Occupations
There are many occupations in the world, even outside of being a superhero. Pro-Heroes can have more than one occupation and many teachers at the Hero Schools also work for agencies on the side.
Pro-Hero The most well-known occupation is Pro-Hero, who are licensed to use their quirks in public for the suppression of villains and rescuing civilians from threats. They are paid to work as heroes and receive a government salary (though any public damage they cause will be deducted from this...). Pro-Heroes can work solo, as part of a team or join an agency, either as a sidekick or creating one that they then run.
The Japanese Hero Billboard Charts takes place twice a year and chooses every pro-hero's ranking. The rating is determined by various factors, including a Heroes level of strength, number of resolved incidents, contributions to society, and public approval.
For your occupation as a Pro-Hero, also state if you are a Agency Leader, Sidekick or one of the top 10 pro-heroes (subject to mod approval). If you are none of these then just put Pro-Hero.
Student Students at one of Japan's Hero Schools learn the basics of Hero Society. There are several different courses that a student can go into, depending on their interest or their prowess during the entrance exam.
Students in the Heroics Department learn everything they need to know to become excellent heroes in service of the community and work towards the qualifications necessary to be allowed to use their Quirks in public spaces. They are trained in battle, first aid and all manner of heroics-related lessons. These students belong to Classes A and B.
Students who don't make the cut for the hero department are included in the General Department. It boasts a top-notch education with an eclectic lineup of teachers. The department of general education supports students aiming for college and other pursuits. It is also possible for students with exceptional grades to be transferred to the hero department. These students belong to Classes C, D, and E.
Students in the Support Department focus on developing support equipment that help heroes out on the battlefield. With a workspace stocked to the brim with all sorts of executive tools, the department provides an unmatched creative environment. These students belong to Classes F, G, and H.
The Management Department focuses on all aspects of heroic business, from founding and managing hero agencies to executive producing heroes. They even do hands-on lessons in venture capitalism. These students belong to Classes I, J, and K.
When putting Student into Occupation, please specify which year and class you are in (the format being 1-A for year one, class A, and so on).
Teacher
Many Pro-Heroes also work as teachers for the younger generation, using their knowledge and experience to impart onto their students.
Teachers can also work as Pro-Heroes on the side. When putting Teacher into your occupation, also include which school and what subject you teach.
Villains Villains are those who have taken a darker path. It includes thieves, murderers and criminals who use their quirks to commit crime across Japan.
Criminals make their money from illegal activities and usually operate in small gangs or large organisations. Solo villains are rare and often very powerful.
Vigilantes Those who use their quirks to stop crime and help civilians without having gained a Hero License. They are regarded as Villains and treated as such if encountered.
Police The police are in charge of arresting villains that have been suppressed by Pro-Heroes. They began as quirkless individuals but now accept anyone with a quirk as well. The police aren't permitted to use their quirks while on the job, however, due to not holding a Hero License.

Villains Solo Villains
_____________________________________________ Villain Gangs Team ConfidenceRan by: NOTDomino Role: This organization is an underground information brokerage that moves in a variety of ways. Through clever strategy and villainous detective work, the group is able to carefully lay a wide lens over japan, not only recording and sharing conflicts, but to heavily amplify them as they occur with a great deal of flair. While gathering and selling information is the bread and butter of this organization, Team Confidence is actually attempting to force japan into a more anarchic, villain-dominant setting. Outside of specializing in inciting violence and causing civil unrest, members generally partake in heists, all-out destruction, murder, middleman operations, trade, and even kidnapping. Locations: Hosu City Home Base It's somewhere smack dabbed in the middle of the grimiest part of Hosu city. You'd likely run into villains just walking the streets of this area. There are many abandoned buildings, but this seemed to be an important building. There are other locales on this narrow alleyway, but the casino is where one goes to win some money, and hopefully learn some juicy gossip. Forge documents to hide our identity behind aliases that change from time to time to disguise the hospital as a legitimate practice. Commit mass thievery on extremely wealthy parties in order to fund the practice, keeping it free for all patients in need. We believe that society as a whole has abandoned too many people. Too many people have been left in the worst sorts of situations and are expected to sit idly by and accept it without ever fighting back. Our goal is to give assistance to those who society will not, if only in the small ways we can. Those labelled as villains for simply questioning the status quo. The “villainous” vigilantes who try to make the world better and are called evil just because they don’t have a slip of paper. Those who have nowhere else they can go are welcome here. And if one of our patients happens to burn this disgusting society of hate and judgement down to build it a new? We will be right there cheering for them! Ran by: Ultralilly Role: The Damascus Order originated in France but extended its reach to Japan and the rest of the world where they instituted new and permanent main branches. Their goal is to reinforce rule over the realm, to show how weak and fragile humanity is by means of publicly causing havoc by targeting both populated areas and heroes directly. They are ritualistic and firm believers in ancient ways to the point where the weak must be weeded out and made examples of. In short, they seek to turn the clock back on the world and bring about the ancient, primal ways through their "unbreakable damascus" will. The Yakuza exists to profit off of everything under its umbrella. This rapidly growing territory seeks to have monopolized control over the towns and cities within it. This group seeks to create a no man's land. The Yakuza are the judge, jury, and executioner in this area. With proper organization comes a sense of peace, structure and order... or at least that's the brand of organized crime they are attempting to deliver. Citizens should pay a protection tax, and members should pay their dues. As long as the money flows properly, and everyone stays in line, all will be well, but everyone must play their part to maintain this "peace." Respecting that lone rule is EVERYTHING. Vigilantes Solo Vigilantes Vigilante Groups New Japan Prefectural Development (NJPD)Ran by: NOTDomino Role: An underground militia mainly made up of civilians, although they have a quirked combative force made up of ex heroes, villains, and other outcasts. With quirks becoming more plentiful in the population and stronger with each generation, why rely on heroes when they can protect their own neighborhoods. While there are bad apples and delinquents, the group primarily focuses on villain suppression, quirk research, and neighborhood outreach and development. It's quite subtle but there is a soft yet domineering presence in the neighborhoods they "develop." It does not matter if the intentions are good or bad; eventually, even the most noble of intentions become warped and twisted into a less-than-ideal one. Phantom's existence is two-fold. One is to rebel against corruption by pulling off heists and other less-than-reputable activity that harm said corruption but never bringing harm to innocents and only fighting when it's necessary especially against villains. The second is to collect information while being inconspicuous and unseen, keeping out of the way of Heroes and leaving only their calling card if they can help it. The exact location of their base of operations has always been a total mystery.
