That's A Familiar Dust-Bunny!

He couldn't believe how fast time had gone by for the two of them. Ever since meeting and dating each other since their first year together, Jack could've sworn that two years felt like two hours, if not less, with Hokori by his side. He had been his lil' bro, his sidekick, his other half... really, anything he could think of! He had been a HUGE factor to Jack's rise in confidence and belief in himself being a Hero one day, and he knew not if he could ever repay that. But, when he received the message from Hokori, he could only think of meeting him again.

So, off to the spot where they had sparred for the first time, and all Jack saw was a swirling cloud of dust, which made him smirk. Oh, he was here alright...

"Yoooo! Lil' Dust-Bunny! Where are ya at? I'm here now, yer Big Buck!"

'Yo, Big Buck! Think fast!'

Oh how did he not see this coming... well, in a way he was expecting something like this, but to see such a small cloud suddenly rise into a near-tidal wave of dust in a heartbeat really was something else! Seems like Hokori had not been slacking off on his training! But neither had Jack, as with a smirk and a quick huff of breath, his quirk came to life as his whole body bulked out quite a bit, the rush of adrenaline surging through him as instead of running away from the tidal wave of dust, he'd instead rush TOWARDS it!

And with his adrenaline-fueled body, he'd start to throw his whole body against the base of the wave, his arms turning into a flurry as he'd rapidly punch and barrage the wall of dust and fight against the flow, punching his way through the solid wall of dust to break through to the other end!

Jack glanced up as he pushed through the wave, standing on solid ground again, but not seeing the source of the shadowy figure he had seen before... until now! Looking up at Hokori standing upside-down on a dust cloud made him grin too, but he was wary of the dust shifting behind him and rising up as a tornado, ears swiveling backwards to indicate he had caught on. Watching a tendril separate from it so Hokori could stand on it, he'd just smirk up at him.

"Oi oi oi, mate! Y'think Ol' Jack's slackin' off eh? Don'cha worry, I'll have ya cryin' fer uncle in no time!"

His whole body tensed up with a near 'shimmer' of gold as his adrenaline spiked again, going all the way up to Level 3 right off the bat. His training at U.A High has left him with a real good control of his quirk, and it was evident as his perceptive senses were now rushing with energy, the world around him almost moving in slo-mo as the tendrils honed in on him. He'd bounce on his feet a bit before he'd begin to dash and side-step the tendrils.

'Okay... let's see how quick he is with shaping these buggers!'

And as he was moving like a near-blur of brown beneath Hokori, Jack would leap off the ground and spin in mid air, using both leg and tail to turn into a spinning projectile of blunt force as he'd aim to smash the tendrils apart, before landing and once more launching himself sky-high, straight for Hokori, going in with yet another spinning leg-tail combo twirl!

'So damn quick forming them, eh? Still, it's just dust! But damn it, now I'm stuck here!'

Jack grunts as the dust shield forms rapidly and soaks up his blow, pushing Hokori away as he is left to surf down, whilst a jet of dust rushes up towards him. Well, now he felt a bit stuck. Unless... he'd ball up his hand into a fist, gritting his teeth as he knew this was gonna hurt a bit, but he'd essentially just stretch out his arm, fist aimed at the jet of dust, and let it take the impact!

He'd grit his teeth harder as the pain rushed through his arm, but he'd shove his fist against the jet as it'd make his body get pushed away from the jet, and send him spinning towards the ground! As he was spinning in the air, he'd curl up into a ball, breathing deeply as he'd tap into the defensive portion of his quirk, his tail and back hardening up until it was like iron, and aimed to slam down towards Hokori! But as he'd slam in the ground, he'd unfurl quickly and stomp into the ground, making a firm, mad dash towards Hokori to give an attempt at a solid punch in at Hokori's gut!

Jack was confident that Hokori was sturdy enough to tank and/or cushion the blow, which is why he put everything into his attacks. Luckily, he did cushion himself with a dust-wall to not fly off, and he felt the arms around his shoulders, squeezing tight with the aid of his dust, as he'd just look him in the eyes right back, his breathing a bit hastened too, but not even close to how fast Hokori was breathing.

Still, he couldn't help but to grin right back at him. Even with the obvious differences in their quirks, this gutsy lil' guy still went at him with all he had, no matter what! And that's what he liked about him. Always. The kiss to his nose was rewarded with a surprised huff, and followed by a hearty laugh as Jack gently embraces Hokori back, holding him close and letting him rest his head at the crook of his neck.

"Bloody 'ell, no kiddin' ey? We went back an' forth like crazy! Yer really perfectin' your craft, lil' mate!"

He laughs as he sits down on the ground, gently pulling Hokori into his lap and letting him rest up, before he spots the ticket stubs, as he'd snort a bit of a laugh.

"Pfft-! Oi, I think the sayin' goes, "Loser buys dinner", right? But, I mean... I ain' objecting if yer treatin' me~"

But for now, he'd be content to just sit there and hold Hokori close for as long as he'd wish.

"Whaaaaaaat? Don't like me bein' sappy all of a sudden? You bein' nestled up to me fer a solid minute or two says otherwise~"

Jack teases Hokori gently before he gets pulled up with his boyfriend, standing up tall and proud as he just laughs and ruffles Hokori's hair firmly, sending plumes of dust scattering everywhere. But the reminder got his ears to perk up high. He was right! It's been exactly two years since they began dating! He almost forgot it! But now he was more curious than ever.

"Oho? What's ya got plannin' in yer lovely lil' noggin, luv?"

"Heh, I gotcha lil' dustbunny, only teasin'. Y'know I love surprises from ye. But yea', I could use with some freshin' up, so I'll leg it an' do that for now! See ya in thirty!"

Jack grins happily as he'd manage to lift Hokori up briefly, giving him a kiss on the cheek, before he'd hop off to his dorm, literally bouncing with giddiness as he was oh so looking forward to this already!



And not too soon after Hokori, he'd suddenly spot Jack marching up towards him as well. Dressed in his more... better outfits, considering he usually only wore shorts and tank-tops. But this time, he had decided to wear something much more proper; a full pair of jean-pants like Hokori, along with a black long-sleeve shirt that had Australia's flag printed on the back of it, along with a blue-colored hoodie on top with the same flag-related motif.

"Well, wha'ever's you got planned for me t'nite luv, I'm ready fer it! Hope it's to yer likin'~"

He even did a twirl on the spot to show off.
