in many places. The ones that decorated their rooms this lavishly were usually the ones who deserved her revulsion.
Seeing the sword she was hunting for though, Serena smiled and took it off the wall "Well hello there, you're quite the specimen aren't you? I don't have to be a sword expert to know this one is a quality blade. I wonder if this one has a name written down somewhere. Either way, you're coming with me buddy, I got your sheath right here." she said, then sheathed the blade and put the sheath on her waist and looked around, seeing the locked chest she'd rummage in her bag for a lockpick and fiddle with the lock. She was a pirate and a former street urchin, so locks were more a delay for her than an actual barrier
"We're taking everything in this room that's not nailed down, the crew will help with transporting it. The posters and stuff will be burned, I just wanna take everything from this guy specifically" Serena said "Not that he'll be using any of it in prison. But its the principle of the thing really... also anything he owns is bound to sell for a lot so there's that."
----------
Ayane would giggle as she made her way to the marine engine room, bursting in and getting right to work examining the machinery and technology involved. If the marines were lucky she'd learn all she needed to know without having to disassemble anything... or at the very least she'd remember to reassemble it afterwards and didn't make any "alterations" to it.
----------
"Ehhhhh!?" Onaka said, just as caught off guard as Tyco, but as Kramp explained his reasoning she nodded
"I'll be happy to have him aboard then, just let Serena know about any dietary restrictions or anything, and Freya about medical stuff for dwarves. We've a pretty racially diverse crew but we've never had a dwarf aboard" Onaka said "as for dropping him off... not sure offhand where will be best for that especially if he might be there a while. I dunno how long handling Nostra will take, if he's a noble like you say it's probably gonna be a headache getting charges to stick. You might be tied up for a while... and if your little friend here is super gullible most of the islands I know are... not great places to leave him unattended for long stretches of time... BUT when I find a good place for him I'll contact you via transponder snail. Or rather I'll have him contact you so there's no record of you communicating with a pirate or anything. That should work yes?"

Yanagi followed Serena through the captain's quarters and felt bad for this amount of mess. Just looking at all the debris and the giant hole made her feel bad for the damaged wood. She managed to take a few chunks of splintered wood. "Not going to let these go to waste." she murmured. She put those in the sack she collected and looked to Serena with a big smile as if to let her know that this was all she wanted from this room.
When she entered the Lieutenant's room, her smile faded and turned to a pained one. She dropped her sack to the floor and looked upon the things she missed. She stood there looking at every piece of culture she was once surrounded by. Ah, the cherry blossoms. The tatami design. It brought tears to her eyes as they exuded a longing gentleness. Her heart ached all the same. She breathed shakily and looked toward the shrine. She drew toward it, seemingly reaching for the sculpture within but then she got on both knees, clasped both hands towards one another. She uttered a small prayer before rising up.
She couldn't take anything from this room. Her heart would not allow it. This one lost his home, same as her. To take anything away, even the most insignificant thing felt wrong. Everyone exiled from Wano had already lost so much. Yanagi already had all the things she left with plus a few extra things already. She leaned down and picked up her sack, wiping away the tears that were coming from her eyes. "Leave this one be. If it's alright, don't take anything from this room." She sucked up the rest of the sadness, swallowed, and sighed. She then looked to Serena with a bright grin. "Next room, then?"
The gaudy room hurt her eyes and it reeked of poor taste. Serena didn't even need to mention it to know this room belonged to the one that treated her badly. She would have no reservations of stripping this place bare from existence. Hospitality paid in full, perhaps? She told herself this as she turned to see the blade Serena held. Her hands clasped her cheeks. "There it is! Ahaha! How beautiful! It's a sign!" She nodded to herself with hands on her hips. "We've already found it! Together! Shame it has to be in such a room. It looks so much better on your waist!" she admired the blade more than Serena currently but those gears shifted as she looked to Serena with a thumbs up. She looked away with her hand behind her head, obviously a bit flustered. This was very fortunate! It was as if there were some merit to her declaration earlier today. But was quickly reminded that it was a slow process. Patience.

"Tyco can eat almost anything, though he prefers fruits and veggies." Kramp stated, as he waddled out, before getting stuck on the doorway out, and Tyco hopped down. "But Captain! Why? I know I did bad now, but I won't get tricked again!" the dwarf said, before Kramp smiled and said, "Okay then. If you say so, go ahead and eat some of the candy I left over behind your back." Tyco blinked, before turning around. Kramp immediately got pissed, before flicking Tyco on the top of the head again, "IDIOT! THAT'S WHY!!" Tyco now had a bump on his head as he was seeing stars. Kramp grimaced, before huffing and speaking with Onaka without turning away from the idiot. "That's also why I'd want him to join ya'll.... He's gullible, but not stupid. If he thinks someone is telling the truth because they haven't lied before then he'll blindly follow them. The fact he though I left behind some candy is proof." Tyco groaned as he laid down from the lesson.
"That said.... Does your group plan to head to the Grand Line?" Kramp asked, as he looked at the Minx. There was a sense of concern to him. "Actually.... It's better if you don't tell me... I'd hate to be force to fight knowing ya'll will be there.... If you leave Tyco anywhere, leave him at Loguetown. They have a marine base, and they'll likely see his uniform. I'll leave a note that one of my members could have been picked up after going overboard or washed ashore somewhere after the Sea King Attack. It'll also write suspicions off if you're smart and put down your flag when you port at a marine controlled town." Kramp finished, before he noticed that the Quillion Grunts were busy hauling golden embedded furniture from the cabin room. "Ha! Even if he does slip out from charges at Impel down, he's not gonna be happy to learn we lost and that he lost his favorite furniture." Kramp smiled in glee. He also noticed a distinct lack in stuff taken from his room and his second mate's room. Looking at Onaka, he rubbed his chin. "I do suppose ya'll aren't that bad if you're only takeing what you said you would.... Thanks." He smiled once more, this time softer as he figured that he could use a new window in his room anyways.... if the ship wasn't scuttled the moment they finally docked for repairs.
Ayane would find the boiler and engine room without much problem, but she'd also find that the set up wasn't exactly impressive. Her own engine was actually more powerful in terms of speed once it heated up and built pressure; but this was a slow burner; which meant that the engine itself couldn't be overclocked. What she did notice was that it's steam tank was definitely stronger, as well as the axle and gearbox assembly. It was clear from her insight with mechanical things why this existed as it did. It didn't apply a lot of speed, but it did apply a steady amount of power that could even be used to haul ships as well. It couldn't be used to fight against currents, but if there were no currents this thing could actually chug along with an over abundance of cargo if need be. Outside of that.... there was definitely some poor marine's toolbag that had been left in the engine room; as well as a stock of engine parts for when things broke down, including a spare gearbox assembly for her to take and use if need be. It'd definitely add torque to her engines or turbines if she applied it correctly.
Yanagi and Serena would quickly see the Grunts scouring the ship, before they hopped into the first room and did as Serena ordered; quickly making work of everything in the room. Though long arm was definitely not happy he was tasked with burning the painting, posters, and what he quickly found were some really bad and honestly twisted novels that he had to hold back from puking. "Yeah, you don't want to read this." He stated, before quickly carrying the stacks and items out. It'd take Serena a few minutes, but sure enough the lock opened for her as surely as it would open for any locksmith of her caliber. Within it was a store of treasures. Gold, Berries, and even a few rare silks. What's more it had several items from wano; all of which were definitely expensive looking. It seemed as though he hadn't just picked out a fancy sword to keep, but several other items. But one item did stand out for Serena. It was a strange looking bauble made of spherical glass. It almost looked like a compass of sorts, but it had a wrist band under it, and it's needle was rotating without aim in between a thin piece of metal which acted as the axle of the needle. What's more instead of having any markings like a compass it was just plain and clear. No way to indicate direction. Yanagi would not know what this thing was, but Serena could remember the description of an item that they would need to enter the Grand Line and navigate it successfully A log pose.
With that said, the chest itself would prove valuable to store things in and of itself; and once the room was clear and emptied by the grunts, things seemed pretty much finished in this room. They could take the carpet if they wanted; as while it was clearly nailed down by tacks, it'd still be worth a pretty penny.
Once the Crew had taken everything they wanted, Kramp would take stock of things, before returning with a bottle of one of his liquors. "Well... You kept your word... Though I'm surprised you didn't take my vintage stock there. Here.... a parting gift, and the hope we won't meet again." He stated, as his men behind them seemed a bit sour at their loss and surrender. "OI! CHEER UP! WE GET TO LIVE TO SEE ANOTHER DAY YOU POOR EXCUSES FOR MARINES! WHEN WE GET TO BASE WE'RE ALL GETTING MORE TRAINING IN! THAT WAY WE DON'T LOOK AS PATHETIC AS WE DID THIS TIME!" Kramp yelled at them, before the Marines quickly went into salute. Tyco was now sitting by the mast on the Sea Quill, giving his captain a salute. "I Won't Let You Down CAPTAIN!" He yelled as he sat there. Tyco had been given a few instructions. He was free to fight against these pirates if they did something that hurt innocents; he could fight other pirates that attacked this crew; and he could defend himself; though he had no authority as a marine until he returned to the Windchasers.
With that said, Kramp looked at the Captain of the Quillon Pirates. He stared at her, before offering her a shot glass while carrying one of his own, and handing her the bottle. "One for the go?" He asked, hoping they'd share one drink. Yanagi would notice from the ruined upper deck the white figure of the ninja, his head and chest wrapped in bandages. She had broken a rib, so it was expected, and while she couldn't see his face; he didn't seem to desire to insult her, only giving a look, and a subtle wave. The sting of defeat never weighed well on any warrior, but the wave itself was a symbol of respect enough to acknowledge her as someone who beat him.
